I was looking for an opportunity like this for a couple of weeks now. An opportunity where the impact of some confirmed news was so big that the stock couldn't react to it in just one day.
This situation happened with EYII, making it a sure fast bagger I believe.
The company had $6,229,029 in revenues in 2004, and expect something like the same in 2005. But due to a big order from a company that belongs to the chinese government, revenues will explode higher in 2006 and 2007:
EYI Industries Enters Letter of Intent Worth an Estimated US$210 Million (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?siteid=mktw&sid=1656253&guid=%7BAF4D5E01%2D5020%2D4316%2D887E%2D953C26145706%7D&symb=)
Revenues from this agreement will be $42M in 2006 and $168M in 2007, so just due to this deal revenues will grow 27 times between now and 2007.
We all know the chinese have problems with their water supply. The water there isn't good to drink, they don't have enough drinkable water for their 1.4 billion population. So they're buying this Code Blue water filter product (http://www.eyicom.com/codeblue.aspx) from this small US company (curiously they have their website translated into Mandarin and Cantonese languages - maybe that's why they got the contract !).
The market cap of the company is just $26.35M at Friday's closing price. For it to have a very conservative price to sales ratio of 1 by 2007 (of course it should be higher, with this kind of growth - remember, CHINA's economy is growing 9% a year and they will always need to drink water) the stock must rise 537% :o
If we attach a still conservative price to sales ratio of 3, the stocks needs to rise 20 fold just to reflect this agreement with the Chinese.
So, I consider this a no brainer and a sure thing. I bought 5800 shares at $0.16 and will sell 100% higher, turning my initial $1,000 into $2,000.
Wish me luck :D
From what I read, HYRF is the company actually supplying the filters for this contract (letter of intent). HYRF might be the better play. ???
Current status:
HYRF up 38%, trading at 0.23 now
EYII down 30% trading @ 0.11 now
Does that mean the market is figuring out what Sandman did? ???
Liked the dip.. just picked up 8700 shares at .12
already in the green ;D

Yes, I believe you're right nextmove. Anyway, off course EYII wouldn't produce the filters itself, EYII is basically a distributer, a retailer of products. They will buy the product from HYRF and sell it to the Chinese.
It would be good to know the quantities involved. I heard each filter costs less than a bottle of water. But at what price will they be sold to the Chinese? EYII made the deal, HYRF is just the company that will produce the product.
So, this finding from Sandman (thanks) doesn't change the outlook for EYII. They always had to produce the filters, I know now they will be produced by HYRF, doesn't change anything long term.
Well, today the stock is down 19%, but I don't care, I will sell only at $0.32, doesn't matter when, if ever.
Since the product will be sold to the Chinese company by EYII, all my thoughts about the revenue and revenue multiples are still valid.
The price EYII will pay HYRF for the filters and the price they will sell them to the Chinese gives us the gross margin and the profits from this deal/letter of intent.
But I never considered the earnings (off course there will be plenty for the two company's, the producer and the retailer), I was just thinking about the revenues.
Well, I have nothing to weigh or consider anyway, those are the rules of the game.
David,
Couldn't resist joining you at such a discount. In 6000 @ .110. I glad you're feeling better.
So what happens if you don't reach the 100%, do you have some sort of a back-up exit strategy? You're already down $362, but I wish you luck and I'll join you in this quest.
??? ELITEG HEARD TODAY FROM ANOTHER BOARD YOU PICKED SQUM AS A G-SPOT PLAY. GREAT CALL UP 50% FOR THE DAY. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHERE WE COULD HAVE FOUND THAT MENTIONED ON 3SOF BOARD. THANX SO MUCH!!!!!!

No, I have this stock in a cash account, I'll never have to sell it by force of a margin call, so I won't be worried. It's like these $1,000 never existed. I will only sell at $0.32.
I'm down 5800*($0.16-$0.11)=$290, not $362, at this point.

Please pay attention to caps lock, thanks.
Now, moving back to EYII, my reasoning is simple:
1) The company's market cap is $18.35M
2) The letter of intention signed with the Chinese gives the company $42M in revenues in 2006 and $168M in revenues in 2007.
3) EYII will buy the product from HYRF to sell to the Chinese, but this doesn't change the revenues considerations.
4) The stock's advance stopped at a long term resistance level, so traders sold off yesterday.
5) Longer term it's impossible a company with revenues of $42M in 2006 and little debt to be worth just $18.35M.
6) This is a sure thing (unless the LOI is false or doesn't turn into a real business) and the strategy is to sell 100% higher than the buying price, turning the initial $1,000 into $2,000.
7) Whatever happens, I'll never sell below the $0.32 price, those are the rules of the game. If necessary, I'll need to put anther $1,000 in the chamber to shoot another double or nothing bullet, but I don't think that will be the case.
Good luck to all :)
My bad I thought you started it with exactly 1000
just now picked up 7200 more at .112 so now hold 15900 at avg .116-
Has anybody determined what the net earnings to EYII are from the sale of HYRF MARTI product ?
Gross revs mean nothing if the producer (HYRF) is making more than the reseller (EYII) off this deal.
Perhaps we need clarification here ?
David,
EYII sounds like a wonderful opportunity. If believe it has potential to double so quickly, how come you don't recommend it for pennies on fire portfolio.
I'm on the other side of the fence, but I agree with David. I bought HYRF and will hold it for a long time (2007).
The only way I will sell if the Letter of Intent is a lie or false. Otherwise, in the vault till 2007 :)
(Seriously!)

EYI Industries Announces Key Personnel to Visit China and Hong Kong to Expand Sales Channels
August 16, 2005 16:05:13 (ET)
BURNABY, British Columbia, Aug 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- EYI Industries Inc. (EYII, Trade), (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce its executive management team comprised of Dori O'Neill, Chief Operating Officer, and Eliza Fung, Chief Consultant for Asian Development, will be traveling to China to meet with officials from Guangzhou CEIEC on August 25th, to discuss details of the US$210 million Letter of Intent announced last week. In addition, the EYI team plans to meet with various other potential strategic partners in Hong Kong who have expressed great interest in purchasing and acquiring the rights to sell the Patented Code Blue(tm) water filtration systems.
The Asian marketplace, currently over 1 billion people strong, represents the fastest growing consumer economy in the world and provides an incredible opportunity for the sale of the Code Blue(tm) filtration system, as already evidenced by the US$210 million Letter of Intent.
In addition to meeting with Guangzhou CEIEC and other interested parties, Mr. O'Neill and Mrs. Fung will be establishing the necessary infrastructure to support future sales in both Hong Kong and China and will be establishing the foundation for network marketing sales. As such, the EYI team will be meeting with various banking officials and will secure office space to establish an EYI office in Hong Kong which is anticipated to be up and running in the fall of 2005.
EYI Industries Chief Consultant for Asian Development, Eliza Fung, stated, "This trip to Asia will also allow us to introduce a number of other EYI product lines to the Asian marketplace, such as Calorad and Prosoteine. Our experience tells up that these, and other EYI nutritionals, are well received by the Chinese." Mrs. Fung added, "I would recommend that investors review our nutritional products website at http://www.EYIbusiness.com for our complete product line."
Upon the conclusion of the scheduled meetings, Mr. O'Neill will return to North America to execute any sales negotiated during his trip, while Eliza Fung will remain in Hong Kong for an indefinite period to focus on building additional sales in Hong Kong and within the rest of China.
EYI Industries Chief Operations Officer, Dori O'Neill stated, "The opportunities available to us at this time in Asia are simply incredible. The Code Blue(tm) filtration system is exactly the right product at the right time in the right market. The Code Blue(tm) filtration system is not a luxury, but rather a necessity for many living in the rural areas whose drinking water is simply unfit for human consumption." Mr. O'Neill added, "We have already made critical inroads into the Asian marketplace through our strategic alliances and believe that once we open a permanent office in Hong Kong in the fall of 2005, we will see a further boost in sales."

