Anyone know what news made it go from .40 to 2.37 between 2/8/05 and 2/22/05 and then from .20 to 2.07 between 5/20/05 and 6/20/05?

Here is the reply I got from AOOR rep. regarding my refinery query

The refinery is scheduled to be complete in the Q4 of 2005.  Due to the hurricanes the construction has been delayed 3-4 weeks.  We still plan to have it complete in this quarter.
