Title: CRGO.OB
Post by: Ramsburg on August 11, 2005, 02:08:24 PM
Last month, CRGO.OB had a first move with huge volume. It entered my watch list, and now I think there are conditions for a further rise.

Company Profile:
Website: http://www.cargocon.com/
Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. provides transportation logistics services for shipments importing into and exporting out of the United States. The company engages primarily in hauling truckload and less-than-truckload shipments of general commodities in both interstate and intrastate commerce. It provides back office operation for companies, such as insurance, financial, and regulatory operations. Cargo Connection Logistics also involves in the warehouse and distribution movement of dry goods. In addition, it operates a container freight station. The company is based in Inwood, New York.

This is a small penny, with low float, I think the Yahoo data is not accurate, but on otcbb.com I see 44M outstanding shares. Today's volume is already more then that, showing strong buying power on the play.

Technically speaking, there are several patterns going on, we'll probably watch a G-Pattern breakout today (g-spot = $0.023), and at the same we have a descending trend line @ $0.025. If we watch a breakout of both values, we'll have a major buying signal here.

So we are buying before that to happen...

My primary target on this move is $0.055... This is high risk, so I just have to have a large stop loss, approximately over the $0.015 zone.

I've just bought CRGO.OB @ $0.0225 for the «3 Pennies On Fire» Portfolio (10% of total equity as usual).

Ramsburg- nice analysis and find. This one looks ready to break out, and we are definitley in g pattern territory.

Note that the company profile you posted is an old one, as CRGO is now in the logistics/transport business.  They recently announced a deal to provide services to Continental Arilines.

Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. is a leader in world trade logistics. Headquartered adjacent to JFK International Airport, the company is a transportation logistics provider for shipments importing into and exporting out of the United States, especially through the Gateways of Chicago, Illinois, JFK, New York, Miami, Florida or Atlanta, Georgia with service areas throughout the United States and North America. Mid-Coast Management is a container freight station specifically designed to handle internationally arriving freight for companies like Mast Industries, the major supplier to Limited Brands -- one of the world's largest multi-brand specialty retailers as well as many other significant fashion brands. CRGO appears to have concluded some selling that was directly related to the transfer from the food business to the logistics biz. they have 80 or so employees and are recruiting for more as thier business is growing...

I bought in at .0185 and am ready for the explosion upwards.  :)  Good luck all

I'm a little late as usual, but just joined in for 60,000 shares at .024

Some sellers at 0.025, which normal because that's the resistance trendline... But with all this volume, I really expect the breakout.

Welcome to the jungle ;)  >:D J/k hehehe

If your are new to Pennies, my first advice is money management... Don't use your usual position size on pennies... This is high risk... you are not searching for 5% or 15% gains here... you are looking for some «bags»... so the risk must be much higher as well ;)

An order was just filled at .0191 while both the ask and bid are substantially higher.  I have always been curious how stuff like that happens.  Is it a mistake?  MMs filling their own orders?  ???

I've noticed that in a lot in other stocks, primarily AMEP where it seems to happen everyday in that a very large afterhours order comes across either well above or well below the bid and ask.

Everytime this has happened the stock goes in the opposite direction in the following day, So when the large afterhours trade has executed below the bid then the stock has gone up in the next session and if the afterhours trade executes above the ask price the stock has gone down in the next session.. Just something I picked up awhile ago and it may or not have any credence... And Yes my suspicion would be that MM's are filling their own orders.. and obviously they want the stock to go in the opposite direction in the next session.

Looks like its going to gap up and open over yesterday's high..

Whats the gameplan here?  Do we sell half at .035 or whatever or do we hold it all until .055 cents a share?  Any suggestions on how to play this?

Roller Coaster Delight

I'll hold tight

Will stick to the plan and wait for Ramsburg's target of .055 with this volume it looks very promising despite the wild up down moves

Well, this is the resistance zone, and the volatility is extreme (big fight)...

Its that one damn seller from Nite  He won't go away no matter what and he keeps bringing it down.. Nite's activities made me sell and as long as they are in control of the ask I can't re-enter even though I'd be getting in much lower now..
Title: Re: CRGO.OB – Ready for Breakout ?

