Hotstockmarket.com is another popular message board community that is all about penny stocks and would be a good place to write some bullish articles on. I myself am banned from there for spamming though lol so i can't post anything there.

The current IBCX board there has 1500 replies and 45k views so it gets a lot of visibility.