David, decided to add position of 7000sh at .10 today.........selling at .26....should do it! tom ;) nice DD, although the maker might be good also for long run....?
Thanks for your posts, good questions and informations.
Well, I'm buying HYRF today for the 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio: HYRF joining the $1,000,000 (http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=2299.new#new), so this answers some questions and dilemmas.
QuoteHas anybody determined what the net earnings to EYII are from the sale of HYRF MARTI product ?

listener has a good point here. I made some math and it looks like HYRF sells the filters to EYII at about $21 a unit. I see that EYII sells the filters at about $70 to US consumers. I take that the Chinese will negotiate the final price, and it will end somewhere below $70, say $50. I consider EYII will pay $18 to HYRF and get $32 for itself (all profit? No, of course it has its costs too)
Anyway, yesterday after the close EYII released another press release showing the enthusiasm around the company. No doubt the LOI is true. Let's hope it will turn into a signed contract. The company will open an office in Hong Kong right away to expand opportunities in China and Southeast Asia.

My technical considerations are on the chart below. I'll sell only at $0.32 or not at all.
Wish me luck :D
The Market obviously doesen't place much value on a letter of intent
After all it is not binding and the market wants a signed contract
I don't blame them.. I want a signed contract too.. I guess its just a waiting game now.. wait for great news or wait for terrible news.. just like betting on a football game.. not for the faint of heart
I sometimes think that betting on football games is an easier game than the stock market. I believe there are too many crooks in this game. I bought EYII at .115 yesterday and if the letter of intent gets into a contract, this thing will fly, if not, it will be worth about .05, if that.
well I think you have all hit the nail squarely on the head with the LOI/ contract ideas.. very reminiscent of CAFE if you know what I mean.
I am in on both EYII and HYRF and even averaged down a bit today again on EYII. I think this will be a good one.
Dave: Looking at the declining volume for EYII the last 3 days... ... ST flag ???
This EYII and HYRF play is very interesting in that the letter of intent deal with the Chinese is so large (relative to their business / values) that the risk reward here is just fantastic. No one should watch the intraday blips on these stocks, if you only have a small % allocated here it won't materially affect you so let the market work.
Personally I think 100% gain might only be the tip of the iceberg.
I agree with aussietrader (nice to see ya :D).
Volume has been declining but a base is building. It's hard to get a bullish day when you start with a 20% positive open after a red candle, it doesn't work that way.
The stock is trying to build a base, making a candlestick pattern which is called a matching low, but as aussie says, don't lose much time thinking about the short term, put just a small amount of money in it and let the market work this thing higher with you on board.
Anyway, whatever happens, the only price I'll sell is $0.32. Those are the rules of the game, 100% or nothing.

I've listened to the interview and I believe it's clear the company doesn't depend on the success of the $210M letter of intent for future growth. Code Blue sales in the US are stagering (that's confirmed by the order flow on HYRF, the producer of the product).
I've learned that the filter is like a machine which costs about $70 but then needs to be recharge every month or so with a little filter that costs about $1 or less. So, everyone who buys the product will need to recharge it monthly, creating more and more revenues for the company. That's what I got from reading their website and listening to the interview, correct me if I'm wrong.
Let me give you the link to the website: http://www.stopdrinkingpoison.com/ (http://www.stopdrinkingpoison.com/) (also listen to the radio ads, I believe they are very appealing).
And the link to the interview with the CEO of the company: http://www.agoracom.com/nonmemforum/broadcast.asp
Everything points to a growth story based on a product with worldwide demand.
I'm glad the stock held $0.099 on close, as you can see on the chart below that's a short term support area.
Anyway, you know what's my trading plan, wish me luck :)
I would like to follow Dav to buy the stock - 10,000 shares
and costs about $900.
Just consider it as buying an option (could be worthless).
Just saw this on HYRF, which I'm sure most of you may have already, but the interview should be interesting....currently i'm waiting for my funds to settle, but am eager to buy into this company on Tuesday....