I'm trying to learn more about what I can read from the Level II quotes.  What do you see in CRGO Level II with NITE and what does it mean when someone like NITE is close to both the ask and bid prices?
Title: Re: CRGO.OB – Ready for Breakout ?
Post by: basonista on August 12, 2005, 02:08:17 PM
Oops, I see that NITE is right on the spread now.  Is that how they control the price?
Title: Re: CRGO.OB – Ready for Breakout ?
Post by: TRUNK on August 12, 2005, 02:13:44 PM
I'm no expert or anything, quite the contrary I am new to the market, but Nite has been on the ask all the way from .0265 with millions upon millions of shares executing at the ask.. They keep walking it down lower and lower virtually by themselves..

My suspicion is that they were the beneficiaries of the 5 million share block that went off at .0191 yesterday in afterhours.. Whoever has all those shares at Nite are in control of the action right now and have been for the past 2 plus hours.. until they are copletely gone it will not recover
Title: Re: CRGO.OB – Ready for Breakout ?
Post by: basonista on August 12, 2005, 02:23:17 PM
Thanks for your take on the situation!  I see what you mean.  Everytime the ask drops, NITE drops to meet it.  Interesting...  But why would they want the price to stay down.  If they are the ones that got the .0191 price, wouldn't they want the price to go up so they can cash in on the way to the top?  Or could they be shorting it?
Title: Re: CRGO.OB – Ready for Breakout ?
Post by: jb on August 12, 2005, 02:27:41 PM
NITE's activities are highly questionable.  They brought AOOR down from 2.15 to 80 cents in 1 day last month.  They were on the ask the entire time......

Title: Re: CRGO.OB – Ready for Breakout ?
Post by: TRUNK on August 12, 2005, 02:41:25 PM
for the last 3 hours Nite has constantly moved around both the bid and ask to get people to buy their shares... everytime their bid is hit its just 5,000 shares though, but they can absorb any amount of buys on their ask.. they are sneaky bastards..

Just have to hope they go away and then likely the stock would make a serious run if that happened.. its done well today considering the shenanigans of he NITE seller

I am also curious to know what people think about this.  I have never dealt with this kind of behavior and manipulation before.  Is it worth waiting out or will CRGO continue to be pushed lower?  CRGO obviously has potential but not if forces more powerful than us decide otherwise.

Cargo Connection Logistics Announces the Formation of New Division - Independent Transport Group, LLC; Revolutionary New Concept Designed to Attract Independent Contractors and Increase Size and Scope of Company's Driver Fleet
Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTCBB:CRGO) today announced it has created a subsidiary to be named Independent Transport Group, LLC (ITG).

ITG has been formed to attract current independent contractors and other carriers to perform work on behalf of Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. and Mid-Coast Management, Inc. The division has been formed to create a program specifically designed to assist the Company in increasing the size and scope of its driver fleet.

"We believe the creation of ITG is an innovative approach to creating an affinity and long-term relationship with the independent contractors who have been treated as outsiders within our industry," said Jesse Dobrinsky, CEO of Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. "Our ability to attract and retain drivers is critical to our success. The formation of ITG allows independent drivers the advantages of becoming an integral part of our organization and will still afford them the flexibility and independence they are accustomed to having, while at the same time securing some of critical benefits of being part of the Cargo Connection family."

ITG will be headed up by a team of seasoned executives with more than 40 years of combined experience in the Professional Employer Organization industry, including Ivan Dobrin who has more than 20 years of experience in the field. This team will allow ITG to create a culture and benefit structure that encourages independent drivers (owner operators) to enroll in the program. This in turn will provide Cargo Connection with a supply of drivers and additionally gives these drivers a reason to maintain their relationship with one company in an environment where drivers are scarce.

"Currently there is no incentive for independent drivers to stay with one company," added Dobrinsky. "Hopefully, this new program will give them the incentive, reason and the desire to join our team, which in turn, could vastly expand our fleet."

Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. consists of Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. and Mid-Coast Management Inc., which are both headquartered in Inwood, NY. The Companies also have offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Miami, New York and Pittsburgh. The Companies provide a comprehensive variety of transportation and warehouse capacity services to shippers throughout the nation. Currently the two companies have 82 full-time employees.

Hello,

I was out of town yesterday and unable to update this trade.

CRGO has been extremely volatile the last few sessions, which is normal on this price zone. This is the resistance level, and a big fight is taking place.

I enjoy the overall chart formation, and I'll keep the initial plan.

Best regards,

Definitely some large buys at this price.  389k buy at .026 and numerous at 100k.  I'd think this is a sign of consolidation?  Anyone else's opinion?

Management Team

Jesse Dobrinsky - President and CEO

Jesse was born in 1956. He was raised and educated in New York. Jesse has been and entrepreneur all of his life. While working his way through college, Jesse worked as an assistant pharmacist and an assistant manager for Edison Brothers Shoes. In mid-1978 he and an associate opened a retail stereo shop called Sounds Incredible. They grew this business until the sales volume was in excess of one million dollars per year. In 1981, Jesse was enticed into a family restaurant business where he spent the next year building up the business. In 1982, Jesse was given the opportunity to open a sales agency for a group of Midwestern meat haulers. This company was called Coast Dispatch, Inc. It was started in a small office in Manhattan and its focus was to sell westbound freight from the Northeastern portion of the United States. As this business grew, the customers began to inquire about trucks to haul freight throughout the country. In early 1983 Coast Dispatch, Inc. became an irregular route common carrier. Over the next twelve years Coast Dispatch, Inc. grew to over 40 company trucks and ten million dollars in sales.

In 1995 Landstar Inway approached Jesse and asked him to open an Air-Freight Division for the Landstar group. This division was called Cargo Connection Logistics. With Jesse at the helm the company grew from less then three million dollars in sales in 1996 to over five million dollars in sales in 1997. In late 1997, Landstar Inway was directed to refocus on their core business and to disband any business that was not related to that core business. In 1997, Cargo Connection Logistics became a non-owned division of ARL and in 1998, did in excess of eight million dollars in sales. In 1999 the sales volume exceeded twelve million dollars and Cargo Connection Logistics became the largest non-owned division of ARL.

Scott Goodman - COO and CFO

Scott was born in 1959. He attended schools in New York and Massachusetts. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Northeastern University. He also obtained his MBA from Adelphi University with majors in International Business and Corporate Finance.

Scott began his career with Norman Goldstein Associates where his primary duties were as Controller for NGA and as Director of Operations for its subsidiary company, E & N Plastics. It was at this company that Scott began to travel the world. In 1983, Scott joined M. Blumenthal Graphics, a New York City printing house, as Controller and later as Director of Operations.

In 1988, Scott went to work for Lafayette Precision Products. As Controller and Director of Purchasing, Scott was responsible for overseeing and managing the installation and implementation of a new computer system. In addition, he was very involved with developing new procedures for purchasing, inventory control and financial reporting. When Reichel & Drews bought the company and ultimately moved the operation to their headquarters in Itasca, IL in 1990, Scott went to work for Landes Marketing. At Landes Marketing Scott held dual positions as their Vice President and General Manager. He joined them in order to restructure their financial debt and reduce costs after heavy losses were sustained by the Landes family. Landes was a leader in the marketing and distribution of silver-plated tabletop and giftware. It was in this position that Scott began to develop a deeper understanding of the import business. One of the vendors Scott became intimate with was Ben Forman & Sons. In 1992, when Landes Marketing was being sold, Scott went to work for Ben Forman & Sons where he was responsible for the financial area of the multi-million dollar manufacturing company. He was also responsible for the company's related real-estate ventures.

Title: CRGO Update
Post by: Ramsburg on August 17, 2005, 11:12:14 PM

CRGO is going on the right direction, although the battle it's not won yet...

This price range; 0.025/0.027 has proven to be a big resistance, the fight is still taking place but each day that CRGO holds this levels without a correction, the stronger this pattern becomes.

