<Danny Haran: What I'm saying is that every additional dollar that we will sell on top of the revenues that we see in Q1, approximately 80 percent will get to the bottom line, give or take.>

Am I understand right - "operating expenses" won't grow anymore?   :o :o :o

Cimatron Announces the Increase of its Holdings in Microsystem to 100%
Monday , July 14, 2008 07:00ET

GIVAT SHMUEL, Israel, July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cimatron Limited (NASDAQ: CIMT), a leading provider of integrated CAD/CAM solutions for the toolmaking and manufacturing industries, today announced that its board of directors approved the exercise of Cimatron's previously disclosed second call option to acquire an additional 49% of the shares of Microsystem Srl, the company's Italian distributor, for an exercise price of approximately US$1,250,000, and accordingly, to increase Cimatron's holding in Microsystem from 51% to 100%. The exercise price was already included in Cimatron's current liabilities as of December 31, 2007. The acquisition is scheduled to close in the second half of July, 2008.

Commenting on the news, Danny Haran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cimatron, said, "The increase in our holding in Microsystem to 100% is the final stage of our investment in Microsystem, that was meant to strengthen our leading position in Italy, one of our key markets in West Europe. We have worked closely with Microsystem's management and staff since we acquired 27.5% of its shares in 2005, and we already see the benefits for both companies' customers and employees. We have consolidated Microsystem's results in our financial statements since Q3 2007, when we increased our holding to 51%, hence the increase to 100% is not expected to change the way we are currently reporting this holding in our financial statements."

Update:

Q2 results are out, thanks for the link notbeln. Results were good with excellant revenue growth, but a lowering of income. However this stock has terrible liquidity and is not something we want to hold moving forwards. I don't think its worth delving into the detail too much of the report as the plan is to exit this position as soon as liquidity and momentum allows.

So we need to look at the technicals to plan our exit. I can immediately see $2.50 is a ceiling being the low of the trading range prior to the May gap down and the high area following the gap down. This therefore makes a sensible area to attempt to exit.

The exit plan will be to sell if it trades at or above $2.45

Trade Plan:

Sell if it trades at or above $2.45

Results:
Cimatron Ltd. (CIMT: News ) reported GAAP net income for the second quarter of $0.20 million or $0.02 per share, compared to $0.29 million or $0.04 per share in the prior year quarter.

Net income, on a non- GAAP basis, was $0.74 million or $0.08 per share, compared to $0.30 million or $0.04 per share in year-ago quarter.

Revenues jumped 94% to $10.7 million from $5.5 million in the previous year quarter. Revenues, on a non-GAAP Basis, climbed 99% to $10.9 million from $5.5 million in the prior year quarter.
