RDCM REPORTS STRONG 2Q RESULTS.....PROVIDES STRONGH GUIDANCE FOR 3Q AND 2ND HALF

http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/060724/ukm009.html?.v=67

RDCM HIGHLIGHTS:

LOW FLOAT....PROFITABLE.....LOW P/E and LOW P/S RATIOS COMPARED TO PEERS

STRONG BALANCE SHEET.....80c/share CASH.....ZERO DEBT

TARGET: $4+ after earnings....RDCM was trading above $5 three months ago

Financial Results for the First Half

Revenues for the first six months of 2006 rose by 9% to $10.8 million compared to $9.9 million for the first half of 2005. Gross margin for the first half of 2006 was 69%, a slight rise compared to 68% for the parallel period of 2005.

On the basis of U.S. generally accepted accounted principles (GAAP), the Company recorded net income of $89,000, or $0.01 per ordinary share (basic and diluted) for the first half of 2006. Net income for the six-month period included non-cash share-based compensation expense of $233,000 taken in respect of SFAS 123R, as explained above.

The Company has also presented its results on a non-GAAP basis excluding share-based compensation to provide investors and management with insight into RADCOM's underlying operating results. On such non-GAAP basis, RADCOM's net income for the first six months of 2006 was $322,000, or $0.02 per share. Net income for the first six months of 2005, which did not include share-based compensation, was $237,000, or $0.02 per share.

Comments of Management

Commenting on the news, Mr. Arnon Toussia-Cohen, President and CEO, said, "The second quarter was another period of revenue growth, profitability and strategic progress for RADCOM. Our revenues fell marginally short of our original projections due to accounting policies relating to a multiple element agreement that prevented the recognition of revenues associated with an order shipped during the second quarter. Nevertheless, we were able to post our eleventh straight quarter of year-over-year revenue growth and a 12% sequential increase in sales, achieving another solidly profitable quarter for RADCOM."

Mr. Toussia-Cohen continued, "We are very pleased by the overall development of our business in line with our plan for building the company to the next level. The rising pace of global 3G deployments continues to drive demand for our 3G service monitoring solutions, as demonstrated by the follow-on orders that we continue to receive from cellular operators in North America, Europe and Australia. In addition, we are seeing a rise in Omni-Q demand from wireline operators as they ramp up their VoIP and other converged network deployments."

Mr. Toussia-Cohen concluded, "Taken as a whole, we are optimistic regarding the future and believe that market trends are working in our favor. We are on track for achieving a stronger second half of the year and continue working to build the Company to the next level."

Guidance

The following statement is forward-looking in nature, and actual results may differ materially. See below under "Risks Regarding Forward Looking Statements".

Given the reliance of the Company's performance for any specific quarter on the timing of a relatively small number of relatively large orders, the Company's quarterly results of operations are subject to fluctuations. Nonetheless, management projects that the Company's revenues for the third quarter of 2006 will range between $6.7 million and $7.1 million, and that its revenues for the second half of the year will be significantly improved compared with those of the first half of the year.

I lost so much money on the POS..
First they did the dual trading in America and Telaviv
then insiders starting selling
then the were back logged and their Q1 was below estimates..
It tanked more than 30% in a day..
Stay away till their fundamentals recover...

Chart is very bearish, MACD just went negative, candlesticks dont suggest any kind of reversal yet.  It is way oversold and far below its 200 sma...  Maybe worth watching for a confirmed reversal, but there should be better entries than today, I will watch for a bottom.

Ya, sure she can rise, but that's no reason for one to enter in that particularly stock, with that line of reason, you should enter at any stock in the market.

But with that chart....man, first you need to find if there is any support, any volume that can led to a uptrend chart, what you don't see at that baby, do you???

I bought the entire float at $2.1...just like I did with SIMC at $3.2. At that time no one would buy a SIMC share because of overrated TA. Irecently sold my SIMC at $10.2

If you bought the entire float, then stop selling your shares to anyone, the stock price will gradually rise over time, just simple supply and demand and you control the supply.  Of course, its a bit hard to believe you bought the ENTIRE float...

BOUGHT WITH BOTH HANDS UNDER $2!!!

42K SHARES AT AN AVERAGE $2.12..........CHECK WITH ME IN A MONTH WHEN i AM 80K RICHER...

BUY LOW SELL HIGH......PLAY THE FEAR AND GREED FACTOR TO THE MAX TO PROFIT TO THE MAX

I hope for your sake it does go up... this is a tough market, even the 3SOF portfolio picks are getting hammered.  Personally I am at only 10% investment and still managing to feel the pain on just that.  My take is that we may not see a bottom until after the fed has raised rates officially near end of month.

There did seem to be some slight bounce on RDCM today, but the 3 day candlesticks are still 3 black crows (granted this isnt a reversal situation but that formation remains bearish here).

If you bought 42k at 2.12, you are down over $5k today.

I am sitting this one out for a while, but I will share in your joys and be saddened by your losses.

I made good money in your SIMC, so I have to take what you write seriously.

$5K, youch!  That is a cruise to the Carribean in my book.

RDCM could be a great buy at these prices. The company will release its 2Q 2006 earnings this month. They have not warned that they did not meet their forecast and that's great.

The ghidance for this quarter is very strong. If they meet the guidance RDCM could easily jump to $4+. The comparables against 2Q 2005 are very good per the currennt guidance.

Last quarter quarter  they warned of a shortfall on the 3rd of the month because a contract expected in Q1 was not completely consumated. That contract will likely show up in 2Q and 3Q.

Keep an eye on this one $$$$
