Good to see my post is being ignored. 

You made some good points, and obviously chose the action that you feel is best for you. Most of us won't lose our shirts if it completely tanks. This is mostly a gamblers play and as such becomes just like slots, if you play bet only what you can afford to lose. But hey,when you get right down to it isn't that true of most plays after all? its not a gamble if you study its underlying fundamdentals. people get too excited on all these statements these penny stocks release every single day, announcing every little event as if it were huge progress. If one were to ignore these statements and do actual research on what u can find behind the stock, it wouldnt be such a gamble. I'm not saying the stock is gonna tank, but something seems fishy. The stock doesn't have a great history, and they are very unspecific about where this money is coming in from. $17 mil in sales, and $5mil in commision. Sales of what? I thought they sold their debit card devision for 2 bil stock, and i dont think they are selling ostrich meat anymore. what was the exact sale, of this microforest for a $5 mil commision? And what does the stock quote SLJB and its "collapse" have to do with PYPR shares as stated in the last pm news. Remember the stock went down nearly 20%, and Jack Brown and Mike Terrell together own 66%, leaving 33% for public investors. Considering they released a GREAT profit statement, I don't think 20/33%= 2/3rd of people were trying to get rid of their stock the next day. Most likely public was trying to buy, Mike Terrell and Jack Brown sold more then 30% of their stock, eventually sending it way down even with a strong demand, since their 66% outdoes your 33%. Today they bought it back at a nice price, made a quick buck.

Good to see my post is being ignored. I see another release has been issued a few hours ago claiming that up to a 1 billion shares will be repurchased, to give us an advantage. How noble. Where would that money come from? Remember, ALL OF THE RECENT PROFIT IS ALL ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. For those of you who haven't taken business classes, it means while the transaction has occurred, no money has transferred hands. Currently, Paypro has about $140,000 in free cash. Purchasing 1billon shares at even par value of 0.001 would cost a million dollars, cash they dont have. Purchasing them at one cent each would cost 10 million dollars, money they definetly don't have even after these profits supposedly come in.

I think your a 20 yrold kid wanna be basher name fred whos a self proclaimed hustler. You have just joined the 3 stock community with another id and has joined countless ids on  other boards to bash this stock. I mean not to mention you fail to realize that the company sold 2 bil restricted stock @ .04 so they have more then ample money to do a buy back.  80 mil !!!!!!! at least

I think you are trying to hustle and manipulate people with your posts, if your ponzi bash scheme works, ill will buy more shares.  You say its about fundamentals, well with 3qtr numbers and even using the old o/s 7.6 bil. You get a .03-.06 stock using a 50 -100pe.

There has been a recent explosion of people bashing PYPR after they released their earnings. I believe I know what is going on here. I have reason to believe that the extraordinary earnings have cause a group of basher to form in an attempt to bring the stock down in order to get in cheap. So all I can truly say about what we can do is to simply ignore.Thanks for posting that pure, it is a shame that college students are trying to bring down the pps. Spreading false information is a serious offense. Especially making up a bunch of bogus about CEO of a company selling while public buying. If this is true ,then show proof, otherwise please stop what you are doing. Good Luck to the honest people in this board.

The TerraVerde MicroForests Program provides a simple, convenient but effective way for individuals, families, corporations or other groups to contribute to this effort by becoming "carbon-neutral." To do this the total CO2 emission of an individual or group is estimated and a MicroForest is sponsored to balance this emission to achieve an overall zero emission of CO2. A simple estimate of average personal CO2 emission can be based on the total population and total energy consumption of the country where the person lives. On this basis, a person in Latin America causes the emission of about 2.3 tons of CO2 per year, whereas someone in the USA would emit about 20 tons/year.

A MicroForest converts CO2 into oxygen which is released into the atmosphere, and carbon which is stored away as wood. The size of the MicroForest needed to balance a person's CO2 emission depends on many factors including whether the MicroForest is part of a Conservation project or a Reforestation project, the geographic location of the project, the tree species, soil type, rainfall etc. In general, trees in the tropics grow much faster than elsewhere and can absorb CO2 at a higher rate and therefore Tropical MicroForests provide the most effective way to combat global warming.