Volume has decreased a little bit today, but it's still a very high relative volume, I'm truly convinced that we should watch a major breakout in the next few days.

Best regards,

Hello everybody!  This is my first post on this board :)

I got 8K invested in CRGO at 1.7 cents.  I think there will be a breakout after eanings release but all indicators say overbought.  Any comments on this?

CRGO is trying everyday to breakout these level, we can see the buying power against the big wall at .026/.027... It's like a war, and the winner will take all ;)
Being overbought doesn't concern me, because most of my good trades I've bought high and overbought and sold higher and even more overbought...

Well... it's too early to make comments; this trade is still on development stage, and this war is still going on... today was a good day for the CRGO bulls ;)

Just to update CRGO holders and potential investors:

OS = 495M
Float ~ 250M

Just finished 1M financing deal with HighGate Financial.  Therefore, dilution is overwith.

Expected Revs for 2005 = 20M

This looks like a good stock to own right now....

Another positive session for CRGO, but nothing new from a technical point of view...

A big war is taking place in this price range, and CRGO needs to break the $0.027 «wall» in order to open the road for further gains... I expect a big run if $0.027 is crossed...

CRGO had a negative session on Friday, but it didn't change the overall pattern yet.
$0.022 is the ascending support right now, and I'll maintain the original plan on this stock.

Title: CRGO Update
Post by: Ramsburg on August 22, 2005, 11:31:38 PM
Good night,

Today we've watched a terrible session on CRGO...  :(
1 month ago, the stock was below $0.005, so that's normal to have a lot of people ready to take some profits out of the table, increasing the selling pressure in any moment of indecision... I believe today's deep was just technical, and it doesn't compromise yet my trading plan, so I'm still bullish and confident on this stock.

Stock closed the session @ $0.0191, but in after hours trading 2 big blocks (almost 8M) were traded @ $0.0203... I'm not sure why, but 1 hour later this press release was published by CRGO:

Cargo Connection Logistics Holdings, Inc. Chairman Issues Shareholder Message
Monday August 22, 5:29 pm ET
To the Shareholders of Cargo Connections Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTCBB:CRGO)

INWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2005-- Since the June 30, 2005 10QSB is the first financial report we have issued as a public company, I thought it would be appropriate to explain some of the nuances of our business and update you on what has transpired over the past few weeks.

First of all, I've been delighted by the level of interest we've received from our shareholders. A significant number have called asking for updates on our plans while several have actually stopped in for a visit at our headquarters in New York. Virtually everyone who has visited the facility has had the same reaction; how impressed they all were with the size and scope of our company.

To truly understand our business you have to take into account that our country is one of the world's largest consumers of goods. It should come as no surprise to any of our shareholders, or for that matter anyone in the United States, that our country does not produce most of the merchandise it consumes. Therefore, about 80 percent of the items used in our everyday lives such as clothing, bedding, electronics, etc. are produced outside of the country - and that's good news for us because the transportation of these goods is what we are all about.

It is critical that you, our shareholders, understand that companies in our industry (and we are no exception) traditionally do approximately 40 percent of its volume in the first two-thirds of the year and the other 60 percent of its volume in the last third of the year. In the industry we refer to this as "peak season". Please keep this in mind as you look at our sales for the first two quarters.

Traditionally we are able to make up any deficits incurred in the first part of the year with the business we generate in the latter part of the year. To that end, we have recently signed agreements with several new clients such as Continental Airlines and we have expanded our relationship with a Fortune 500 company (please note, we are respecting the wishes of this company not to publicly announce its name).

We also recently announced the formation of a new subsidiary, Independent Transport Group, LLC ("ITG") which we believe will have a very positive impact on our business by providing us with the ability to attract more independent operators who are the lifeblood of our industry.

It is important to note the significant costs of going public and complying with the guidelines required to operate as public company as well as the sorting out of the beverage assets are reflected in the most recent filing.

