In response to the previous posts against what i had to say and against me. i haven't been "spamming" any message board, I simply am a curious investor who had reasonable questions that I was hoping could be answered. I posted my concerns on two other pennystock messageboards, I think lionstocks and investosphere or something like that, and nobody responded to either post, so I came here. The idea that a couple of negative posts could actually seriously affect the stock price of even a stock this small, is ridiculous. Stock spammers have to send out BILLIONS of emails before they can see a serious change in the price of a stock. Furthermore, I haven't sold all my PYPR shares and still have a small position, so the idea that I want to bring the price of the stock down is ridiculous,  because I do think despite its serious cash problems right now, the company has potential. I was simply pointing out some serious problems that I saw, and hoping that someone would point out how they are going to be solved. For example, Mike Terrell stated that he wants to buy back one billion shares to decrease the dilution of the stocks and discourage shorts and daytraders. However, he then announces that he is going to sell 2 billion more common shares at $0.04 each. Wouldn't this dilute the current shares a lot more when earnings come around? The reason I'm so concerned is that companies that have a lot of potential that could have easily turned permanently profitable end up Ch. 11 because of insufficient cashflow. Is it not true that nobody mentioned that the 2500% increase in profits was almost all receivables, is this truly not a concern to anyone?

On the ad hominem responses that were directed towards me regarding my previous employment, my age, and my looks, I say to you... grow up. If the arguments I made about the company were so whack, you could've debunked them instead of spending time insulting me. But to the people that went after me, personally, I feel a response is fair. I was only 17 to barely 18 years old when I was working at CompUSA over 25 hours a week while also taking college courses before graduating highschool at the same time. I had no social life. Everymonth the top sales people were ranked according to their sales in terms of revenue and amount of warranties sold. I almost always made it to the top 10 of the entire southeast region out of thousands of employees, selling more (in both revenue and warranties) than anyone else in the store, even though I was working only 2/3rds of the hours that most of my coworkers did. On average I was pulling in about $2500 a month after taxes. I put most of that money in large/midcap oil and goldmining stocks, Russian and Latin American mutual funds, and to a smaller extent, options, junkbonds, and simple savings. I have since nearly doubled my money (it was nearly tripled until the recent downturn of oil/gold stocks this summer), and now have enough money to pay most of my living expenses in college, while my parents only have to pay a discounted tuition (I received a partial tution scholarship).

I will admit that I know almost nothing in pennystocks and only recently began taking interest after some of my former highschool buddies told me how they nearly tripled their money in just months, using nothing more then reading financial statements on pinksheets while ignoring all the hyped up announcements. I really came to these message boards for the first time in hopes of getting questions answered that I couldn't figure out myself, but ended up personally shocked when I realized that many people were throwing money at all these business wire announcements before even checking the fundamentals. The profits here look good but the cash isn't there, and the shares are extremely diluted. Furthermore the distribution of another 2 billion shares is probably not going to help the situation.

The stock has dropped nearly 50% in recent days, and remember 66% of the shares are owned by 2 men. All I want are some answers or theories as to why this is all happening?

Thanks

Well, here is a post from another message board from someone who went to the shareholder meeting today. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15132899

It'll probably answer a lot of questions for you. PYPR is a strong buy at its current price levels imo. I will be adding more to my position tomorrow. ;)

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PayPro, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: PYPR - News) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Corobici Wildlife Refuge, Canas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Central America.

PayPro, Incorporated is committed and dedicated to the sustainable preservation of Earth's Flora, Fauna and Water resources in every part of the world we operate in. Every project, development, and venture we are involved in will have an environmental commitment.

Our MicroForest programs will play a vital role in combating global warming by regulating the world's temperature and weather by storing large quantities of carbon and water. The continued destruction of the world's forests is responsible for a large part of the globally elevated carbon dioxide (CO2) level which is the major driver of global warming. Conserving the remaining Tropical Forests and planting new Tropical Forests would reduce the rate of CO2 emission and buy more time while better alternatives to burning fossil fuels are developed.

its not a gamble if you study its underlying fundamdentals.

I know there are plenty of people on this board smarter than me, but I gotta tell you, the fundamentals of a company is only going to be as good as is reported by that company - I own a little FNSR - which is getting hammered after hours - because now it appears they are going to have to restate their financials going back perhaps as long ago as 8 years - IMO anybody that doesn't think the stock market is a gamble, well suffice it to say I salute and applaud your acumen for being as far ahead of the game as you claim to be - and I have no reason to believe you are not. GLTA and Happy speculating.

.003s are a gift imo, and wont b here much longer

B_Dub

.003's are a gift and it really wouldn't matter to me if I did see the .002's I would gather some more cash together and buy more. If you truly are investing in a company and not a trend then all this BS going on from the shorts and daytraders really doesn't  matter. This company is going to produce huge revenues that's all there is to it. revenues = Profits for the shareholders. Now another point is we are not going to see this company in full swing bringing in all the revenues they can for quite some time. the project in panama isn't even under way yet. and all of this companies other ventures are just starting. so if you want my advice sit back gather the cheap shares where you can and don't bother yourself with these small dips and spikes. in the years to come this company will be huge and probably on a major exchange one day.

dmxbr9

i agree with you, and this is seriously a company that i trust to hold my money with....so cheap down here, it wont be for long imo.....the company has been keeping up with really nice PRs...imo we see some really significant news soon.
