Cargo Connection Logistics Establishes a Memorandum of Understanding to Take to the Air in China and the Pacific Rim
Wednesday April 5, 8:30 am ET

INWOOD, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 5, 2006 -- Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTC BB:CRGO.OB - News) today announced that its subsidiary, Cargo Connection Logistics - International, Inc. (CCLI), has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ASG Aviation Services Group Inc. (ASG) of Dallas, Texas.

The MOU creates the basis and a platform for the companies to develop a joint venture which the companies believe will yield increased global business opportunities, both independently and in cooperation with each other. CCLI provides full spectrum logistics programs to its global client base while ASG provides specialized global expeditionary and scheduled air logistics options expanding the breadth and depth of multi-modal logistics solutions for the client.

CCLI and ASG separately, and as a joint venture logistics partnership, possess distinctive and supportive competencies which broaden the proposed Joint Venture which is outlined in the MOU.

"The competencies, capabilities and resources of the partners make us a unique team with complementary focus and unique skill sets establishing a world-class third-party logistics presence with common orientation and unique talents complementing the enterprise," said Tom Uglialoro, President and CEO of ASG.

"ASG brings a strong air cargo philosophy and capability to the company," said Jesse Dobrinsky, CEO of Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. "ASG's ability to field dedicated leased cargo aircraft programs to carryout agile global and regional feeder flight operations brings to CCL the means to affect domestic and international logistics markets.

"Once the joint venture is complete, we will outreach concerning business opportunities from China and the Pacific Rim for the Company's expansion into and out of these business markets," said Dobrinsky.

"Controlling our own aircraft will provide us with a presence in the Pacific Rim which most small forwarders have not even thought about," said David Quach, President of Cargo Connection Logistics - International, Inc. "This will enable Cargo Connection Logistics to expand its business in the areas we are concentrating on in Asia and the Pacific Rim. I am very pleased with the MOU and look forward to leveraging the joint venture. My primary goal will be to make Cargo Connection Logistics - International a major player in the logistics business in China and the Pacific Rim as the Company embarks on its goals and objectives to expand its international operations. The addition of ASG to the Cargo Connection team will help us accomplish that goal."

The Company will now focus its attention on the international arena. Its primary focus will be to secure business from origins around the world with its initial focus on the Pacific-Asian Rim. Dobrinsky said that they anticipate this will be accomplished through some of the Company's recently announced joint ventures.

This stock is coming back into the limelight again.  Golden Cross hit a little while ago and it looks as if it wants to continue imo. Any thoughts on this?
There are several threads on CRGO and CRGOE...but chose the original from Elite G. Wondering if it could be good to get in?

There was news today.

INWOOD, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/08/06 --

To the Shareholders of Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc.

As Chairman of Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTC BB: CRGOE)
(Berlin: CD6.BE)  (Frankfurt: 217026) I wanted to take this opportunity to
provide you with a brief overview of our recent trip to the Pacific Rim.  I
believe that the trip to China generated a great deal of interest in
services and systems that our Company can bring to the Chinese marketplace.
Suffice it to say, we believe that the opportunities for our Company in the
world's largest nation are extensive.

While in the Pacific Rim we visited three Countries.  Our first stop was in
China where we visited 6 cities.  These cities included Beijing, Zhaoyuan,
Shanghai, Quingdao, Chongqing and Shandong.  After our visit to China we
went to Singapore.  Singapore is currently the largest Ocean Port in the
world and acts as a consolidation port for many of the feeder vessels from
the Pacific Rim transiting freight around the world.  Additionally, a
significant portion of our contingent, that was in the Pacific Rim on
behalf of the Cargo Connection Logistics, continued on to Vietnam to pursue
other business opportunities.

Cargo Connection Logistics - International Continues International Expansion
Tuesday July 25, 5:30 am ET

Company Positioned to Be U.S. Provider for New Trade Initiative After Sending Representatives to San Jose, Costa Rica

INWOOD, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 25, 2006 -- Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTC BB:CRGO.OB - News) (Berlin:CD6BE.BE - News) (Frankfurt:217026.F - News) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cargo Connection Logistics - International, Inc., recently sent a contingent of representatives to San Jose, Costa Rica with the purpose of developing business opportunities, particularly in support of the small to medium-sized Costa Rican exporter base.

The meetings in Costa Rica, which occurred during the latter part of the second quarter of 2006, lasted for three days with a direct focus on exponentially growing the amount of goods of small and medium-sized companies' (pequeñas y medianas empresas, known as "PyMEs") through successful exports into the United States market. This would be initiated through a program designed to plan, coordinate, and facilitate an advanced international trade platform that will enable small and medium-sized Costa Rican exporters to compete and succeed in the global marketplace.

The sessions included contingents representing Cargo Connection Logistics - International, Costa Rican members from Rex International Cargo, The Costa Rican Export Promotion Bureau ("Procomer"), Banco Nacional - PyMEs, The Chamber of Agro-Industrial Companies and The Ministry of Economics, Industry and Commerce (M.E.I.C.). It was noted that Costa Rica has recently elected a new political administration with an interest in Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA).

As a result of this initiative, the PyMEs exporters of Costa Rica will have the opportunity to become a united front for the purpose of cooperative purchasing power with regard to buying of space and transportation. Cargo Connection Logistics - International will be the U.S. provider for this project, providing all services in the United States related to Vendor Managed Inventory, domestic transportation, distribution, and full-scope third party logistics (3PL) support. Additionally, Cargo Connection Logistics will provide general sales agents to assist in marketing the Costa Rican products.

"We are very excited to be a part of this program," said William Perry, Director of International Business for Cargo Connection Logistics - International. "Through this solution-focused program, we see immediate benefits for the more than 1,200 current PyMEs exporters from Costa Rica and the opportunity for Cargo Connection Logistics to strengthen their distribution and logistics platform with strong volume potential."