Moreover, during the first half of this year one of our customers, Limited Brands, instituted significant changes with regard to how they do business and it has had a negative, but what management believes temporary, impact on gross revenue. In response, management has taken steps to reduce overhead associated with the operations involved with Limited Brands. In spite of these actions the company realized a modest increase in transportation sales compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, we work with many companies in the fashion industry which is very seasonal. However, we have and continue to diversify our client mix to include hi-tech, personal care products, foodstuffs, etc. and it is through this expanded and diversified client mix as well as the recent entry and expansion of services in new and existing markets that we believe will allow us to achieve organic growth which will eventually be enhanced through acquisition.

What's particularly rewarding is that many of our shareholders, specifically the ones who have paid a site visit, have commented that unlike many Over the Counter Bulletin Board companies, we have a great foundation to build upon. It's also quite evident for anyone who knows us that we are driven to build on that base and grow our business as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

The other piece of the equation that is important for you to understand is that our infrastructure will sustain exponential growth with incremental additions. The systems we currently operate are capable of handling more than 10,000 users and in excess of $1 billion in revenue. Based on such scalability, we believe that we are in a position of growth in a multi-billion dollar industry.

Currently we have approximately 300,000 sq feet of warehouse space that is United States Customs Bonded. Those are the stations that have been referenced in all of our press releases. We have between 35 and 50 tractor trailers with our placards on the side of them.

We have an extensive computer system and an IT Department to support that system as well as our LAN and WAN networks. In fact, our computer system will easily accommodate up to twenty (20) times our current volume. The system has the capacity to sustain around the world operations. It is supported with an imaging system that gives our customers immediate access to up-to-the-hour information on the whereabouts of their freight.

This system will be part of the platform on which we will be able to grow. I think it is also important to note that we are targeting future acquisitions that will allow the company to spread the cost of our operations as a whole. These companies will not only add revenue, but will fill capacity in the stations that have the room to accommodate additional business.

Currently we are in various stages of negotiations with four different acquisition targets each of which will be accretive to earnings if they come to fruition. We've also set strict performance guidelines and standards that will be associated with any and all agreements prior to an acquisition being completed.

Last week we announced the formation of ITG. As previously mentioned, this will be a very important part of our future. As the program develops, you will be kept abreast through our normal channels of communications.

I also want to explain why it has taken longer than we anticipated to complete this filing. For one, we have recently changed independent auditors and that has taken its toll time wise. Additionally, it has been our position from the get go to provide the most timely and accurate information possible. We do anticipate this process to run smoother with future filings.

To say the past few months have been hectic would be an understatement. But, it's also been very rewarding. We not only have our eighty plus employees behind us but a strong shareholder base. I welcome your calls and, yes, even the impromptu visits. While I cannot predict the future, I can tell you that we will continue to strive to do our very best to reward your valued support.

I just checked my portfolio and nearly wet my pants.......it showed a 910% increase today for CRGO !!!  It seems ameritrade posted the closing price at ".193" rather than ".0193"
I was literally calling the boat marina to buy that 30 foot Catalina I have been looking at !
Those &^%$# bastards at ameritrade !  I called them and one of their staffers laughed at me when I told them they were responsible for what they post.  Oh well...a losing battle as you all know ............................................

hmmmmmmmm little umbrellas in a glass in one hand and the tiller in the other...ahhhhh would have been nice.

Another difficult session in CRGO, the stock tried to rebound but failed and closed near the lows of the session.  The short term technicals are not so good right now, with the stock below it's short term ascending support, anyway my stop level is near $0.015 and I'm not expecting to sell now.

I'll give it some room for the next sessions, I believe in the company's potential and perspectives, so I think the last month's big move was not just a pump & dump, although there's a lot of selling pressure because of the huge short term gains and some weak hands on the play.

If CRGO holds the $0.015/$0.016 level during this sell-off, the next move may be too fast to be out of this position now...
Title: CRGO Update
Post by: Ramsburg on August 28, 2005, 09:33:39 PM

The sell-off continued and we did not get stopped yet, the $0.016 level held the stock during the deep, and now CRGO is trying a pullback.

Volume has decreased a bit on the last 2 sessions, but I expect some action this week...

I'll continue to hold CRGO following the initial plan, and using the $0.015 stop level.

