1) I really like the sector
2) I have a friend in Homeland Security that is very knowledgeable about them :)
3) I know that a former Admiral - forget his name, was the founder and is very well connected in government.

I was very cautious when I first bought in being a new IPO but, but as all the big contracts came rolling in and my sentiments were confirmed, I kept adding more.

I will probably sell some more soon, then put the rest away for the LT. I think insiders will probably begin selling some soon now, and there might be dilution coming up. I wouldn't advise buying here and now, but I still think they have a great future.ahead.

Insiders have been selling some, but stock is holding up very well. On the IBD 100 now.

Stanley was awarded the opportunity to provide IT services under a 10-year, multiple award/indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a $50 billion ceiling for all awardees, including a five-year base and one five-year option. The contract will support both domestic and international programs, as well as the Federal Enterprise Architecture and DOD architecture models.

"Our long-standing relationship with GSA has been an important part of our growth and we are proud to continue to offer our support through this vital organization," said Phil Nolan, Stanley chairman, president and CEO. "We look forward to working with new and existing customers to leverage this important contract vehicle."

The Alliant contract, which replaces the GSA's Millenia and ANSWER (Applications and Support for Widely diverse End-User Requirements) contracts, provides all Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies with more streamlined access to a broad range of management and technical support services for integrated IT solutions.
