Wrangler,
Seems that VTSS is testing teh 4.65 level. Must be due to the overall market. Uncertain as to whether the bullish market is actually or merely a bear trap......

Hopefully, if the bullish market is confirmed we'll see a nice pop....

Up and down it goes, where it ends nobody knows....Or do we.....;)

I'm finally getting a little pop today above 3.34 in CNXT. Little pop.  Only seven cents right now.

I bought it week before last on the pullback to the top of the Ascending Triangle (3.10-3.12) that we discussed.

I thought that we'd get the 3.59 target yesterday.  Close, but no cigar.  The high and the close both were 3.52.

The high of the rectangle pattern that formed after the Ascending Triangle breakout is 3.34.  There were four lows during the rectangle, all at 3.10, successfully re-testing the Ascending Triangle breakout.

3.34 - 3.10 = 0.24 points added back to 3.34 = Rectangle Target: 3.58 IN PLAY.

With both 3.58 and 3.59 IN PLAY, and with the 3.34 highs taken out three days ago, I'm surprised that we haven't gotten there yet.

???  ???  ???

I'll sell any close back below the 3.34 Rectangle breakout.

Would post the charts but unfortunately computer illiterate and don't know how to link chart on to site sorry.

aero,

You might want to print this out:

Step 1. Get whatever chart you want to post on your computer screen, where you can see it.  You're going to "take a picture of it" in Step 2.

Step 2. Press "Print Screen" on your keyboard.  On my keyboard, that button is on the top row, next to the right of "F12."  Pressing that "took the picture" of your chart.

Step 3.  Now you have to store your picture.  At the bottom left of your screen, the is a Start Button.  Click that.

Step 4. You'll see All Programs, with a green arrow.  Click that.

Step 5. On the menu, put your cursor on Accessories, and keep it there.

Step 6. A drop down menu will appear.  Move your cursor over and click on Paint.  (On my drop down menu, it's the 10th choice down from the top).

Step 7. A blank page will appear.  On your toolbar at the top of that page, click on edit, then when the drop down menu appears, click on paste.

Step 8. Your chart will appear on the blank page.

Step 9. On your toolbar, click on File.  When the drop down menu appears, click on "Save As."

Step 10. When that appears, down at the bottom, you'll see FILE NAME highlighted.  Type the name of your chart, and if you wish, a date, so you can find it later on.  For example, I type:

CNXT - 3-31-06

Don't use any slashes.  Looks like this: /

For some stupid reason, the computer doesn't like it.

Step 11. Below FILE NAME, you'll see SAVE AS TYPE.  Click on the drop down menu and choose "PNG."  On mine, it's the choice at the very bottom of that drop down menu.

Step 12. To the right of FILE NAME and SAVE AS TYPE, you'll see SAVE.  Be sure to click that.  If you don't, you'll lose your chart.  Okay, now you have stored you're picture.  You're almost finished.

Step 13. Come back to 3SOF, and open a blank "post," if you haven't already.

At the bottom of the post that you're typing on here at 3SOF, you'll see ADDITIONAL OPTIONS in blue letters.  Click on that.

Step 14. You'll see a blank "letter box" appear with a BROWSE button next to it.  Click on BROWSE.

Step 15. That Browse button gets you back to your computer, and you might have to search a little to see where your chart is stored.  Mine is stored in MY PICTURES.

Step 16.  When you find where your charts are stored, just click on the one you want, then click on the OPEN button at the bottom right of that page.

The "address" (?) of your chart will appear in the "letter box," next to the word ATTACH.

Step 17. If your written message is complete, go ahead and click POST, and you're done.

Step 18. Melf applauds you when he sees your chart because he remembers how good it felt to finally figure out how to post a chart, with MUCH help from eliteG, cumulina, Frederick, David, and others.

;D  ;D  ;D  Good luck...I wanna see that PALM chart...you can do it!

Melf

Thanks for the instructions - much appreciated. This is one of my favourite threads on the board as the TA is right on.

I will try to post the chart. PALM actually broke the resistance and is now going to make
all time highs.

I have the weekend and so will have a go at posting the charts - with a certain fear of failure at the forefront of my mind.

Thanks again Aero

Palm chart hopefully. Broke res at $21. Ready to make new yearly highs.
Smartphone market experiencing serious growth. MSFT providing heavy marketing
muscle for their phones and new products hitting the market.

Sorry no annotations I'm not a Stockcharts member and so couldn't use their charts.

Thanks Melf for the help.

Targets 3.58 and 3.59 MADE right at the open. 3.59 is the high so far in early trading.

VTSS : seems to keep testing breakout of ascending triangle but is still staying within the uptrend that it's been trading. I'll continue to hold as long as uptrend holds

Hey, Scotsman!  That's a nice chart.  Applause.  It's up again today, while just about everything else  in the sector are pulling back.
