Well after looking more into some of these stocks I decided not to buy any of them. Instead I made a quick play yesterday on TVIA bought @.3999 and sold @ .47.
Also bought EGHT and NMSS and holding these two for now.

Hi Wrangler,

From your picks, I like the look of HOLX, and TAKDF based on the Linear regression/RSI(2) - my favourite indicator so far but still testing it.

TAKDF would probably be a good buy at .016 (the lowest regression line) this would be better if RSI(2) goes below 20 (currently at around 60)

HOLX has RSI(2) currently dipping below 20 and lowest regression line is at around 55.20.
2ns line from the lowest is at around 58.

This a press release on March 15th 2007 and if you look at yahoo finance for TQNT I don't see press release for this on it. Seems to me it's being hid from the public and maybe trying to unload before news gets fully blown.

Triquint Semiconductor Inc. (TQNT) said Thursday that it received informal requests for information from the SEC and the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon regarding its stock option practices.   The company said it's cooperating with the inquiries.   The Hillsboro, Ore., company also said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it faces a purported derivative lawsuit over its stock option granting practices.
Triquint said the lawsuit, filed on February 28, alleges that certain officers and directors at the company were unjustly enriched through the improper backdating of stock options.
The suit seeks unspecified damages and disgorgement of profits, according to Thursday's filing.
Triquint Semiconductor was identified in an October 2006 article by The Oregonian, a newspaper based in Oregon, as potentially having backdated options, according to Thursday's filing.
The company said prior to filing its third-quarter report for the period ended Sept. 30, 2006, that it conducted an extensive review of its option grant practices. Triquint concluded that no backdating had occurred with respect to options grants. It also said prior disclosures regarding option grants weren't incorrect.
Shares of the company closed Thursday at $5.

Just want to let you know that TQNT trigerred my 5.16 alert on the upside with a tight 15 minute bollinger band.
So far the trend is on TQNT's side. Be careful.
Broke the downtrend line, but with low volume.

I had to edit the first chart I sent.
I'm just learning how to use paint right now.
I still have to figure out how to make the text on my notes on the right side normal.

Currently RSI(2) is close to 100 and the linear regression is above line #3 from the bottom.
This linear regression/RSI(2) tool is new to me.
The rule as far as I've read from the post at the technical analysis forum, is to sell when RSI(2) is above 80 or if price is at the top linear regression line.

I'm just eyeballing these numbers:

5 = 5.50
4 = 5.31(used the swing high)
3 = 5.16 (closed above this line at 3.18)
2 = 4.97
1 = 4.78

I don't know how to read this tool well yet.
What may happen is the price may pullback right away (due to RSI(2) being at 100)
OR
Price may continue towards 5.31 or higher since price closed above 5.16 (the #3 resistance line)

Using DNDN as an example, DNDN had an RSI(2) level of 100 and price was at the highest linear regression line at around 18.00 before the market opened.
When the market opened the linear regression lines readjusted.
Currently what I see on DNDN is a red candle sitting at the highest regression line with the RSI(2) pointing downwards from the 100 level with a high of 25.25 and a low of 20.26.

I hope that TQNT will pullback due to the RSI(2)  being at the 100 level to be in your favour.

for the info.,,I'll be watching it tomorrow but I half to work also so I'll keep fingers crossed and hope for when stock options backdating becomes known better that it will work in my favor.