We can still have a positive reaction at these levels, and thats what I'm waiting for, otherwise, I'm using the $0.015 stop level.

TA says: perfect head and shoulders so we should be heading south  :-[
Anyway  - for me this is not a technical play but a fundamental.

As I see it:
With 20 M$ revenue and 0.68 M$ market cap -  PPS should reach at least 0.25 or there is serious financial problems and PPS is heading for 0.000?

So I´m holding until there are more news, results etc. out. I´m holding - for this one it´s all or nothing. Maybe the market knows something about CRGO that I don´t or there´s something I´ve misunderstood. If so, please enlighten me. ???

keep it on the radar. After all if it drops some more and you get back in on the next strong Volume it may go back up to it's .025 levels. Would not be a bad investment.

Cargo Connection Logistics Corp.'s Miami Facility Receives Approval as U.S. Customs Bonded Freight Station; Company Anticipates $500,000 of Additional Revenue with Minimal Associated Costs
Sep 12, 2005 8:00:00 AM
Copyright Business Wire 2005
INWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2005--

Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTCBB:CRGO), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cargo Connection Logistics Corp., has received notification from U.S. Customs that they have approved its license for its Miami facility to become a bonded container freight station. The license becomes effective Friday, September 16, 2005.

According to Jesse Dobrinsky, president of Cargo Connection Logistics Corp., for the past four years the Miami facility has operated as a bonded receiving station which allowed the company to accept only inbound freight that was not destined for Miami.

"The new license will allow the company to accept freight, clear customs and either deliver the freight in Miami or allow the freight to be transferred beyond Miami to its final destination within the US," said Dobrinsky.

"We believe that this addition to our business will allow us to handle at least 5 million pounds of CFS cargo per year at the beginning in addition to the 40 million pounds of transfer and line-haul freight we are currently handling through this facility," said Scott Goodman, the company's CFO. "This should equate to $500,000 of additional revenue with minimal associated costs.

The Miami facility's designation as a US Customs Bonded Container Freight Station is a "terrific complement to Cargo Connection's other CFS facilities located in Atlanta, Chicago, Columbus and New York," added Goodman."

According to Dobrinsky, the company currently leases office space at its 36,000 square foot Miami facility to New York-based Sovereign Logistics. Dobrinsky said that Sovereign, which has extensive operations in Central and South America, has committed to utilizing Cargo Connection Logistics for all of its Container Freight Station needs in Miami.

"From our perspective, this represents a welcome opportunity to consolidate our CFS operations at one location and in so doing achieve improved economies of scale given the expected transition of an additional 30 percent to 40 percent in increased throughput," said Sovereign President and CEO, Joe Decker.

Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. consists of Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. and Mid-Coast Management, Inc., which are both headquartered in Inwood, NY. The Company also has offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Miami, New York and Pittsburgh. The companies provide a comprehensive variety of transportation and warehouse capacity services to shippers throughout the nation. Currently the two companies have a total of 88 full-time employees.

$500K of extra revenue for little or no cost. Remember the market cap for CRGO is currently only $700K.
Once the market 'realises' this CRGO will correct upwards without a doubt. What I cannot tell yiu though is when the market will realise ;)
I'm holding for the realisation

I have been scratching my head about the market cap for CRGO.

Then I found this in the quarterly report:

"State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common
equity, as of August 19, 2005: 496,820,360 shares of common stock outstanding,
$0.001 par value"

So the number of shares as well as market cap stated at www.otcbb.com is incorrect.

Correct market cap is currently 6.91 M$  - not   0.7M$.

Still, I am very bullish about this stock and added to my position yesterday.
Recent news about "500k$ added revenue with minimal associated costs" should add a cent or so per share to company value.

No news on this current breakout from horrendous longterm downtrend. Company issued a statement relating to shareholder concerns about the stock performance and authorised shares, but gave no real guidance or news that would fuel this type of rally, who knows? This is penny (sub) world after all ;)

Weekly Chart: Super breakout of purple mid term downtrend, right at resistance now (red horizontal line).