Quarterly Report
ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OR PLAN OF OPERATION.
FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS
The information in this discussion contains forward-looking statements. These forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties, including statements regarding EYI Industries, Inc.'s (the "Company") capital needs, business strategy and expectations. Any statements contained herein that are not statements of historical facts may be deemed to be forward-looking statements. In some cases, you can identify forward-looking statements by terminology such as "may", "should", "expect", "plan", "intend", "anticipate", "believe", "estimate", "predict", "potential" or "continue", the negative of such terms or other comparable terminology. Actual events or results may differ materially. In evaluating these statements, you should consider various factors, including the risks outlined in the Risk Factors section below, and, from time to time, in other reports the Company files with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). These factors may cause the Company's actual results to differ materially from any forward-looking statement.
OVERVIEW
We are in the business of selling, marketing, and distributing a product line consisting of approximately 30 nutritional products in two categories, dietary supplements and personal care products. Our most successful product is Calorad, a liquid collagen-based dietary supplement presently available on the market. These products are marketed through a network marketing program in which IBAs (Independent Business Associates) purchase products for resale to retail customers as well as for their own personal use. We have a list of over 380,000 IBAs, of which approximately 9,500 we consider "active". An "active" IBA is one who purchased our products within the preceding 12 months. Over 1,300 of these IBAs are considered "very active". A "very active" IBA is one who is on our automatic Auto-ship Program and is current with their annual administration fee. Our Auto-ship Program allows our IBAs to set up a reoccurring order that is automatically shipped to them each month.
The IBAs in our network are encouraged to recruit interested people to become new distributors of our products. New IBAs are placed beneath the recruiting IBA in the "network" and are referred to as being in that IBA's "down-line" organization. Our marketing plan is designed to provide incentives for IBAs to build, maintain and motivate an organization of recruited distributors in their down-line organization to maximize their earning potential. IBAs generate income by purchasing our products at wholesale prices and reselling them at retail prices. IBAs also earn commissions on product purchases generated by their down-line organization.
On an ongoing basis we review our product line for duplication and sales trends and make adjustments accordingly. As of June 30, 2005, our product line consisted of: (i) 22 dietary supplement products; and (ii) 8 personal care products consisting primarily of cosmetic and skin care products. Our products are primarily manufactured by Nutri-Diem, Inc., a related party, and sold by us under a license and distribution agreement with Nutri-Diem. Certain of our own products are manufactured for us by third party manufacturers pursuant to formulations developed for us. Our products are sold to our IBAs located in the United States and Canada.
We believe that our network marketing system is suited to marketing dietary supplement and personal care products, because sales of such products are strengthened by ongoing personal contact between IBAs and their customers. We also believe that our network marketing system appeals to a broad cross-section of people, particularly those looking to supplement family income or who are seeking part-time work. IBAs are given the opportunity, through our sponsored events and training sessions, to network with other distributors, develop selling skills and establish personal goals. We supplement monetary incentives with other forms of recognition, in order to motivate IBAs.
Recent Corporate Developments
We experienced the following significant developments since our last fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2005:
We entered into an investor relations agreement (the "IR Agreement") dated as of July 28, 2005 with AGORA Investor Relations Corp. ("Agora"), a private company incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement Agora agreed to provide certain services including marketing, branding and investor communications services, in consideration of which we agreed to:
(i) pay Agora a fee of $2,500 per month commencing August 1, 2005; and (ii) issue to Agora warrants to be registered by us to purchase 350,000 shares of our common stock exercisable at a price of $0.06 per share and vesting over a twelve month period. The Agreement is for an initial term of August 1, 2005 to July 31, 2006 and is renewable at EYI's option for an additional term of 12 months under the same terms and conditions. We are presently negotiating an amendment to certain of the terms of the IR Agreement to provide for the issuance of restricted shares of our common stock in place of the warrants to be received by Agora under the IR Agreement.
On August 1, 2005, we received a loan from Cornell Capital Partners, LP ("Cornell") of $1,000,000 secured by a promissory note with Cornell and payable in nineteen equal weekly installments of $50,000 and one additional installment of $85,013 starting on September 5, 2005. Interest accrues on the note at a rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum.
We entered into a letter of intent with Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise (Group) Co. Ltd. (CEIEC), a Chinese company. Pursuant to the terms of the letter of intent CEIEC agreed commencing in September, 2005, subject to further negotiations respecting the terms and price of the purchase orders, to enter into certain purchase commitments to purchase up to 30,000,000 of EYI's water filtration systems for the removal of nitrates and arsenic from potable water (the "Filtration System") and to acquire the master agency rights to market and distribute the Filtration System in China. The parties agreed to sign an initial purchase order in September, 2005 and CEIEC agreed to purchase not less than $10,000 of the Filtration Systems as samples. The letter of intent is subject to the negotiation of a final agreement outlining the terms and price of the purchase orders.
On May 13, 2005 we entered into a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with Cornell Capital Partners, LP ("Cornell") pursuant to which we entered into the following agreements: a Registration Rights Agreement, an Escrow Agreement, and a Placement Agent Agreement. Pursuant to the terms of the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement, we may, at our discretion, periodically issue and sell shares of our common stock for a total purchase price of $10 million. If we request advances under the new Standby Equity Distribution Agreement, Cornell will purchase shares of our common stock for 98% of the lowest volume weighted average price on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board or other principal market on which our common stock is traded for the 5 days immediately following the advance notice date. Cornell will retain 5% of each advance under the new Standby Equity Distribution Agreement. We may not request advances in excess of a total of $10 million. Pursuant to the terms of our Registration Rights Agreement and the Standby Equity Agreement with Cornell, we agreed to register and qualify, among other things, the additional shares due to Cornell under the Standby Equity Agreement under a registration statement filed with the SEC. We signed a Termination Agreement on May 13, 2005, for the purpose of terminating our Standby Equity Distribution Agreement, Registration Rights Agreement and Escrow Agreement previously entered into with Cornell on June 22, 2004.
On May 27, 2005 we filed a registration statement on Form SB-2 (Registration No. 333-125344) registering the resale of 97,264,558 shares of our common stock held or to be sold by certain of our stockholders, including Cornell, which intends to sell up to an aggregate of 85,000,000 shares of our common stock pursuant to our Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with Cornell. The registration statement was subsequently declared effective by the SEC on July 29, 2005
During our fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2005, we ceased warehousing and distributing our products through Halo Distribution LLC ("Halo"), our wholly owned subsidiary and elected to discontinue the operations of Halo. On April 22, 2005 EYII entered into a Fulfillment Services Agreement with Source 1 Fulfillment ("Source One") to warehouse and ship our products. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Source One agreed to provide certain storage and fulfillment services to EYII at the rates set out in the schedules to the agreement. Source One also agreed to pay a referral commission of 10% of all handling fees for any client EYII brings to Source One. The agreement is for a term of one year and automatically renews each year unless terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of the agreement. We presently intend to continue warehousing and shipping our products through Source One.
On April 29, 2005 Essentially Yours Industries, Inc., our wholly owned subsidiary ("EYI") signed a letter of intent with Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. ("MARTI") for the purpose of marketing certain of MARTI's products provided to EYII on a consignment basis and assigning marketing rights to certain of MARTI's product lines to EYII, subject to EYII's entry into a definitive agreement with MARTI by November 1, 2005. Subsequently, on May 11, 2005 EYII entered into a Reseller Agreement (the "Reseller Agreement") with MARTI for a term of five (5) years, pursuant to which MARTI appointed EYII as the exclusive distributor of certain specially formulated MARTI products on a consignment basis and provide EYII with 1000 units of inventory for sale to its customers, proceeds of which are subject to fee payments to MARTI as set out in the schedules accompanying the agreement. The Reseller Agreement was subsequently by way of an Addendum dated for reference June 1, 2005 (the "Addendum"). Pursuant to the terms of the Addendum, MARTI agreed to provide EYII with: (i) a unit for removal of nitrates, nitrites and arsenic from water, (ii) an exclusively designed pitcher; and (iii) funding of up to a maximum of $10,000 for the production of a promotional DVD demonstrating the arsenic removal unit. On July 14, 2005 EYII entered into a non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement with MARTI for the purpose of protecting the parties on a world wide basis against the circumvention of one by the other through unauthorized contacts with the other party's business sources during the term of the Reseller Agreement and provide for joint protection of proprietary information of the parties. The agreement contains standard terms respecting confidentiality and non-circumvention and is for a term of: (i) five years from the date of the execution, or (ii) the duration of the Reseller Agreement, whichever is longer.
On April 4, 2005 we entered into a redemption agreement with TAIB Bank E.C. ("TAIB") pursuant to which TAIB agreed to acquire by assignment a two year 5% secured convertible debenture issued to Cornell in the amount of $245,000, and a two year 5% convertible debenture in the amount of $5,000 held by Kent Chou, in consideration of which we agreed not to modify or renegotiate the terms of our Standby Equity Distribution Agreement ("SEDA") with Cornell, and to use any proceeds obtained by EYI under the SEDA to make payments on the debentures. The debentures were assigned to TAIB on April 4, 2005.
We intend over the next twelve months to undertake the following:
New Product Introduction. In May 2005, we entered into a 5 year exclusive Reseller Agreement with Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc ("MARTI"). The Reseller Agreement offers EYI exclusive network marketing rights of a reformulated version of the MARTI products. The MARTI units are a portable water filtration product that have been tested in an EP accredited laboratory and tests concluded that the filtration unit effectively treats and removed arsenic from water supplies. In June 2005, we initiated our pre-launch program for the MARTI products, now named Code Blue (TM). We anticipate shipments of this product to begin in August 2005.
International Sales. We see international sales as a key component for our growth in the next 5 years. During our second quarter of fiscal 2004, we entered into a joint venture agreement (the "JV Agreement") with World Wide Buyers' Club Inc. ("WWBC") and Supra Group, Inc. ("Supra Group"), dated as of May 28, 2004, for the purpose of jointly marketing and distributing our products through the existing Supra Group distribution system in the Latin American countries identified in the JV Agreement and the products of Supra Group using the existing EYI distribution system to residents in the U.S. We believe Supra Group has significant international experience, expertise and contacts and that this alliance will assist in our ability to expand into Spanish-speaking countries.
Over the next twelve months we intend to expand our operations into the Asian market. In June 2005, we secured the consulting services of Ms. Eliza Fung who will primarily assist in the entry and development of EYI into the Asian market. It is expected that sales will commence in Hong Kong in the fall of 2005.
Network Support. We intend to expand the marketing of our Calorad product by internet direct and the distribution network. We also intend to support the growth and expansion of the Sales Communication department. Their success is measured on the number of inactive IBAs who, through the efforts of the Sales Communication department, become current with their membership fees and purchase our products. As the revenues generated by this department grow, we intend to add additional staff. Also, over the next twelve months we intend to promote our Autoship Program by offering one or more of the following: initial incentives, purchase discounts, and long-term commitment rewards. We believe that our automated ordering system supports on-going sales.

Revenues
During the three months ended June 30, 2005 we had total revenues of $1,225,216 as compared to revenues of $1,928,630 for the same period in 2004 which represents a decline of $703,414 or 36%. The year-to-date results for 2005 compared with 2004 indicate a revenue decline of $906,155 or 26%. The decrease in our revenues can be primarily attributed to the following factors:
o Our inability to attract new IBA's
o Lack of IBA participation in our auto-ship program
o our inability to fund marketing initiatives and programs that may promote growth within new markets and existing ones
Gross Profit
During the three months ended June 30, 2005 as compared to the same period in 2004, we had gross profits of $519,957 and $595,407 respectively. This represents a decline of $75,450 or 13%. The year-to-date results for 2005 compared with 2004 indicate that the gross profit has declined $156,965 or 12%. The decline in our gross profit is primarily attributed to our decreased sales.

