Hate to toss cold water onto your theories, but Infinium has a very sordid past...

http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=NTEyLDI=

Hope it hits big though, and I hope they actually release SOMETHING ! :)

eliteG

this article is from 2003 ehos.  much has changed as there definately is a product and service.  awaiting a positive announcement this week to pump the stock.  but of course history is important  ;)

boatguy

Wonder why there are so many insiders selling with a new product getting ready to enter the market?

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=IFLB.OB

ehos

Some disturbing things...
1) The company CEO, insiders are all 'family' members, I realize the article on Hardcop is a few years old.  But nothing has changed!  The headquarters are still empty, the bosses are still the same.  The resume is still lacking.

2) I read their SEC filings.  I know by their nature they are very 'scary', but this company could vanish tomorrow.  They are easily 38+million in debt, and they need 11 Million at least to launch.   Even with that they need 100,000 subs in one year.  Scary!

3) I think the will most likely be bought out.  I hope that they launch, but so far, vapourware.   They have a machine (didn't look impressive!) and not much of it is functional.  On the video he didn't actually do much.

I will take the 'wait and see' on this.

I am also skeptical on this one also. However, I do notice that the stock has went from .02 to $1.50 twice now. I also doubt that the company would go worthless with the release of a new product soon. Probably a good time to buy in around the .10 level if we get the chance. That would make a double bottom...Not to mention it seems like every 6 months the stock gets pumped up above $1.00 if you look at historical charts. I will likely buy in with $1,000.00 or something small and see what happens.

This company is in actuality a pile of crap as is but the stock could get pumped up pretty high. These insider sales show you that the insiders arent willing to put there money where there mouth is...you would think with such a huge product coming out they would be buying up stock?????

ALL SELLS!

Look even our other favorite CYOS.OB has insiders owning a good amount of shares!

I'm not worried about insider selling.  It's obvious they need cash, and the amounts aren't that worysome.  (If they sold ALL their shares, THAT would be bad).

I'm worried about their hype.  Their CEO is a clown.  Actually the only reason to buy would be the chart!  And Kevin Bacus!   Is that enough?

ehos

Ah, who cares, bought in at .135

Let's go! :)

eliteG

ehos - its ironic ...you are one of the posters that convinced me to scale down the position...its become a small % of my portfolio this AM... but I hope it rockets off  ;)

ehos

I am very skeptical, so I bought a play money amount of it.  I'm still worried about their issues, but the price seems too low, volume too high and somehow Kevin Bachus instills faith in me to buy.

At these prices, I'm not so worried.

This stock is still holding at 0.129. Candlestick chart today shows same story as for last 3 days. Historically, what does your experience from other stocks say that this will take from this pattern to go to white candlestick pattern? ( 2 days, 2 weeks, etc).

Any comments... EliteG, Ramsburg, David, aussietrader.....

Hi dhiraj19,

this is what the general has to say:
http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=444.45

I have decided to scale down my position. but the truth is it is consolidating very tightly and should see a great expansion.  The only question is which way?  So far price and volume tell us they are waiting for something.

Here is a chart..

ehos

There is a huge consolidation on IFLB, as well, institutional ownership is rocketing up!
Today almost 17% of the trade volume was institutional, which, to me is a good sign.
