For some reason I think 99% of otcbb and pink traders don't hold long term. Most people like to buy stocks with explosive momentum and then ditch it. Don't think they have the patience to wait for chid and igii to do well. Traders who are willing to hold long term are probably buying NYSE and Nasdaq stocks.

Hi hermampu,

That's probably right, when some OTCBB start showing some technical signals, a lot of short term traders show up and start trading it without interest on its fundamental basis or real prospects, sometimes this leads to some erratic behaviour, especially when some weak hands are buying at the momentum peaks. This kind of event slows down the natural course of a value movement. I'm not sure if that's the case on CHID or not... But despite other cases, we believe CHID was undervalued at $1.20 and certainly is a bargain at the $0.60s.

Update:
CHID made a new low on this dip ($0.60), showing some buying pressure at those levels. The ascending support is now at $0.57, so we don't expect much more downside here. The overall volume during this correction has been significantly high, and we expect it to continue above average near the low $0.60's, that would show some distribution and give strength to the support level.

We expect a positive reaction on CHID at any moment, so the plan for our position is: Hold CHID

Best regards,

I have noticed a trend where CHID's stock price spikes every June until July. Is there a reason for this?
Heres a chart of 2004 and 2005 both ranging from March to August. The patterns look very much the same, and 2006 is also very similar so this is getting me excited. Not sure if they love putting out new PR during June or something. but here at the charts, just something to look at. Both years the company has been running, June-July has a 300% stock price increase, and last year the run up started at .60 - .70 area so we are still in relatively good shape. GL everyone

I am not sure why it has spiked in June both years -- and I hope the spike we just had in April/May is just pre-buying before a nice PR.

I still think there is going to be some kind of run up prior to June 20th -- (the date the president referred to when buying her $1,000,000 worth of shares)

Very interesting.  I wonder if the Chinese are on a different fiscal cycle?  Like in Japan the fiscal cycle for companies begins in April.  So if its June/July for Chinese companies maybe they try to release PRs etc. in order to make the year end numbers look better.  I figure ShawFund might know, just saw him back today after 2 months of not posting.  Anyone else have any idea?

Is it not time to think of a Plan B?  I like CHID, but what if it breaks through 0.57?  Should we not have a stop in place?

I think 3sof mainly likes to give us quality stock picks. Their entry and exits don't seem to be very well planned. I think you should make your own entry and exits and not rely on 3sof. I think they post good candidates as soon as they finish doing the research. The entry point is usually after a small bullish run has already occured. I just like getting stock pick ideas from 3sof, i don't mimic their exit strategies because often they don't have an exit strategy posted. It all depends on your own risk tolerance I guess. Just my opinion

OUCH!!!

CHID just printed a .597.  This is too painful to watch.

Below 0.60 would be a good buy again for CHID .... :D

If you are currently holding CHID @ the moment around this level, I think there is no point of selling now because the buying opportunity is maybe waving now just around the corner ;)

I'll put CHID on my watchlist for the 3rd time ;)

Goodluck Traders!!

I agree.  I just want to prevent my nightmare scenario of what happened in IVHG--no stop but then a sell recommendation over night.  3SOF is large enough now that the sell recommendations actually move the stock.  My point is that I would rather see a stop in place instead of an overnight change of mind for CHID.

"THEIR IS NO REASON TO SELL CHID.OB NOW"

Yes, but if CHID breaks 0.57, CHID could fall to 0.50 quickly.

Terliso, are you trying to tell us not to sell CHID  ;)
There's always a bull market somewhere and I promise to bla bla bla bla........

If this site is enough to move stocks, we should all team up and manipulate stocks hehe. Its kind of like Jim Cramer and how all the stuff he mentions pop 5% in afer hours. Happy to hear this site is making its way up to that magnitude.

I'm sure 3sof is well aware of chid being capable to fall to .50 very quickly. I don't know if their portfolio is "paper trading" or if its really their money. It makes a big difference if real money is on the line. This stock has been over 3$ and under .30
The 3sof members are confident enough in the fundamentals and outlook to hold it until bankruptcy. They only have 6.66% max of their portfolio in CHID anyway. The risk/reward for them is good enough to hold as long as need be. I don't depend on 3sof to make my exit points for me, its good to have your own mental exit and stick to it.

In a choppy market, short term traders are not looking at fundamentals but more looking for momentum plays, plays that follow the trend, probably with tight protective stops....
Having said that, because chid is more of a fundamental play/hold in a bearish/choppy market, we are not going to see any upward movement unless one of two or both of the following happens
1) bullish reversal of the overlall market
2) Positive PR.

Thats all folks....
B
Up and down it goes, where it ends nobody knows....Or do we.....;)

The mini rally last week did almost nothing for CHID. I think people have grouped CHID with the emerging international market group which has been hit pretty hard. I'm sure CHID buyers will be pouring in at or before the .57 level to rocket this thing into July like it did the past 2 years. Some more insider buying or aqusition PR would be sweet too.

Terliso, are you trying to tell us not to sell CHID  ;)

It depends on u echo ;)

1) Price of CHID still trading within the ABB... ABB Pattern always act like that
2) if you bought CHID between 0.80 - 0.90 why would u sell now your mistake is already too late fix it.
3) But keep it in mind that a break of that trendline would be ugly to watch
4) CHID is now sitting @ 50(SMA) weekly scale it may found support here ;)

Goodluck Boys!!!