Operating Expenses $1,056,737 $1,191,511 (11.31%) $2,193,297 $2,189,325 0.18%
We incurred operating expenses in the amount of $1,056,737 during the three months ended June 30, 2005, compared to $1,191,511 for the three months ended June 30, 2004. The following explains the most significant changes for the periods presented:
Customer Service - For the three months ended June30, 2005, customer services fees totaled $65,471 and represented 6% of our total operating expenditures, as compared to $253,078 or 21% of the total operating expenditures for the three months ended June 30, 2004. Until April 2004, we acquired our customer service support department through a management agreement with EYI Corp. In April 2004, we hired our own employees to perform this function and therefore, the related expenses are included under "Wages and benefits", below.
Finance and administration - For the three months ended June 30, 2005, finance and administration fees totaled $155,398 and represented 15% of our total operating expenditures, as compared to $47,730 or 4% of the total operating expenditures for the three months ended June 30, 2004. A majority of the increased expenditures realized during the June 2005 quarter relates to depreciation expenditures associated with the discontinuation of operations of Halo Distributions LLC.
Wages and benefits - For the three months ended June 30, 2005, wages and benefits totaled $371,526 and represented 35% of our total operating expenditures, as compared to $270,599 or 23% of the total operating expenditures for the three months ended June 30, 2004. This increase is primarily a combination of the April 2004 staff expansion and the accrual of a severance package for a terminated employee.
FINANCIAL CONDITION
Cash and Working Capital
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Percentage
Increase /
At June 30, 2005 At December 31, 2004 (Decrease)
Current Assets $905,116 $1,228,714 (26%)
Current Liabilities $2,961,114 $1,853,252 60%
Working Capital (Deficit) ($2,055,998) ($624,538) (229%)
We had cash of $0 as at June 30, 2005, compared with cash of $0 as at December 31, 2004. We had a working capital deficit at June 30, 2005 and December 31, 2004 of $2,055,998 and $624,538 respectively. The increase to our working capital deficit was primarily attributed to the increases in our trade payables, related party payables and amounts due on the Cornell Convertible Debenture. The increase in convertible debt relates to the accrued interest on the debt.
Liabilities
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Percentage
At December 31, Increase /
At June 30, 2005 2004 (Decrease)
Accounts Payable and Accrued
Liabilities $1,467,479 $1,141,001 29%
Accounts Payable-Related Parties $765,241 $159,455 380%
Convertible Debt-Related Party, Net
Of Discount $432,918 $379,724 14%
Loan Payable, Cornell $200,000 $0 100%
We had an increase of 29% in Accounts Payable and Accrued Liabilities during the three months which represents the increase in unpaid trade payables. We also experienced a 380% increase in Accounts Payable-Related Parties which is due to the increase in unpaid wages of two of our officers and an increase in the amount owed to EYI Corp. The increase in convertible debt relates to the accrued interest on the debt.
Cash Used in Operating Activities
Cash used in operating activities for the six months ended June 30, 2005 was $280,696 compared to $533,869 for the comparative period in 2004, representing a decrease of $253,173 or 47%.
Cash Provided by Financing Activities
We have continued to finance our business primarily through private placement sales of our common stock, exercises of stock options, short term loans, conversion of accrued liabilities into stock and through increases in our accrued liabilities and accounts payable. Cash provided by financing activities for the six months ended June 30, 2005 was $160,156, compared to $470,387 for the six months ended June 30, 2004.
Financing Requirements
Our consolidated interim financial statements included with this Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB have been prepared assuming that we will continue as a going concern. As shown in the accompanying financial statements, we had negative working capital of approximately $2,056,000 and an accumulated deficit of approximately $8,732,000 incurred through June 30, 2005.
Our current sources of working capital are sufficient to satisfy our anticipated current working capital needs. In the event we do not receive further financing from our arrangements with Cornell, we will be required to seek additional financing to fully implement our business plan. We may not be able to obtain additional working capital on acceptable terms, or at all. Accordingly, there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. We anticipate that any additional financing would be through the sales of our common or preferred stock or placement of convertible debt.
We presently do not have any arrangements in place for the sale of any of our securities and there is no assurance that we will be able to raise any additional capital that we require to continue operations. In the event that we are unable to raise additional financing on acceptable terms, then we may have to scale back our plan of operations and operating expenditures. We anticipate that we will continue to incur losses until such time as the revenues we are able to generate from sales and licensing of our products exceed our increased operating expenses. We base this expectation in part on the expectation that we will incur increased operating expenses in completing our stated plan of operations and there is no assurance that we will generate revenues that exceed these expenses.
OFF-BALANCE SHEET ARRANGEMENTS
We have no off-balance sheet arrangements that have or are reasonably likely to have a current or future effect on our financial condition, changes in financial condition, revenues or expenses, results of operations, liquidity, capital expenditures or capital resources.
Critical Accounting Policies
Our significant accounting policies are described in Note 2 to the Consolidated Financial Statements, which are included in our Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004.
Recent Accounting Pronouncements
New accounting pronouncements that have a current or future potential impact on our financial statements are as follows:
In December 2004, the Financial Accounting Standards Board issued a revision to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123R, "Accounting for Stock Based Compensation." This statement supercedes APB Opinion No. 25, "Accounting for Stock Issued to Employees," and its related implementation guidance. This statement establishes standards for the accounting for transactions in which an entity exchanges its equity instruments for goods or services. It also addresses transactions in which an entity incurs liabilities in exchange for goods or services that are based on the fair value of the entity's equity instruments or that may be settled by the issuance of those equity instruments. This statement focuses primarily on accounting for transactions in which an entity obtains employee services in share-based payment transactions. This statement does not change the accounting guidance for share based payment transactions with parties other than employees provided in Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.
123. This statement does not address the accounting for employee share ownership plans, which are subject to AICPA Statement of Position 93-6, "Employers' Accounting for Employee Stock Ownership Plans." The Company has previously adopted SFAS 123 and the fair value of accounting for stock options and other equity instruments. The Company has determined that there was no impact to its financial statements from the adoption of this new statement.
RISKS AND UNCERTAINTIES
We have a limited operating history, an accumulated deficit and may have continued losses for the foreseeable future with no assurance of profitability.
As of June 30, 2005, we had an accumulated deficit of $8,731,925. We will need to generate significant revenues to achieve profitability, which may not occur. We expect operating expenses to increase as a result of the further implementation of our business plan. Even if we achieve profitability, we may be unable to sustain or increase profitability on a quarterly or annual basis in . . .
Did someone find any positive news in this Quarterly Report? :(
I invested big in this one :( No sooner did i buy, it dropped and hasnt stopped since, It now has to almost triple for me to break even. Does this stock have any chance of coming back?
I nibbled at 0.1 and was expecting some support around there... I'll average down if we consolidate in this area. I hope for news , these folks are heading to China in a couple of days so I expct a PR in a week or so. Let's hope they return with a contract !
This is the worst trade I've ever made >:(
If I didn't knew anything about the company, and were just a pure technical analyst, I would buy today because the stock came down to exactly close the gap that was opened on the big news day ($0.065).
I don't have a chart to show now, but check it out for yourself. Anyway, I bought 5800 shares at $0.16 and I will sell at $0.32 or hold forever.
Good luck !

I have a 2/3 position in this one (.1282) - The continued drop is discouraging.
I have listened to the interview of Jay Sargeant - his presentation reminds me of a network marketing infomercial - - - does not inspire confidence in me - - - However --- this does not mean that I think the stock is destined to fail - - - we just need to be on the right side of the deal --- long on this one when good news breaks --- I suspect that EYII will take full advantage of any good news with press releases.
I will fill out the last 1/3 of my position soon.

David--what about your motto of big gians and SMALL losses? Would that not suggest getting the hell outa Dodge before it sinks further?

Prfsr,
Please note that David has picked this for the 1,000,000 category. He is going to sell only if it doubles. If that value is never reached, he will lose the money. This is an experimental category and should not be followed similar to "on fire" stock categories.

