Where can we find a listing of Pinks that are filing for Bulletin Board status ?

They move quickly and dramatically from the filing date to the BB date.

Anyone know ?

HISC is ready for another leg up.

Grabbed another 70,000 shares this week on dips.  Holding 210,000 shares total now.  Still looks like a stong buy IMO.

The TA does seems similar to the last run-up based on the chart from setravis.  The only difference is this time HISC will probably not reach the 50 DMA because of the CC news.

FTG, you stated that the IMX order was valid above.  Any news on that to share?

The order was a Blanket Order.
It does not come with cash up front, so IMX is not calling it an Order yet.

IMX and HISC are meeting this week to discuss.
More press will come.

The Lebanon company verified the Blanket order for the 5.5 million on a call.

Nice to see an active board again !

It should move to 10 cents and above on hype into the call Tuesday.

Lots of folks are getting the word out and getting ready for hisc...very positive.One post said this from market millionaires that hit when i googled the white paper:


HISC has announced in recent news releases that they anticipate sales to be over $175M (3 separate announcements = 125+25+25) over the next three years. Assuming that that's all they'll get and won't make further progress, and assuming that the sales are spread evenly over the next three years, they are expecting $58M/year in sales.

When you look at the margins they are announcing and the margins that they actually achieved last year, you could assume that they will continue to get at least 25%.

And, when you look at the last quarterly statements, you'll see that there are approximately 731M shares outstanding (this is assuming that they've already done everything that they intend to do based on the 450M stock retirement announced in April). If you use a P/E of 22 (an average of 6 other profitable security companies), you end up with the following:

Earnings = 58M *.25 = 14.58M
EPS = Earnings / 731 M = .02
PPS = .02 * 22 = .48

I think we have a way to go yet. I anticipate that, with the way this Aug 23 call is set up (ie. participants) and Moody's April 11 comment, "Based upon our current financial status and our strategic partners, I will not rule out any possibilities" that we're about to have a surprise to the upside! If not, why not just publish the news as they have in the past?

This is about to get even more exciting!

Took a long time off from HISC in order to evaluate another entry point.
This chart is set to explode on any news.
A voluntary Conference Call may do the trick.
Tuesday after the close.

Over 3 years.

So in 3 years, expect the valuation to be .48  I think this is a good long term hold, but right now it's overpriced at .10

Just consider, the 52 week low is .0001 and up to .10 How many bags is that??

I agree, ehos.  This is probably overpriced in the short term but a good long term investment.  I bought on the rumor and will sell on whatever news comes out this week.  I just hope it's a lot of good stuff!!!

I wish I would have seen this intraday chart on Thursday.  I would have bought then.  I didn't notice the consolidation that happened Tuesday-Thursday until Fill posted again yesterday.

I like how strong support was set at .088.  Excellent risk/reward ratio short term.

The stock is definitely bullish right now as can be seen on the longer term chart.  I wouldn't say that we had a breakout of the pennant yesterday or that HISC will go far once it is broken but you have to like how it looks right now.

Matt Maguire stated on a call that news will come prior to the call Tuesday that will be discussed during the call.  Look for PR Monday & Tueday.

He also said 1-2 surprise guests will be on the call.

Since the Green Tree CEO is on the call, we hope for audited numbers.
They have said to file by the end of this month.
This would spike the price for sure.

This chart has shown support for months.
Alot of volume for a Pink.
They have been in the top 5 traded Pinks for weeks.

There have been large block buys for a few months.
This is not daytrading.

I expected it to drop over the past month.

Very Bullish for next week.
You will not get below 10 cents Monday, IMO.
