It's supply and demand.  HISC COULD be the best company in the world, but right now it has way too many shares outstanding.

1 Billion, that's just an insane amount of outstanding shares.  It would take an incredible amount of work to make the company come in line with it's projected market cap.  There could be a huge run up (like Taser), but I really hope not.  I hope it's not based on hype but actual fundamentals that the company makes money.

IF the company reduces it's shares, IF it moves to a new market, IF it continues to get more orders, IF the management keeps it all going in line, IF It can repay it's debts, THEN it will all come together as a multi-dollar stock.

Right now, honestly, any way you value it, it's a penny and it will be for a while (which IMO is a VERY good thing).  Slow and steady will help HISC much more than hype and hyperbole.

Like I said, I'm long with my free shares, and I will buy more to trade with.  Very nice company you don't see in .PK, very rare.  Ground floor opportunity, but now that I've had time to have a cool head, take some profits and step back for 4 days, I realize what the potentials and pitfalls are!

Happy trades!

Ehos,

The outstanding shares is very different than the Float.

Insiders are not dumping the shares.

The shares are being bought back and/or retired.

HISC is not about fundamentals right now.  The sales are beginning.  They have been ramping up with R&D.  It is about the future.

This has all factors that I look for:

-  Product Portfolio
-  Alliances
-  Strong Management & Names Affiliated
-  Homeland Security Hot Topic
-  Exposure In Investment Community
-  Consistant PR's (Like Clockwork)
-  Sales To Shoot Down The Pump & Dump Theory

You may be correct and it is okay.  But hey, a message board is not doing those giant block buys.

And the 1 billion statement is incorrect at this point.

HISC by end of year will be the largest % gainer out there, IMO.

Just an opinion with strong research behind it.

We will see.  Sure it will retrace as nothing goes straight up.  But HISC is just beginning.
Beens aying that since 1-2 cents though.   :o

Clockwork... More to come, IMO.

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

Homeland Integrated Security Systems CyberNoze Division to Demonstrate the Quantum Sniffer at the AAPA Port Security and Safety Conference

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Jul 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) is pleased to announce that its CyberNoze division will be one of the sponsors, and will be demonstrating the Quantum Sniffer, at the American Association of Port Authorities seminar for Port Security and Safety from July 27-29, 2005 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be the corporate sponsor for breakfast at the seminar on Thursday, July 28, 2005.
There is expected to be more than 150 attendees present from various ports around the country. The seminar topics will include combating terrorism and cargo theft, radiation safety and building a port authority police force. The two and a half day seminar will also address key security and safety challenges confronting public seaports.

The CyberNoze division will be demonstrating the Quantum Sniffer explosives detection device, which was developed by Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX). The Quantum Sniffer is clearly differentiated from competitive products as a result of being a non-contact device that detects most explosives vapors directly -- as opposed to hand wiping of all trace explosives particles -- as competitive products presently do. The CyberNoze division will promote this technology for use in the detection of trace residues of explosives materials for aviation and transportation security, protection of high threat facilities, infrastructure, customs and border protection, and cargo screening.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced the receipt of a blanket purchase order from Pro.Sec, a leading Middle Eastern security company, to purchase over $5.5 million of explosives detection equipment. The explosives detection equipment is distributed in the Middle East through Homeland Integrated Security Systems' CyberNoze security division. Pro.Sec, with operations in Lebanon, is expected to use the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection equipment for security and protection of commercial buildings and government installations.

"I am pleased that we will have the opportunity to introduce the CyberTracker and Quantum Sniffer to key people in all aspects of port security, and counter-terrorism," stated Frank A. Moody II, Chairman and CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

Some of the keynote speakers at the seminar will be Charles E. Frahm, Special Agent in charge of Counter-terrorism Division for the FBI, Marshall Stone, Operations Safety Manager, South Carolina State Ports Authority, Ami Sar EL, Security Director, Israel Ports Company, and Luke McCormick, Health Physicist. Other sponsors of the AAPA Port Security and Safety Seminar include Object Video, Malcolm Pirnie, Ross & Barruzzini, Embarcadero Systems Corporation, and Tetra Tech. For more information on the AAPA Port Security and Safety Seminar, go to www.aapa-port.org.

Like a magnet to the 10 cent area.

Tight range.

Added at the close.

Not missing HISC run.  It is coming any day, IMO.

Seems the PR is well planned.

.PK is not going to be here for long.

Truly believe 20-25 cents very soon with what is ahead.

Jeff, Seems to like the .09 area now.  Hope there's not much further down to go.

Without an order or exchange news, it will pull back, consolidate and move up from there.
6-8 cents is not out of the question short term.  I am in for the long term and not worried.
Probably will be alot of selling this week without major news.

More news should come this week if the pattern continues.
It is the port conference and future revenue opportunities that is appealing.

We will see.  Take profits and buy back later if you do not have the time to wait.
Hate for you to lose any here.

Barry Bennett is currently directing government marketing efforts, both domestically and internationally, out of Homeland Integrated Security System's new office in Washington, D.C. Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. recently announced that it has received its' second major order for the patent-pending Cyber Tracker. Giuliani did the pull back before doing the buying, LOL.  Got to go to sleep for a couple of hours...just finished the book " Reminiscences of a Stock Operator." Fantastic.

fill_the_gap

I just bought back my half in the 7-8 cent range.

Sticking with the original plan of waiting for the exchange upgrade from .PK.

When HISC gets onto the Bulletin Board, it will test the 15-20 cent range.  This will happen any day according to Matt Maguire.

My top holding.  And selling some others to add.

Just my opinion.  Like where it is headed long term.

Do the research.  But I have been waiting for the pullback.
Here it is.

Not saying it will not hit 6 cents near term, but should be some more news Monday.  They come every 3 days it seems.

Not sure if I helped.  Hate for you to lose any money.  Nothing is ever for sure in trading.  Very confident with HISC.  2 Million Shares.
;)

Best stock potential for a double or more that I can find.  We will see.
Do the research to make a decision.

I'm with you Jeff,
Added to my position @.08 and didn't think it would go any lower but that's the way it goes.  Glad to get the fill because it is also my largest position also with the greatest potential.  Only wish I had a million shares. Will probably sell 1/2 also on the jump form exchange news and buy back again on the correction afterwards.
Most products offered by companies are more frill than life or death implications HISC can solve.  If you we a subway rider in London the last weeks how much would you have contributed to solve the problem?  Every port, every transit entry site, every border crossing will need this technology to increase our level of security.  The recent studies claim we got very little for the billions spent on homeland security so far.  This would offer a level of return much greater for far less.  This will detect anyone who has even been in contact with explosives even if they weren't carrying any so it would signal an alert to authorities.

fill_the_gap

Not to mention the Cyber Tracker may be placed with a large mobile phone contract.
And it can be used to monitor children, school buses...etc.

Fascinating technology.

Just the tip of the iceburg so far.
Just one opinion, do the research

Hoping this will get some positive attention today  :)
