BBCZ.PK ... after months of troubles, filed a real 10-K and reported its capital structure and EPS of $0.76 for 2006.  No surprises - in all material respects, it is what the company said all along.  I have taken a personal beating in this puppy, but still hope that the facts will translate into a FMV on the shares of a company that is rapidly growing, is now trading a 4 times earnings, and has a good balance sheet.....
