It holds 100% ownership in the Gold View project consisting of 76 unpatented lode mining claims located in the northwest flank of the Roberts Mountains; and Debut property with 16 mineral claims covering approximately 320 acres in north central Nevada. The company was founded in 1988. It was formerly known as Herrimen Oil & Gas, Inc. and changed its name to Boundaries Capital, Inc. in April, 2003. Further, the company changed its name to Golden Patriot, Corp. in October, 2003. Golden Patriot is based in New Hyde Park, New York.

Technically GPTC.OB got a serious shot in the arm today, and I can see  this momemtum steaming foward in the weeks ahead.  In addition we have a  gap black candlestick, which has occured in an uptrend, megavolume, and the goldencross that has been bullseyed by the technical gods, who seem eager to fire.
