They track much more often than any competitors. Linux much more open and opens doors for interaction with other products. Ethernet port and thus can take it with you, connect to internet, connect wireless router. Do tons of stuff with it, because of ports, etc.

RETAIL Use for monitoring kids driving – place in book bag, in car, etc.. You set up parameters and the alarms are sent to you. Average person can use it if you use Windows. Simple.

NEXTEL – relationship. Our preferred vendor for our pipeline, extremely secure in our transmitted data. That's why military likes us.

Push to Talk more for the ports and military base. Instead of having to dispatch a military unit, communicate with the devices directly, less false alarms.

How involved is he? Last 2 of 5 weeks and more trips are planned – Scotland Yard and Paris re Metro trains tunnel, and then back to mideast re CyberTracker. Political CONNECTIONS. PURCHASE ORDER FINANCING – GREEN TREE FINANCING guy "MARK" Blanket purchase order finacing for $5 million for sale through ProSEc. Short term financing on pre-sales to credit worthy customer base. PO financing involves issuing letters of credit, powerful tool, enables HISC to accept new orders. They have UNLIMITED SOURCE ON PO'S on governmental entities, so company can meet mfg. Goals.

SB-2 and OTC BB – increased credibility and liquidity, SB-2 registration statement reviewed by SEC. Will complete SB-2 within 2 weeks after getting audit, which is about 2 weeks. Could take several months as SEC gives comments as they go along.

Eventual goal of NAZ or AMEX – and increased liquidity. Based on revenue projections, HISC should meet minimum listing requirements.

MOODY SAYS RE ACQUISITION CANDIDATE. Our companies goal from day 1 to take company as far as can to higher exchanges. We are real business with tremendous growth. As of today, we do not have calls bouncing off the walls but I BELIEVE WE ARE AN ACQUISITION CANDIDATE, ABSOLUTELY COULD BE IN THE NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE. Other than VPHM, this is without a doubt the most bullish chart I own.  I have my doubts that it can hold it's price short term but it is definitely a long term play.  More immediate sales and upload to OTCBB would help short term pps but if management can execute long term this is an excellent future play.

the biggest worry here in my opinion is the 730M share float.

730M * .12 = ~$88M market cap for a company with less then $10M in projected revenues for the year.

Not a high capitalization at all if they hit their revenue targets, but if you think this stock is going to explode to the $10 range EVER, think again. Reasonably optimistic sell target is ~$0.50 or so in due time.

They also have a large number of preferred shares (4.5M) that convert into common at 1 to 100 (!), so you're looking at a potential billion+ share float. If this can get into the .16's, I will sell and buy back. Great PR machine, hot industry, and pending exchange promotion will keep this in play.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. hosted a Nationwide Teleconference yesterday, and reported that the company will be demonstrating its product line to various government officials, both here in the US and Abroad. Homeland Integrated Security Systems reported net profits for the 2nd Quarter, and the company anticipates continuing its profitability going forward.

Determine coverage; identify any part of the port not covered. Test the battery size and life.

Phase I. Results

The Cyber Tracker worked flawlessly. Coverage was good in every part of the port. Battery size and life are not issues; the Cyber Tracker charging unit's life is 16 hours, exceeding the average length of projected truck usage (2 hours) by 800%.

Phase II. Criteria

Determine the Data Collection, archiving, and storage capabilities of the Cyber Tracker solution; showing tracking and movement of vehicles at selected intervals over a 30 day period.

Phase II. Results

The Cyber Tracker met and exceeded all data criteria.

Phase III of the Savannah Port Project consists of GIS mapping and software finalizations and incorporates tracking devices deployed both on the port and in the immediate area surrounding the port.
