(I got some GLIF at 25 on spec - they plan on adding a ton of shares but after shareholder's meeting - that is why this fell back so much)

CTGLF featured on a stock picking site yesterday - but pretty small and new site...They said:

China Technology Global Corp., formerly known as DF China Technology, Inc., is a supply chain management software and solutions provider in China. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, DICHAIN Software the company provides hardware and software for supply chain and logistics management and offers services in IT consulting to companies in China. China Technology has served more than 300 clients, including government entities in China, multinational corporations, and leading Chinese enterprises, such as shipping conglomerate China Shipping Group, 3rd largest Chinese auto maker DongFeng Motor, major tobacco distributor AnHui Tobacco, and beverage producer JianLiBao Group. DICHAIN Software has strategic alliances with IBM, GE, Oracle, ILOG, and China Mobile, among others.

For the fiscal year ended 03 March 2005, China Technology Global Corp.'s revenues totaled HK$17.6M, and net income had increased to $236 thousand.  Net income reflects higher gross margins & presence of interest income of HK$14.5M.

They are currently earning about .065 cents per share when calculated with total shares outstanding.  But to be more precise if we only include shares in the float then they currently earn .35 cents per-share non-diluted.  If we assume a maximum of a 10% profit margin, then .035 cents is their EPS.  They currently trade only 5 times earnings and we could possible see a larger multiple of at least 20.  That would in turn give us a speculated trading range of about .70 cents.

At the current trading price of .14 cents China Technology hasn't even been discovered by the investing community.  We believe Market Makers are going to cover their shorts and already aware investors are holding this for the long term.
