Looks good.  I'm also in @ 2.65.

Got another wave of converts and warrants out of the way last week...6 million left in this batch ($1.295 to $1.71) nothing left other than those remnants and a batch of $4.90 conversion bond issues that you have to go back to 2003 to find in the SEC filings...

$3.50 is still my next "profit taking" stall target...may get more conversions there too, and the shorts may start jumping in along with the converts shorting "against the box" at that point. Could get to that target within a week, then spend another week there sorting that mess out. Should create a swing opportunity from about $3.70 exit to $3.00 reentry...I have one "mixed" block of shares that gets "ripe" there. Ripe being up 150%...

My aggregate now is $2.51, so nothing else will be sold under $5.00...that may take some good news to satisfy...and good news should be coming in batches by the end of the quarter. Phase II trial results, iPLEX launch schedule, marketing partner...etc...

Debt reduction here has been masterfully executed and will be good for the pps long term, people are starting to make comparisons to VPHM on the Yahoo board, time will tell.

Good luck,

Great thread here - I only just found it now as have been following David's - man I wish I saw it earlier ???

But am in as of Wed - at 2.62, so really good to hear some clear targets form people who know a lot about this one.  Looking for first swing target around 3.35-3.50.  Rock n roll ;D

Several days before, INSM hit 3,3$..

Now it's 2,53$...

-->today....for sure... INSM will be ON GREEN

LONG'n'STRONG INSM

Looks like INSM may have completed it's pullback.  I think the huge sale this morning that made the low of the day may have made the bottom.

Our low today hit the trendline that starts Dec. 12 and gets another hit on Dec. 21.  With RSI bottoming at 50 and the bounce off that trendline, INSM looks set for the next move upward.  I bought this morning at 2.40.

**When +DI is on top, the trend is up go LONG baby ;)
**When -DI is on top, this indicates that bears are very strong.. Go SHORT my friends :D

The best time to use a trend-following method is when ADX is rising and is above the lower directional line. Those are two signs of dynamic trends ;)

I believe by combining MACD Divergence, Smoothed ROC & The Directional System you can catch an uptrend in the very beginning.. Don't pay attention too much on RSI indicator it will give you a premature buying & selling point ;)

I was thinking of getting in on this one pretty soon... initially I was looking at 2.00 which is the 50dma and "psychologically strong". If it hadn't had that placement then I would have certainly gotten in on it at 2...

Now I'm not sure where it bounces... I think this is a great stock for a buy and hold, but as we all know, TA rules short term, FA long term, and I don't know how much pressure this will be under... When friday's placement news blows over, this will be a good buy, imho. This maybe at 2, or maybe a bit lower, imho, but the long term trend is up, imho.

Consevative analyst C. E. Unterberg Towbin initiated INSM coverage on 4/11/06 with a BUY rating and a target price of $3.

Lazard Freres also has a BUY rating with a $4 target.

Other companies are researching INSM and I expect more coverage soon.

Institutions have been accumulating INSM shares heavily in recent months.

INSM pps has been under relentless manipulation for several weeks and now it is ready to roar...

INSM is the ONLY biotec trading under $2/share and with a market cap of less than $200M having:

--- One recently FDA-approved drug with orphan status (7 year protection) due for commercial launch in June 2006.

--- A huge pipeline of potentially blockbuster drugs addressing cancer, muscular disthrophy, diabetes, and other serious illnesses.

--- A solid balance sheet with over $60M in cash and no LTD.

REALISTIC 3-MONTH TARGET: $4 ++

******GREAT THREE MONTHS AHEAD******

...NEW FDA-APPROVED IPLEX COMMERCIAL LAUNCH IN MAY/JUNE..$$$$...ORPHAN STATUS

...SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING MID MAY

...IPLEX FOR INSULIN RESISTANCE PHASE 2 CLINICAL TRIAL RESULTS WILL BE PUBLISHES IN JUNE 2006 AT INTERNATIONAL ENDO CONFERENCE.

...IPLEX FOR MIOTONIC MUSCULAR DISTROPHY RESULTS.

...RESULTS FOR INS-18 ANTIBODY TO FIGHT PROSTRATE CANCER.

INSM has a solid balance sheet with over $60M in cash. In addition to that, INSM will launch iPlex, its first FDA-approved drug, in June 2006. Cash plus iPlex revenues will help push forward its HUGE drug pipeline.

DURING 2Q 2006 INSM WILL:

Accelerate the commercial launch Of iPlex, its first drug approved by the FDA (ORPHAN STATUS). The company plans to launch iPlex during 2Q 2006.

Continue pursuing the marketing authorization for IPLEX in Europe. The company will submit a formal application to the EMEA (the European equivalent of the FDA) shortly.

In mid June, INSM will present results of Phase 2 clinical trials using iPlex to treat Severe Insulin Resistance at the International Endo Society Conference.

Continue clinical studies of the various drug candidates like iPlex for Severe Insulin Resistance Resistance, iPlex for Miotonic Muscular Dystrophy, small antibody molecule INSM-18 currently in Phases I/II to combat prostrate cancer, and several other drugs.

The following are a few highlights related to INSM's drug pipeline

** On March 7, the Business Intelligence firm La Merie S.L. reported that antibodies are at the forefront of novel cancer therapeutics targeting the insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R).The report states that INSM along with giant Pfizer are among the leaders in this promising oncology research area. INSM-18 is a dual inhibitor of IGF-1R and Her2/neu and is the only clinical stage IGF-1R small molecule antagonist (phase I/II in prostate cancer).

CURRENT COMPANT FOCUS PER LAST CC....

iPlex Comercialization
iPLex Manufacturing
Pipeline Clinical Development

IPLEX COMERCIALIZATION:

iPlex will be comercially launched in June 2006.

INSM has hired top talent to assemble an impressive sales and marketing team.

New employees have an average of 17 years of experience in the area of pediatric endochrinology.

New employees were involved in 29 new product launches.

80% of the new sales force has direct experience with selling growth hormones and pediatric endochrinology.

The new sales force will concentrate their efforts to reach over 400 pediatric endochrinologists in the US.

IPLEX MANUFACTURING:

INSM owns an FDA-approved large manufacturing plant capable generating several hundred million dollars per year in revenues.

Having its own manufacturing plant, enables INSM to have complete control over all production issues including quality control, operational flexibility and efficiency, safety and environmental compliance, etc..

INSM is currently working on an iPlex formulation that is stable at room temperature. This product will be launched in early 2007. Currently iPlex (and competing products) require that they be stored in a refrigerator prior to use. This will be a huge advantage of INSM's product over existing competitors not havin g that capability.

PIPELINE CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT

INSM will be conducting clinical trials to extend its iPlex patient population from 6,000 to over 30,000 by addressing other conditions affecting children with IGF-1 defficiency.

June 2006 presentation of results of Phase II iPlex clinical trials for Severe Insulin Resistance in Type 1 diabetics (Endo show)

Continue educating medical and patient population about the benefits of iPlex in 7 shows/conferences in the next 3 months.

DO YOUR DD!!

brandyjoco

I agree with you on INSM at $10 in the future.  I think it is the next VPHM.  I only have 7000 shares and would have liked to add more when it was down to $2.20

INSM should break a couple of resistance levels today.

Still very...very cheap at these prices.

terabemo

Strong start for INSM. My guess is that it will close aroud $2.7 today. We'll see.

terabemo

INSM is looking really strong. The last two hours of trading will be PANDEMONIUM. I just can't understand why people wait until the last minute to buy and they end up paying a lot more for their shares.
