IBAC Corporation to Form Construction & Development Division
Business Wire    "US Press Releases "

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

IBAC Corporation (Pinksheets:IBCX), a Hospitality Holding Company, today announced it will form a yet to be named construction & development division.

The wholly owned subsidiary/division will be charged with all building/development activities pertaining to the recently announced agreement to acquire the Rosswood Country Club. The company intends to build depending on zoning ordinances a combination of high end single family homes, condominiums and time share/vacation villas on the property.

The company based on its initial research has determined that the property could yield as many as 300 to 400 building lots; depending on architectural & engineering planning the exact building area will be determined.

The company intends to approach this project as a major master planned development with unit prices ranging from $250,000 to $500,000 with additional revenues being generated from time share/rental fees along with customary greens fees, banquets, bar and restaurant sales, etc.

"This is a historic world class property and the company indents to develop it as such without compromising the beauty, integrity that it enjoys. We look forward to getting started on this project as soon as possible," said Wayne Burmaster, President.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBAC Corporation (Pinksheets:IBCX - News) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an immediate reduction of its Authorized shares from 500 Million to 350 Million.

Look at the date and the number. It seems they constantly reduce shares.  Something looks abnormal to me. Any thoughts guys?

That condensed statement on their website says 200 million authorized, 188.9 million outstanding.  The outstanding is the issue,  lowering the authorized limits dilution.

I just found an interesting thread from another board - Anyone care to comment? I wonder if the old "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is " applies.

I bouhgt in at .007 on Friday and I have a question,
if MM's have heavily naked shorted this stock at the top PPS, wouldn't they have to cover before the Dividend payout date on Dec. 15th since they truly don't have the shares they borrowed?

I believe the drop in PPS on Dec. 1st was from.....

1. Profit taking from longtime holders
2. Shareholders believing that they get the dividend thinking Dec. 1st is ex-dividend date.
3. Fear, people panic when PPS drops on good news.
4. Technical retracement to fib level with 50MA support at .007

Furthermore, if the company was dumping shares, the price would not have stalled at .006-.007 for 2 hrs.

QuoteI bouhgt in at .007 on Friday and I have a question,

That's an interesting question elliemae. If it were a cash dividend they could keep their shorts, they would just need to pay the dividend to the people that bought their naked short sales.

But since it is a stock dividend and naked shorts can't issue shares to pay the dividend, I guess they will have to buy to cover. This assuming there are naked shorts on this stock, and probably there are, because when analyzing this stock, people only saw that the dividend was irrelevant (people with a little more knowledge than average), but they should have gone deeper and see that it is extremely undervalued.

So, newbies bought the stock when they saw "hey, 25% dividend", short sellers sold it because they saw "look at these guys bidding up this PK because of an irrelevant dividend" and now we're buying because they are all missing the big picture which is:

IBCX probably is now a $1.96 M market cap company with $10.54 M in assets, $11 M revenue estimate for 2006 and about $1.4 M net income estimate for full year 2006.

If we mix all this information I would say IBCX should rise 10 fold over the next month or two ;D

We have a good thread on IBCX on the Premium area of www.3stocksonfire.org, as well as some other great stock picks, why don't you try a 14 days free trial? Thank you :)

Well at least it's possible now for an outside day reversal.    Totally premature on this one.  Looks like there's gonna be a showdown.  Awfully quiet.