EYI Industries Initial Sales From Code Blue Water Filtration System :o ;D :o
August 23, 2005 16:28:34 (ET)
BURNABY, British Columbia, Aug 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- EYI Industries Inc. (EYII, Trade) (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that pre-launch sales of the patented Code Blue(tm) water filtration systems have surpassed expectations as 2,900 Code Blue(tm) units have been ordered in advance of any promotion.
EYI commenced a pre-sale program for any distributors interested in testing out their latest offering, prior to the delivery of the product. As a result, over 2,900 Code Blue(tm) Water Filtration Systems were ordered for gross sales over USD$160,000. The Code Blue(tm) units are now in the EYI warehouse and being shipped to distributors.
EYI Industries President and CEO, Jay Sargeant stated, "We were very pleasantly surprised and excited to see such large initial demand for the Code Blue(tm) Water Filtration System."
This press release is available on the company's official online investor relations site for investor commentary, feedback and questions. smallcap303,
Here are the answers to the questions you provided from the management team at EYI.
1.
Q. what is the nature of the agreement between EYII and the company that owns the Code Blue rights? Who does manufacturing of the Code Blue products and refills? Is EYII a reseller? When does this agreement expire? Is EYII an exclusive partner?
A. EYI has a 5 year agreement with automatic renewal. EYI owns the trade mark for Code Blue. M.A.R.T.I owns the Patent for the Arsenic removal. Code Blue is made to EYI Specs and these specs are exclusive to EYI. EYI is an Exclusive partner and EYI has the Exclusive rights for all network marketing sales.
To explain further our agreement gives EYI the exclusive rights to the product that removes Arsenic and Nitrates via one cartridge. Any one else will only remove one of the other not both via one cartridge.
2.
Q. When is a final agreement b/w EYII and Guangzhou CEIEC expected to be completed? Does EYII expect to subcontract its reseller rights to Guangzhou CEIEC for the Chinese market? Is it the case that Guangzhou CEIEC will sell the Code Blue products / refills to the end users? Or will it resell to retailers who would then sell to end users?
A.We are working to have it completed ASAP. I would hope that we will have made great strides to complete it in August or September. CEIEC will sell to both. They have their own distribution channels as well as their own retail customers that would resell the product. They will and their agents supply the refills to the end users.
3.
Q. Does EYII get a per unit commission/royalty from each sale of a Code Blue product / refill by Guangzhou CEIEC ?
A.Absolutely. We are the only source that they can order replacement cartridges from.

Holding half position. Will double tomorrow. The gambler in me is inticing me ;)
Thanks for posting the news danman3459 :)
Clearly the management of EYII and their investor relations company has changed strategy. Now they're presenting us hard facts and numbers, not future expectation of enormous deals. I believe this is a good development, since the company has real sales to show.
2,900 code blue filters were sold in about a month, for revenues of about $160,000. So, each code blue filter was sold to EYII's distributors for about $55.
At the CEO interview given some days ago we've heard that they've ordered more 15,000 to 20,000 new Code Blue filters from HYRF, so obviously the company's expectation is to sell them and I believe they will, fast.
This alone will generate revenues in the range of $825,000 to $1,100,000.
These are only US sales, through the existing database of EYII distributors. The company has a market cap, at current prices, of just $12.25M.
I believe in the product this company sells and I believe sales will grow immensely over the coming months/quarters. This is a sure thing to me.
Even if it wasn't a sure thing I couldn't sell, those are the rules of the game. Double or nothing.
By the way, let me thank vivdcosta for this clarification:

Prfsr,

Technically speaking, it's incredible to me since I don't understand it from a fundamental point of view (the market has it's ways, and market makers too >:D), but the stock came down to close the gap it left open on the big news day.
Nice move this morning, so I finally jumped in. David has laid out the fundamentals for pursuing. Now we just need the volume to return.
Final question from me about EYII. I get that yoiu said double or nothing no matter what. But you said that before today's BEARISH analysis, especially about China...which is the source of most of EYII's potential revenue.
Given these two opposing forces, are you still as unswerving in your intent?
prfsr Hal
Sure looks good today @.067-.068. 50x200DMA should kick it.
should bounce tomorrow...:)
What do you mean by "we" ? Its one person (okay 2) who is staking his money and who has decided to try an experiment. "We" have nothing much to do with that other than study why David has chosen a particular stock and decide if and how are we going to trade the same stock.

These questions are for David and all the supporters of $1,000 to $1million project:
What if 100% gain takes 2 years?
I WOULD LOVE TO TURN $1,000 INTO $1,000,000 IN 20 YEARS!!! ;D
That would be a constant 50% yearly gain! :o
LiveLife:
I believe this is just personal challenge for David to turn $1,000 into $1,000,000. As stated, there is definitely risk involved, as David has advised to not follow. Also, by diversifying with such a small amount of money, it would be hard to see any exponential growth, which is the initial objective by reinvesting all capital for each individual trade. Investing $1,000 and getting 100%, and then reinvesting that capital would yield much higher gains. By spliiting the capital into 4 trades, you would need 4 100% gains to achieve the same amount of capital, which would be much harder. If you are looking for stop losses, diversification, and sells under/over 100%, then the 3 Stocks On Fire Portfolio seems much more suited for your needs. Of course, others are doing their own challenges in the $1,000,000 board, so you could possibly use Davids/Other Members/Your own picks and give it a try with your own spin. :)
Here is the deal.
Had a long conversation with the CEO of HYRF.
I am Buying a ton of shares for HYRF and EYII here because :
- The EYII Executives have been in China this week to in the words of the HYRF CEO,
To try and Finalize the deal. Said Letter of Credit is what they are there to get.
This would be huge news for the price.
- NO Other Companies are up for the bid, just HYRF product thru EYII
(Also Buying alot of EYII here as 50 Day Moving Average)
They get the Letter of Credit and no telling how high we go.
- ONLY company with the MARTI system for the water
- Now, HYRF is fine with or without the deal, so bought regardless
So many patents and deals in process
- HYRF just had a large order (PR) that will hit the books
- Chart came down from 38 cents or so recently
- Great selection, David !
All I can do is go off of the conversation. Recommend that you call him with any questions.
Many things can happen for a deal to not go thru, but he said very positive about the LOC.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/050815/093063.html ;D
Maybe a PR when they return from China.
Reply from today.
Thank you for your inquiry. EYI has 130,575,204 restricted shares leaving a public float of 36,745,331.

Some things make me uneasy about EYII.
Their products are sold domestically via a marketing network, one of those "make money from home" structures that often (as in this case) stresses signing up new sales reps over actually moving product. See:
http://www.eyibusiness.com/bus_compplan3.html
Their primary product to now has been Calorad, a weight loss product containing collagen and aloe vera, that promises you will "lose weight while you sleep." Collagen is simply protein; aloe vera, when ingested, has a mild laxative affect, and can cause digestive distress. Critics say the only thing about the supplement that is likely to bring weight loss are the instructions that the supplement must be taken on an empty stomach hourse before bedtime, with no food taken until the next morning.
http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/scams/calorad.html
This sounds very familiar...in fact, a company called "Mark Nutritional" was fined $155 million for its marketing of a collagen weight loss supplement:
"Mark Nutritionals markets the Body Solutions Evening Weight Loss Formula, a liquid product that consumers are instructed to take before going to bed and at least three hours after eating or drinking. The product was advertised on more than 650 radio stations nationwide, and the radio spots featured testimonial endorsements from popular radio disk jockeys. The ads claimed that consumers who used the product could permanently lose substantial weight without diet or exercise, even while continuing to consume substantial amounts of high-calorie foods. In fact, the ad slogan for the product was 'lose weight while you sleep.' The Commission alleged that these claims were false and unsubstantiated. Can there really be much doubt? The Commission sought and obtained preliminary relief, including a stipulated preliminary injunction and an asset freeze.
http://www.ftc.gov/speeches/swindle/030428aggressive.htm
The selling point for Code Blue is its ability to remove arsenic from drinking water. While this may be very important for China (I have not looked into it), in the US, all drinking water must contain less than 50 ppb (parts per billion) of arsenic. In 2006, these standards will be tightened up to 10 ppb, which will bring US standards in line with the World Health Organization's recommendations. Outside of central California, parts of Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona, US drinking water is largely already compliant with the WHO standard.
http://www.berkeleywellness.com/html/fw/fwLon12Water.html
I may be a bit older than many here, but the 70s were rife with marketers who sold expensive filtration systems based upon pure scare tactics. EYII's network of ungoverned sales agents will inevitably tap the same well of fear to attempt to move product. Water filters, along with nutritional products, have long been a favorite product for pyramid schemers, as can be verified by doing a search for "water filters" in the consumers' section of the FTC websie:
http://www.ftc.gov
I've only lightly researched the company, but felt I should share these first findings without delay.
I suspect that these LOIs, which cost no one any commitment, may not be sufficient basis on which to venture real cash money.
Even if all my worst fears are true, this could still be a profitable play. For anyone who does go forward, I believe extreme caution is in order.
Robt,
Informative post.
Most pennies are full of Red Flags.
I too am skeptical of Multi-Level marketing companies.
That said,
the recent Domestic order for EYII and HYRF and the TA analysis provide a strong buy, IMO.
It is just beginning. Built in sales reps will push the Code Blue very hard because of the residual income opportunity with the filters.
Watch the CEO interviews, interesting. Buying more at this level. They have a product, and that says alot for most pennies. ;D
Keep up the helpful posts.

