Technically speaking this is poised to rise.. looks like it may be gradual, but it's showing oversold.  (wm%)

Wonder if this has a few more sideways and down days ahead before taking off.  Falling on heavier volume the last 3 days, while up slightly today on lighter volume.  Not attracting enough buyers at this level.

The PR is every 2 -3 days now.

News of orders and/or a new exchange is what is needed to move it up.

HISC is prepared and ready to announce more large contracts.  They are already profitable, unlike most Pennies.

A multitude of possibilities.  Cell Phones, Ports, Schools, Bus, Automobiles, Children, Airports...etc.  You name it.

The expansion to Europe and Middle East should generate a tremendous profit.
But just one port can mean millions of dollars.

Panic selling is what the MM wants.  Any numbers or news can move it right back near 15-20 cents.

Just one opinion, do the research

Anyways HISC made nice move to the upside.
We will see about some follow through tomorrow.

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Completes Successful Demonstrations to Top U.S. Port Authority and Port Security Officials -- as Featured on Mac Report.Net

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) is pleased to announce that the company has concluded a series of successful demonstrations to top executives from ports around the country. According to CEO Frank Moody's interview on Mac Report.Net, "As a result of last week's seminar, meetings are currently being scheduled to provide U.S. ports with CyberNoze, Cyber Tracker, and Cyber Rad products."
The CyberNoze division of Homeland Integrated Security Systems demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer explosives detection device, which was developed by Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX). Executives demonstrated the Quantum Sniffer at the American Association of Port Authorities seminar for Port Security and Safety which was held from July 27-29, 2005 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Quantum Sniffer demonstrations included participation from the various port officials and successful detection of TNT and C4 Explosives.

The Quantum Sniffer is clearly differentiated from competitive products as a result of being a non-contact device that detects most explosives vapors directly -- as opposed to hand wiping of all trace explosives particles, as competitive products presently do. The CyberNoze division will promote this technology for use in the detection of trace residues of explosives materials for aviation and transportation security, protection of high-threat facilities, infrastructure, customs and border protection, and cargo screening.

In his interview on the Mac Report.Net, Mr. Moody stated that the company "Has already exceeded its sales goals for 2005, and (he) expects a very strong 4th quarter, as previously ordered products begin to ship."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced the receipt of a blanket purchase order from Pro.Sec, a leading Middle Eastern security company, to purchase over $5.5 million of explosives detection equipment. The explosives detection equipment is distributed in the Middle East through Homeland Integrated Security Systems' CyberNoze security division. Pro.Sec, with operations in Lebanon, is expected to use the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection equipment for security and protection of commercial buildings and government installations.

I have had little luck trying to trade in and out of HISC.

Holding my 2 million shares.  Trading the plan.

Will re evaluate when they upgrade from .PK status.

I see 20-25 cents easy after breaking the 15 cent mark.

With more orders and without .PK, HISC will reach new highs.

The PR is scheduled well to have it maintain around 10 cents, base and then explode through 15 cents.

This remains ground floor considering where it is headed very soon.

You could be right FTG, and I typically agree with your posts.  In this instance, however, I am not sold on HISC.  They have way too many outstanding shares, and though they are profitable, the PRs that come out every other day, almost have a negative effect on the stock price.  When they released the PR with nothing but good news regarding the financial position of the company, it was pretty much overlooked by the common investor as the company releases news too often.  I mean, do we really need to know that they just finished going to a port security conference?  Maybe if they took some orders, or honestly believe that they are nearing completion of a few deals they wouldn't have gotten otherwise....but just to inform us of their location like that seems like overkill to me.  Let the profit PR sink in for a while before releasing something else almost meaningless.

Good luck with it though, I wish you well.  I've traded in and out of it twice now, for a total of about a 50% gain.  I don't see the stock price dropping too significantly, but there are better investments until the .ob status gets closer.

Green Tree Financial and the company's CPA are in the final stages of preparing the audits for the company to be up-listed to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. This will be done soon. ...terror attacks....expand to Europe......

500 000 000 outstanding shares time 0.1 = market cap is 50 Million Dollar (is that right fill the gap?)

(In April there were 950 000 000 shares outstanding after the retirement there are now only 500 000 00.)

+++all in all my pick for 2005

I've heard that for the last month.  I realize these things take time, but you're leading everyone to believe that it's going to be within the next few days, when the truth is that nobody really knows how long it will take.  Holding until the upgrade could be many more months...depending on what the auditors discover.  Eventually, HISC will probably skyrocket, but in the meantime is it really worth it when there are numerous other investments you could be missing out on?  I personally didn't think so, that's why I sold.  If you have patience and can afford to have your money tied up for months (if it ends up taking that long), then it's a good investment for you.

anyway the chart tells me all...first criteria for me is the chart ....then fundamentals..hisc has both.
1. The Hisc chart has a nice continution pattern....
2. retracement always turns when rsi at 50
3. stock is on a rally right now

Good evening !
