it was good we closed a bit over the 0.25 Wall (big resistence)...at the MA 200 / 0.252....i think this should continue to raise to 0.3 at least in the short term.

I am long about 500k shares. Tobin Smith pounding the table on this one.
It will be one of his TOP 3 PICKS SMALL CAP for 2006 on his web seminar today.
Over 2000 investors signed up to the seminar @ $99/person.

Here is what he has to say about MOBL:

*** A 20-cent telecom stock headed for 2 bucks by the end of
2007. "Bundled services" have become the name of the game, and
this little firm - with a positive cash flow - looks ready to
give the big guys fits in wireless and networking technology.

Even if we get a gap down in the morning the next couple of days there will be a lot of investors buying on Tobin´s recommendations.

I heard the conference call and the future is bright.

- Sacramento to begin deploying first access points in the next few weeks , Chandler and Cuyahoga Falls in March , Akron and Farmers Branch in April .

-Looking at 4 deals worth 75 million or larger along with smaller deals .

- A Nasdaq/AIM listing in very much in consideration.

-  Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Co. as the largest shareholder

-A new addition to the advisory board will be announced who is very well qualified and close to one of our largest shareholders.

- The quarter was weak pretty much due to one-time charges of goodwill and reorganization.

- Many PRs detailing the new deals such as COX, buildouts, New Financing, Awareness Campaign...

Well, since i am it for the long term i am not very worried about daily fluctuations

im going to take a position at .238.  seems like a really good compay, with some good pr and financials.  possible buyout company in the future from one of the big timer wireless companies?

slomo007

I just took a position, today's close should give us a very impressive day tomorrow if this continues for another 45 minutes.

shriep

looks like that action continued into the close. tomorrow shall be an interesting day with MOBL. good luck to all holding it.

slomo007

Outstanding close.  The .30 wall will disappear in pre-market hours, IMO.  I could be wrong, but with that sort of close I fully expect a gap up tomorrow morning.  The stock was bullish before today, this just makes it extremely bullish.

Finally, an explanation:

Posted by pjfdvm on Ihub -

The spike was caused by Mike Murphy - a very heavily followed tech analyst putting out a buy to his subscribers this afternoon. The flash bulletin arrived in my email at 2:48PM. Here are his targets:

"Buy MOBL under 30 cents a share. My targets are 70 cents in 2006, $1.50 in 2007 and $3.00 by the end of 2008."

Looks like this might just turn in to a long term play.  ;)

shriep

70c sounds good to me, lookin forward to it.  ;D

2. Technical Analysis

2.1. Long Term Chart

MOBL's all history chart is another penny stock chart with no history.

2.2. Medium Term Chart

MOBL's medium term chart is quite erratic, but it is possible to see an ascending trend, with higher highs and higher lows.

2.3. Short Term Chart

MOBL was in a medium term downtrend on the second half of 2006, but recently it broke that downtrend on the upside and yesterday we had a powerful white marubozu with volume above average.

Technically the stock is allright, let's see the fundamentals.

3. Fundamental Analysis

3.1. Number of Shares Outstanding

The way this company is selling million of shares in the open market is scary to me. At their latest 10-Q form filed with the SEC they had 447,161,236 shares outstanding, so the market cap is $134.15M.

3.2. Current Ratio

The balance sheet seems to be getting stronger, assets are growing and liabilities are a bit down in recent history.

3.3. Revenues

The company had no revenues until fiscal 2004 started, and now it will probably have revenues in excess of $100M in fiscal 2006 (ends at March 30, 2006). This estimate is made by simply doubling the last 6 months of revenues, the number can be higher if there's growth.

The Price to sales ratio is about $134.15M/$100M = 1.34. The wireless communications industry has an average price to sales ratio of 2.17, so MOBL looks cheap from this point of view.

3.4. Net Income

The company is still losing money, but not much, considering its sales.

4. General Overview

I think MOBL is a mixed bag. Although the company is growing its business, the stock doesn't go up because they have a SEDA (Standard Equity Distribution Agreement) agreement with Cornell capital which makes them sell stocks everytime we buy.

The market cap is always growing but the share price isn't.

I really love their new business, the Wireless Networks. I think that's the way of the future, and its really the only business growing revenues at this company.

All in all my believe is MOBL will continue growing its revenues and hopefully someday it will be profitable, but I have some doubts investor's will get their share of profits as the stock price rises. Dilution has occurred in the past and it will probably continue in the future, since the number of authorized shares at this moment is 1.5 billion.

I would love to buy MOBL for the Pennies on Fire Portfolio but unfortunately I believe there are better opportunities outthere. I'll continue looking.

Good luck for everyone holding this, insiders have been buying some, I hope everyone gets a good profit.