I WOULD LOVE TO TURN $1,000 INTO $1,000,000 IN 20 YEARS!!! ;D
That would be a constant 50% yearly gain! :o
It would actually be approx. 41.25% return per year. (The interest is compounding.):
1,000(1.4125...)^20=1,000,000

I was rounding. :P
Of course I realize that the use of MLM doesn't preclude income. What most persuades me to sit this out are the questions raised by the Calorad product, reviving something that drew such heavy fire from the FDA; equally alarming are the anti-cancer claims made about Definition, a cream whose chief design is to firm, size-enhance and otherwise beautify the female breast.
If the principals of this company believe in their own products, more power to them, but I am disinclined to get on their team. If they do not believe in these products, then I must wonder whether these LOIs are not selling tools for another cynically offered product, the company stock.
Then, too, there is the recent quarterly report, an altogether unpleasant read.
There are too many other opportunities for me to find this attractive under such circumstances. I also feel very strongly that, given these circumstances, marriage to a "double or nothing" prospect is unwise, in that I feel protecting profits in such a situation will, in most cases, prove more beneficial than letting them run.
Robt,
Since this is David's experiment, perhaps we should let him be the final judge in this. :D
I have already been reminded of this fact before - David has set some guidelines (10 trades with 100% gain). ;)
We as observers or "casual participants" may have our own opinions, but this is David's experiment.
He bought in at $0.16 and won't sell until it hits $0.32. Period. Those are his rules. ;D
Livelife,
There is no question that David remains final arbiter of the disposition of his positions and his funds.
I have only offered information + opinion. My motivation is not to get David to surrender his $1000 position, but to offer strong caution to others considering this investment, with funds that may total well beyond that sum, and who may not be aware of the particulars that I have raised.
Everyone will act according to their own will. What I have raised may be unpleasant, but better to have such unpleasantries raised than to invest without regard to such matters, is that not so?
While the rules David has set down are fine with me, they are also his rules to set aside if he chooses, should appropriate circumstances arise. Of course, he alone is the judge of what "appropriate circumstances" may be.
For this experiment, he has deliberately set aside the flexibility that he has frequently reminded us is requisite in a trader. Without disrespect for his rules, I nevertheless would urge that he reintroduce some flexibility in this instance, if genuine evidence surfaces to show that these LOIs are less than genuine, or that EYII is not entirely on the up-and-up.
If EYII is not "playing by the rules," it is simply wrong to surrender one's funds to them simply in order to adhere to one's own arbitrary rule.
But you are correct, this remains David's call to make. I never suggested otherwise.
None of this precludes the possibility that he may actually double his investment; if so, I will applaud his accomplishment as much as anyone.
1.) Nice comparison with other filter products codeblue is best as it seems!

2.)News expected next week ;D !:
Thank you for your inquiry.
We anticipate that results from the Hong Kong trip will be be announced over the next few weeks once any potential orders have been finalized.
Mr. Dori O'Neill is expected to return from Hong Kong in and around the 5th of September. Mrs. Eliza Fung will be staying in Hong Kong for an indefinite period to establish new sales channels in Hong Kong and throughout China.

EYI To Commence Distribution of CALORAD and PROSOTEINE In Hong Kong Market
Thursday September 1, 9:09 am ET
BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc., (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News) (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com) a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that Nutri-Diem, Inc., (``NDI''), the manufacturer of CALORAD(r), and PROSOTEINE(tm), is fully supporting EYI's September launch in Hong Kong. Specifically, NDI has agreed to ship a wholesale value of US$740,000 worth of product on a consignment basis to help support EYI operations and their distributors in Hong Kong.

EYI President, Jay Sargeant comments, ``NDI has always been an incredible partner. Putting CALORAD back into Hong Kong is a great move. Our leaders there are excited to have the product back in their market.'' Sargeant continued, ``By lowering our product costs of re-entry, NDI is allowing us to invest more capital into infrastructure, human resources and marketing materials. We are busy preparing training, marketing and video media in Cantonese and Mandarin to support NDI product sales in this all-important market. We believe this is a win-win for both companies.''

About EYI (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com)
EYI Industries Inc., through our subsidiary Essentially Yours Industries, Inc. (EYI), markets products that promote health and well-being. Recently, EYI launched a consumer product that removes arsenic and other contaminates to a negligible level from drinking water. The portable water filtration product's name is Code Blue(tm) and is exclusively provided to EYI. In addition, EYI sells dietary supplements and personal care products. A large portion of our sales are from CALORAD(r), a liquid protein supplement that has brought weight loss benefits to our customers. More than six million bottles of CALORAD(r) have been sold since EYI was founded in 1995. Our newest product, PROSOTEINE, is experiencing similar success to CALORAD(r) and bringing our customers the benefits of a natural Energy drink.
EYI markets its products through an extensive network of independent business associates. Our sales force is staffed by knowledgeable, experienced men and women and supported by our comprehensive training programs.

Well, after watching HYRF take off and selling too early (.30), I wanted to get back in on the water filter market but feel that HYRF doesn't have as much upside as EYII does, simply due to the current prices. EYII has been largely overlooked while HYRF has gotten all of the attention by the market, but that is bound to change at some point. I am in EYII at .07.
Should we assume that EYII will follow ?
Or is the new facility of HYRF for other products too ?
Please explain any known facts as to why all of the MARTI technology does not have to go thru EYII with the exclusive Agreement. If so, EYII is a very strong buy.
Thank you for your inquiry. The answer to your questions are as follows;
Q. Does EYII have an exclusive Agreement with HYRF for the MARTI system ? Only the MARTI system ?
A. EYI owns the trademark for CODE BLUE and EYI have the exclusive rights to market and distribute the patent technology owned by MARTI. The filter provided exclusively to EYI removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic amongst other contaminants out of water.
Q. Are other distributors outside of EYII allowed to market the product Internationally ?
A. EYI is the exclusive distributer of CODE BLUE and the MARTI technology which removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic.
Q. In other words, HYRF setting up in the region can only sell thru EYII ? Or are they setting up for other distribution channels outside of EYII. Can they per the Agreement. How did EYII get an exclusive with them ?
A. EYI has an exclusive agreement with HYRF for the MARTI technology which removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic.
Thank you for your inquiry. EYI has 130,575,204 restricted shares leaving a public float of 36,745,331. As of September 1st, 2005, EYI currently have 167,320,535 shares outstanding. No insiders have recently sold any shares.

