TTWO- Take Two Intertainment was hit hard today still down over -17% with bad earnings released and a law suit. It looks like a bargain at these prices just have to wait for a sign of bottoming.

TTWO has bounced back :) fridays lows were hanging around the 14.00 mark... closed on friday at 14.69. Todays close 16.19 up (10.21%); .01 from the high of the day as well. Looks like TTWO has some bounce still left in it.

Video game related companies have had a good run lately so the latest pullback in some of these names was to be expected.  Now the question is whether they will regain their strength and move higher again.  I would expect some pretty good 4Q earnings numbers from these companies with the introduction of the PS3 and Wii and the always strong Christmas season behind us.  Will that translate into higher share price over the short to mid-term?

Bearish outlook:

SeekingAlpha - 2007 May Be Rough For Video Game Stocks

TTWO came down to find support around the $16.00 level but we will see if it holds or if it is just a resting point before continuing lower.

Slight close yesterday above the 50ma but at least TTWO is back above it's ascending trendline again.  5 days up on above average volume is nice but it would be even better if it continued to move higher above the 50ma and to break the 20ma again.

TTWO looks primed for a breakout here.  Made a huge move last week on news that investors are trying to force a change in management, which presumably may lead to cost restrucuring and improvements in profitability... or possibly a buy-out.  Chart looks strong, and after pulling back to around 19.25, made a big intraday breakout on Friday, acting pretty strong into the close.  It may ake a bit of jostling, but if it can close over 20.40 resistance, I think it has a strong chance of moving up from here.

Technical pattern: ascending triangle with a conservative price target of $25.  MACD crossover provides bullish support to a potential breakout.
