I think ONT is due for a rebound.  Has held the 200 SMA for a few sessions, RSI is below 30, and it is more than 50% off it's recent high of 4.0

I bought some shares at 1.79.  Hopefully it will hold the 200 again today and post gaines with 4.0 million plus volume.

Well it wasn't quite the end of day I would have liked and that may have had something to do with the earnings announcement for Aug 2 - only two days away.

ONT will probably go under $1 in a day or 2. Hedge funds will borrow the new shares in the market and bury ONT under $1. Very unfortunate for those who fell in love with this stock and paid almost $4 for this year

Back  close to a buck now. looking for fluff PR's, CES, and maybe short covering at some point. Don't kid yourself with this one. Bank any run-up !!

Stock Undervalued.......
ONT's revenues are growing, Hantro's revenues are growing adding to the pot.
Assuming tech companies may be valued at levels higher than x40 their next
year projected revenue, I will not be surprised if price moves to levels
above $3.00 soon (and break $4.00 resistance before Q3 2008).

Watch it move back to levels $1.3x-$1.6x in less than 3 weeks.......JMHO of course...Do your own DD.......!!

As I watch my video analysis on ONT again I see the following was a pretty obvious outcome:



The expected dilution happened in a heavy way:

- The number of shares of the Registrant's Common Stock, par value $0.01 ("Common Stock"), outstanding, as of August 9, 2007, was 116,190,935.

- The number of shares of the Registrant's Common Stock, par value $0.01 ("Common Stock"), outstanding as of November 9, 2007, was 159,748,414.

The share count rose 37.5% in a couple of months.

The current market cap is still $131 M and the company continues to sell about $2.5 M a quarter and it still loses money. I say ONT has the potential to fall to $0.20 - $0.30. The stock continues to be very overvalued in my view.

Setravis, so has ONT truely reached the bottom and rebounding?  I am not sure, but it is rebounding off the 52 week low.

I will be watching ...

I expect a very strong run from here into the CES next week and Macworld the week after.

Traditionally and historically, ONT has performed very well at the end of the year and into mid-January.  Last year it did even better, up 5X starting from December into May.

ONT was pumped & dumped recently. The last time that happened it took almost four years for it to be "pumpable" again.

We're less than one year into the dump phase now ...