It makes no sense to me. HYRF is zooming higher because it has increased production a lot:
MARTI Signs Agreement With Chinese Manufacturer (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?dist=¶m=archive&siteid=mktw&guid=%7B902AD379%2D0C80%2D4F65%2DBBEB%2DF6FEEA43A768%7D)
MARTI Provides Details Regarding China Manufacturing (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?siteid=mktw&sid=1463819&guid=%7B48E8490F%2DE8F7%2D4424%2D9C64%2D05B6AFD98E9C%7D&symb=)
HYRF.OB (the owner of MARTI) is zooming higher, today it is up another 35% to a new 52 week high.
Now, the company is expanding production because demand is growing very fast. And the company that sells their products, exclusively, is EYII:
«New Product Introduction. In May 2005, we entered into a 5 year exclusive
Reseller Agreement with Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc ("MARTI"). The
Reseller Agreement offers EYI exclusive network marketing rights of a
reformulated version of the MARTI products. The MARTI units are a portable water
filtration product that have been tested in an EP accredited laboratory and
tests concluded that the filtration unit effectively treats and removed arsenic
from water supplies. In June 2005, we initiated our pre-launch program for the
MARTI products, now named Code Blue (TM). We anticipate shipments of this
product to begin in August 2005.»
More ...
«We entered into a letter of intent with Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise (Group) Co.
Ltd. (CEIEC), a Chinese company. Pursuant to the terms of the letter of intent
CEIEC agreed commencing in September, 2005, subject to further negotiations
respecting the terms and price of the purchase orders, to enter into certain
purchase commitments to purchase up to 30,000,000 of EYI's water filtration
systems for the removal of nitrates and arsenic from potable water (the
"Filtration System") and to acquire the master agency rights to market and
distribute the Filtration System in China. The parties agreed to sign an initial
purchase order in September, 2005 and CEIEC agreed to purchase not less than
$10,000 of the Filtration Systems as samples. The letter of intent is subject to
the negotiation of a final agreement outlining the terms and price of the
purchase orders.»
And ...
«Over the next twelve months we intend to expand our operations into the Asian
market. In June 2005, we secured the consulting services of Ms. Eliza Fung who
will primarily assist in the entry and development of EYI into the Asian market.
It is expected that sales will commence in Hong Kong in the fall of 2005.»
There are no doubts, HYRF is expanding production and moving to China because demand from EYII for the Code Blue is exploding. And demand from EYII is exploding because the company is selling or set to sell millions of Code Blues.
The fate of these two companies is linked for the next 5 years and there's no way EYII will stand in the floor as HYRF jumps higher.
Hi !
Volume is increasing a bit today, and the stock seems to have built a base on this $0.06/$0.07 level, which is also the ascending support zone.
I believe we have now technical conditions to watch some interesting price development on the short term.
PS: I've increased my position @ $0.07 today.

"....EYI has done over $307,000,000.00 in sales and has paid out in excess of $154,000,000.00 in commissions...."
Is the number right?? Anyone? TIA
Possibly.
But the bet is on the MARTI Agreement.
I throw all of the other MLM products as an extra.
This alone should give the stock a nice run.
The domestic order will get it going in the US very soon too. ;)
EYII is ready to run after HYRF, imo.
All set at 7 cents.

Up 30% so far today!
;)
I think this could be huge >:D >:D
Nice going today...
follow the gang! in at 0.075. Thanks everybody for the DD.
Anyone know the reason for huge volume on this today? 50% so far, this is tight!!
of the two HYRF & EYII, EYII commands more value as it is already generating revenues which means its products/servbices are in demand. customers see a need for them. next week will be an ineteresting week! As usual I have yet to take profits for HYRF. I go to learn day trading!!!
wow yes eyii is heating up! i am glad i bought (average 0.082). Chart is nice
David,
I think i already know the answer to this question since I know you always follow your own rules. But based on the movement of HYRF and the fact that EYII should have a higher market cap based on fundamentals, will you be selling at a double? Looking at HYRF makes me think EYII has a good chance of hitting your double target next week. If you will be selling at a double, any chance you might be adding EYII to the pennies portfolio so you can hang onto it? :)
Thanks as always,
JB
would you say still safe to get in here? up 50%+ on the day.
I'm guessing you know the answer to that now...
FWIW, I added more at .125
Good luck and happy trading.
Jody
Are the rest of you guys sitting down?
I can't!
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
What a day!!
Haha, Cumulina! I'm sitting now but won't be for long!!! ;D
And I was watching this thing drop this afternoon thinking about how I could have sold above $1.00 and gotten back in close to $.70. That's too dangerous for me, not being a daytrader. This one is good for the longterm in my portfolio! ;D >:D ;D >:D
David, you've called tjhis "the worst trade you ever made." If it is, it's like bad sex...better than good almost anything else. My wish to you is this: That this IS the worst trade you will ever make.
Prfsr Hal
I've been holding on this stock for monhs. Hopefully, it is time to reap.
Good luck to all
and a very nice weekend.

Congratulations TRUNK, what a lovely wife you have, I wish you a never ending happy marriage :D
Considering EYII, you can read my thoughts on it at HYRF's thread on the 3 Pennies on Fire Board.
We've had some news out just about now, that ket1390 gently posted. Nothing new, everything going as planned. EYII sent two people to Hong Kong, Dori O'Neill to arrange things for them to expand to the Chinese market through a net of representatives, or, what they call them .... ahhh, I can't remember, but you know what I mean.
The other person they sent was Eliza Fung to firm and sign the $210M deal with CEIEC. I believe we're going to hear news from her in the coming days, hence the market action, now the market believes this huge deal will indeed be a fact (it didn't).
If the stock surpasses the $0.19 resistance level you bet we'll see a meteoric rise before the news is out ... I hope it reaches my $0.32 selling point, I will sell there or not at all.
This one has turned into one of my worst trades. In at .155 and currently at .123. Initially ran to .17, but I awaited the pullback. But the fall from .17 to .123 ? Seems to following the same pattern of a month ago.

Hey Texan, a whole lot of people have piled in today on EYII whilst previous holders look to take some nice profits off the table. So there is the usual battle only exagerated somewhat because of the penny volatility. Also some people buying today with the thought of immediate dollars only to see pullback then selling. Bottom line is the underlying story is still the same and remains to play out, the stock will reflect a fairer value once the full impact of the LOI turns into contract $s.

I appreciate your thoughts. I am in to stay. Just hoping we're not going back below .10. Don't think I have the stomach for it.
I think Aussie is right. If you look at the different between HYRF and EYII action last week I think HYRF gradually go up (volumn build up gradually day by day) so not many profit taking occur, well at least when ppl see price continue to go up they keep holding the stock. But EYII on the other hand friday volumn jump from average of about 200000-500000 range to 1 mil shares traded on friday(pps 0.08-0.13). There will be more shareholder incline to take their profit off the table, which I think it's good for the stock to get rid of the ppl taking their profit from shares they got at lower price so less people will taking profit when the stock going higher and they will be chasing it up fueling the next leg up. So bottom line I think we should wait and see if the LOI do indeed turn into contract then price will skyrocketing off the chart. So far $0.12 seem to hold fine for now hopefully the price will not go much lower than this. I know it's alway hard to look at the RED :-\. JMHO any thought on the subject anyone ???
I used to do a lot of "panic-selling" before joining 3sof. Lost a lot of money...managed to sell at the bottom, and usually the stock corrected itself afterwards. :-\
From this site (3sof) I've learned not to react to intraday movements.
That doesn't mean that there is no hand-wringing going on in front of the screen! ;)
I agree that the fundamentals are still in place, and news coming soon will take these two stocks for another ride.
The unfortunate people who are not familiar with 3sof, are probably taking profits...
Not me, not yet! ;D
in some at 0.079 and more at 0.109. should have would have sold some at 0.17 to ride free shares, but since it has retraced, just waiting fully loaded to the next run up.
I'm in at .13 today for 50K Shares - I'd like to see this stock added to the 3POF portfolio, just so we could keep track of all the posts in one central location.
hi,
in at .159 . 3sof is teaching me to hold my stomach for the down slide, and enjoy the view when it hits the top!
i have learnt that when a stock is hot it goes up then comes down to consolidate, if the company is not tanking then you can sit tight and not worry too much about the volitile swings.
happt trading to all

