Micron Enviro Systems Announces Rig on Location at Alberta Gas Well
>VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEV) is pleased to report that the rig is now on location at the drill site of the Boyne Lake Prospect and that drilling is expected to commence. The drilling is expected to take approximately 7-10 days, barring any unforeseen issues. The seismic program on this prospect was comprised of three seismic lines for a total of 8.6 km. The lines tie in the neighbor's successfully tested well (3.4 million cubic feet of gas per day absolute open flow) three quarters of a mile northwest of the property and in addition, also incorporate parts of two neighboring sections along with the Boyne Prospects owned section. This prospect is approximately 45 miles away from Athabasca, Alberta.

In other news, a final decision regarding an oil sands venture in Alberta, Canada, is expected next week.

MSEV has also initiated the process of listing its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The process is expected to be completed within 2-6 weeks. There are a large amount of junior resources companies that have listed on the Frankfurt Exchange which have received positive substantial exposure from the listing.

Sold at the close for a tidy 80% profit over 2 days.  Hoping to see a pullback to jump back on again!

setravis, I'm curious to see what you think about the lvl 2 action today.  VERT was slowly moving the bid up for a good part of the day and was really doing it when the price moved during the last hour or so.  How can someone use that information in trading (knowing they are preventing the price from dropping)?  Would something like this give me more reason to hold onto a stock knowing that they are there supporting it?  Thanks!

Exited early. Was in at 0.15 yesterday and exited at 0.20. But this still has a lot of strength. Especially when VERT comes with his 9999 bids. Will look to enter again if this dips. GLTA.

Micron Enviro Systems Completes First Alberta Oil Sands Project in Worlds Largest Oil Sands Region

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:MSEV.OB - News) is extremely pleased to announce it has now entered into its first Alberta Oil Sands Project through the recently formed Oil Sands partnership. This first project is located in the Athabasca Oil Sands, which is the single largest oil sands formation in the world. This new Oil Sands Project is located just south of Fort McMurray, Alberta and is in close proximity to major oil sands projects by Devon, Encana, and Cononco Philips. At a recent presentation, Encana's COO stated that Encana's Christina Lake Prospect, which is within 15 miles of MSEV's new prospect, could grow to produce 250,000 barrels per day. The closest Oil Sands Project adjacent to MSEV's new project has stated they have reserves of 1.3 billion barrels of oil in place.


The Oil Sands of Canada hold recoverable reserves of 175 billion barrels with a proven reserve life of 480 years and another 130 billion barrels of potential reserves, which is second only to Saudi Arabia's 262 billion barrels. As a comparison, the United States has only 29 billion barrels of recoverable reserves and has decreasing domestic production while their demand is increasing by 1-2% every year. Canada is in an optimal position to supply oil to the U.S. with its favorable political climate, close proximity and being one of the few non-OPEC countries which can grow its oil production.

Hey guys, now it's set. I think msev will go up like crazy in the next few weeks. If you ask why? Micron has just added three new Alberta Oil Sands leases consisting of 4 new sections in the world-class Athabasca Oil Sands region.  Two of these new sections are within 5 miles of Micron's existing Athabasca Oil Sands Prospect.  These two new sections are close to the existing Oil Sands leases held by Connacher Oil and Gas's Great Divide Prospect, as well as to other major Oil Sands projects by Devon, Encana, and ConocoPhilips. These are pretty gooooooood news. I would say it is a buy. Furthermore it is on its supporting line at 16ish. I am in right now at 16$ and something is moving on the volume. I will be observing it more and look out for your answers and so forth. See ya
