Needham AND Oppenheimer both initiated coverage on CECE today at a BUY.

This stock has hit the bottom and is doing a reversal.

Best thing is it's got 14% of the float short!  15 days to cover!!!

This is going higher.  Daily chart shows a lot more room to move up from here!
