This little baby is running into some nice profits! ;)
Not a bad day, we hit 0.14 and closed @ 0.13. I think it will take out the resistance @ 0.15 tomorrow. After that who knows? The sky is the limit! :D :D :D
I'm giving you all the applauds I can ,when I can !
Roll Tide!!! ;)

Setravis,

What is your plan with HISC ?

If they get a cellular deal and/or another port, this could really get over $ 1.00.
The port deals are big money.

Scratching my head for an exit strategy.

I keep hearing, " Pigs get slaughtered " running through my head. >:D

Keep waiting for some sort of selloff.
We had some big sells at the open then look how it ended.

Roll Tide is right !

I am not even sure where this thing is headed.  Does anyone know what the fundamentals are for this company?  do they have the revenue, profitability and growth potential to support this rise?

fill_the_gap

Yes, IMO much more than this level.
They were profitable last year.  And they were in a R&D stage.
Now rolling out sales team, retail sales...etc.

Read the past filings.  Long but worth it.

Then go to the website and look at the products.

Then call Matt Maguire with Big Apple Consulting.

Always do all the DD you can find.

Potential is strong with the infrastructure.

Jeff, scratching my head too.
I was kind of thinking that I may pull the profits off the table, and let the original investment ride.We will know more tomorrow. I want to see how it reacts to the resistance @ 0.15.
Got to do that now we have held into the close.

I closed my position at 0.13

The reason I am not less bullish but I am adjusting my portfolio. This is an excellent stock but I have my time with this baby. I am moving now. Goodluck to all those who hold.

May enter back once adjust my messed up portfolio, infact I am in the process of moving to another town, so can't concentrate a lot :)

stocky

jeff, let me give you ur 30th applaud for HISC and all the good work.

take care.

ehos

Letting it ride.  Like I said, I'm going 'greedy' with this one.

The best line I read in the fundamentals was '125 Million in revenue in 3 years'.

That's a house right there.  :)

HISC should test 15 cents tomorrow.

I reviewed all of the news on HISC and past filings.

The recent pattern of releases bodes well for positive news this week.

Rather underpromise and overdeliver.

Looking for a reason to sell but cannot find one.

News of a port, order, exchange upgrade,,,etc.
Think a double from here is not out of the question.

I will never post 20 Bagger in the Heading again.  But this one really caught my eye as one that should do it.

There were large sell orders at the bell.  It hardly put a dent in the price.  Then closed at 13 cents when everyone was looking for a reason to sell.

The support on dips is outstanding.  Never seen this before for so many days in a row.
The bid would drop and the ask would remain much higher.

There are some serious shareholders here who are holding for a reason.

SOF Candidate yet ?

Too many shares and holding...

A read for those who have not read.  HISC insiders hold alot of shares.

What attracted me to HISC initially was a plan to move exchanges.
They have set the stage.  Limiting the Float is always a plus.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Board Retires 450 Million Shares
Wednesday April 27, 8:30 am ET

ASHEVILLE, N.C., April 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Board has approved the retirement of 450 Million shares which will dramatically reduce the outstanding share total by more than 45%.

The board believes the decision to retire the shares will result in a positive restructuring of the company's stock without a reverse split. Currently there are approximately 950,000,000 shares outstanding, after the retirement there will only be 500,000,000. Management believes that the retirement coupled with positive earnings should result in much higher stock prices.

``We have no intention of doing a reverse split. The board believes the retirement of shares will suffice and should result in a better reflection of our earnings per share once we are approved for the Nasdaq Bulletin Board or AMEX,'' stated Frank A Moody, II, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently released its year-end un-audited financials for period ending December 31, 2004. Homeland Integrated Security Systems reported a Net Profit of over $550,000 for the year end. Sales for the year ended December 31, 2004 were $2,061,856 with Gross Profit for year ended December 31, 2004 of $1,585,051, Expenses for the year were less than $1,000,000 and the company reported a Net Operating Profit of $585,666.

The Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Board of Directors has agreed to retire the 50 million shares upon receipt, which will reduce the outstanding and float totals significantly. The 50 million share buy back is in addition to the 10 million share buy back that the Board purchased directly from the market. That initial buy back was based upon the various events that have already unfolded, and what the Board believes will be happening in the near future. The Board elected to make this announcement because, as of this date, the company is not yet fully reporting, despite retaining GreenTree Financial Group to make applications to the Nasdaq Bulletin Board or AMEX.

A very impressive pick, I applaud you.

Do you have any idea when the switch will happen?  I, like you, bought on that fundamental.

To answer the question, the upgrade on exchanges can happen any day according to Matt Maguire.  The post below was from RB.  Thought it was an interesting theory.

You bring up a really good point. Here's my 2 cents. Imagine what has happened here is basically this. You will agree we started under 1 cent with 1 billion shares. The company has either reclaimed or bought back up to 550 million shares lets say. That leaves 450 mill which management and insiders say control what 62%?? Well that would leave let's say 200 million shares outstanding.

Now imagine way back when there let's say 40 people who thought like Wes and who bought in excess of 5 millions shares each. Remember, we're talking about shares that were costing hundreds or thousands of a cent each. $5000. would have bought you a LOT of shares.

Now I also ask you to imagine EXACTLY what is going on here. Those 40 or so people KNOW what they have and are unwilling to sell before a minimum of .20. Why?? Because at 20 cents they each individually become millionaires. BUT if they ndecided to HOLD till $1.00 they would ALL become multi-millionaires.

Okay that theory becomes your "baseline" for this senerio. Once the share price started to bounce off of 5 cents. those same 40 people realized EXACTLY what they had and started to hold their shares very close to the vest. ADD to that HISC is REALLY starting to become NOTICED for it's potential. This fuels speculation in the stock by "new" investors. On a daily basis the volume is increasing and the buy orders are coming in at a rate of 3 to 1.

Where do you or anyone for that matter think the MM's are getting the shares to fill those orders from?? The shares being sold to them are 3 times less than they have to produce in order to fill the "NEW" buy orders.

In this case, the MM's only have a couple of options.
1) they can keep raising the offer in an "orderly" fashion to entice selling to fill the buy orders.
2) they can "naked" short (create shares out of thin air) BUT at some point the MM's MUST replace those shares so they are continually raising the price on the bid to entice selling in order to replace those shares that they created at let's say .04.

It becomes a vicious cycle for them and they USUALLY can maintain control by manipulating the price but what I think you are seeing here is that NOT only do the longs, daytraders, swing traders, etc. see but the MM's see it as well.

AND that simply is the fact that this company is mind blowingly UNDERVALUED and it is my firm opinion that IF all those who have bought in just keep holding with minimal trades, as well as the rest of us, we will easily pass 50 cents by the end of this month.

The bullish signals, the charts, the available amount of free trading shares, but most of all it is the investors whom are hanging together here and conversing with each other in a civil manner whom will teach and educate all the "newbies" to HISC way they should consider purchasing and "holding" this stock.

Simply put, we have WAY TO FEW SHARES available for ALL the INTERESTED people. All the above is my humble opinion and nothing more that I wanted to throw out for all to consider.

Best regards