eyii_hyrf__,
Thank you for your inquiry. We have received the answers to the questions you asked.
Q. NO other company or distribution channel can sell the MARTI system anywhere in the world, unless it goes through EYII ?
A. No other company can sell CODE BLUE with the MARTI technology that removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic.
Q. For how long in each area
A. EYII have signed an exclusive agreement with MARTI for five years.
Q. Did EYII pay HYRF for the exclusive rights ?
A. No, EYII did not pay HYRF.
Q. What was in it for HYRF to give this to EYII ?
A. Nothing.
Q. Can HYRF change the filter a little and sell to other distributors ?
A. EYII have an exclusive contract with MARTI for the sale of MARTI technology that removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic.
Regards,
A bit of Zen wisdom from a monkey named Trudy on another board which echos the sentiments expressed by others above: "Money flows from the impatient to the patient.
While this original experiment of David plays out ($0.16 to $0.32), many have decided to buy EYII.
Stock prices are only established by current supply and demand, and will fluctuate up and down, sometimes independent of company performance.
Instead of just buying and holding, in the hopes that the price will eventually go up; rise and fall cycle should be monitored to buy on dips and sell on peaks. Both EYII and HYRF had their dips and peaks where significant gains could have been made, and probably will in the future too.
We are all investing (speculating) and trading for maximum gains, and I will continue to buy on dips and sell on peaks for actualizing gains. We mustn't forget the fundamentals of stock trading: buy low, sell high - buy high, sell higher.
I too wish that all of my stocks continue to go up without dips, but they do fluctuate, and I will sell to take profits and buy on pullbacks. If the stock I am holding dips, I have bought on rebound to even out the loss/gain.
We can all learn from each other and become better at trading!

(OTCBB:EYII), (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, announced in a news release dated August 12, 2005 that it had entered into a letter of intent ("LOI") with Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CEIEC"), a China based company. Pursuant to the terms of the LOI, CEIEC agreed commencing in September 2005, subject to further negotiations respecting the terms and price of the purchase orders, to enter into certain purchase commitments to purchase up to 30,000,000 of EYI Industries' Code Blue(tm) water filtration systems (Code Blue(tm)) and to acquire the master agency rights to market and distribute Code Blue(tm) in China.
The parties agreed to sign an initial purchase order in September 2005 and CEIEC agreed to purchase not less than $10,000 of the Filtration Systems as samples. The non-binding LOI is subject to the negotiation of a final agreement outlining the terms and price of the purchase orders.
Mr. Dori O'Neill, Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) President and CEO stated, "During my recent trip to Hong Kong, I had the opportunity to meet with CEIEC representatives. Negotiations are ongoing however we have not yet reached a definitive agreement."

The news means that when the LOI is turned into a real contract (like HYRF), EYII should shoot up.
I'm happily holding as well. Just waiting for them to announce the contract (and hope it shoots 400% like HYRF did!) I can understand now why EYII was lagging behind HYRF.
Market doesn't have much faith in the deal. Not sustaining much of the recent move. I am hoping that it can hold at .10 by the close today.
Must say I wish I bought on this low... :(
Will shoot with David for that $ 0,32 8) (kind of cool ;))
We have had better days in the last weeks.
The revised LOI is for $10,000 of business. Is that right??

$10,000 That is the sample order and that in a sense is the reason for the sell off, people were expecting the whole contract to be inked, but instead just the sample order is confirmed.
The order is for 30,000,000 Units.
HYRF is starting to build them, but, it's been stated many times, that only EYII has exclusive rights to SELL it. So, when the contract is 'inked' (when the details are worked out), then we will know for sure.
HYRF's contract is inked to build them. So (logically) it would make sense that the Chinese would sign to buy (I betcha they're working out the exact price, delivery etc).
What you are saying makes a lot of sense. If there is an order for 30,000,000 units and HYRF is building them, then only EYII can sell them. It is logical to say that EYII is just finalizing the deal with the Chinese. Otherwise, I don't see any reason for building 30,000,000 units.
Hope it turns out good for all.
-digit
is everyone in this still holding? lessone learned, sell 1/2 at 100% profit, could have done that here. watching it fall back from 0.17 to now like 0.085 is nerver wrecking. hope the pr of the inked contract comes out soon. when would you exit this trade? like david r., only at 0.32 or more?
To clarify:
Show where the 30 million is inked for HYRF ?
They are tied to the same Purchase Order as EYII as I understand it.
Same 10,000 sample is all the commitment is for.
Now, the fact that HYRF set up manufacturing and EYII is setting up Chinese offices may foreshadow the strength of the deal.
uh-oh.....

Frederick/ David - Your thoughts?
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/050907/094719.html
"The new manufacturer will produce over 2 million pitchers and 6 million filters per year; providing the company more opportunity for order fulfillment than ever before."
Could not be any clearer than that ftg.
That would put them in line with the other projections of orders of the INITIAL $210 Million dollar deal.
HYRF's contract is inked to build them. So (logically) it would make sense that the Chinese would sign to buy (I betcha they're working out the exact price, delivery etc). EHOS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ehos,
Called Dennis, HYRF CEO.
Nothing is Inked.
All projections.
He has not even visited the facility.
I questioned the size being the equivalent of over 1 million square feet.
He wasn't even sure ?
And has heard nothing since the purchase order for the 210 million dollar order when I directly asked him.
Obviously, the market sees it as not being " inked ".
That said, the logical conclusion is that the deals will go through.
But saying it does not get any clearer than that, the market needs it to be officially inked.
Hopefully soon.
Call Dennis with any questions, he is receptive to investors.
Hey guys, just had a question:
Does anyone know of any stocks that had a similar Letter Of Intent, whose contract was finalized? I understand that each stock is individual with its chart pattern, but it might show what kind of price movement we can expect if the contract is finalized, and what kind of price movement we can expect with the following days. I feel that this can possibly help with finding a good exit point, seeing if it moves up following the contract, or if the day of the contract is the highest point. Thoughts or input appreciated! Thanks in advance. ;D
The market is always right. The information I have read tells me it's a good deal for HYRF/EYII.
210 Million dollar contract, new facility, high output to fill orders. All good news for me. The market fluctation means nothing to me, it's just the reacton of people to the news. 30,000,000 is a TON of product. :)
I will hold my shares until I have further information. Right now, this seems like a golden chance to me.
I took my profits from HYRF and moved them EYII (seems logical), so in all honesty, it's VERY easy for me to hold these shares. Due your own DD.

ehos,
at what price you in? i am some at 0.076 and then 3 times more at 0.109, so in the negative some right now.
I'm in at .11
I was out of country and just got back, but honestly, I had no intentions of selling unless it hits .22 (Sell half), then ride the other half shares until 'whenever'. :)
The only reason I would sell is if the LOI was an outright lie (which it doesn't seem to be) or something changes fundamentally. I don't mind holding long term on 'good' stories and this is a GREAT story. I held Tyria.OB when it seems like everyone else sold (still holding after gain).
The ups and downs don't bother me at all. The one thing I learned from 3SOF is it's easy to panic, sell and move on. BUT, it's usually more profitable to ball up, hold on UNLESS something is fundamentally wrong.
Right now, what's wrong? Nothing. Both companies are making good releases, the stocks are WAY up in price, volume is huge.
So, why would I sell now? :)
I found a homepage that shows the Code Blue (TM) Water filter for a store price of 69 dollar one piece...is this the right filter ? i am not that good in English thats why i am not totally sure, i didnt think one piece is that expensive in the store. But calculate 30 000 000 x maybe 20 dollar....will be huge
http://www.sell.com/2ZZQX
And heard in the interview from the CEO that people who owns the filter needs to replace a filter in the filter every months. Big revenue, big customer database...... listen to the interview at:

Hi
I got into this stock way back in July and I beleive that I made the right decision. I bought it based on inside information since I live very near their offices ;). Bought a handsome amount. My question is what do you mean by EYII comp = 12.35. As you can tell, I am new to stocks but learning.
TIA
Comp = .1235
This means that the composit of my purchases gives me a per share purchase price or cost per share of .1235 - - - I misplaced the .
Sorry about the confusion - I am learning also - or at least trying to learn.
3SOF is the best source of education - on making money - that I have found.
Thank you for the information. Now it makes sence to me.
Good luck.

We have received the answers to the questions you asked. They are as follows;
Q. Did they secure the deal on the trip ?
A. Please see EYII news release dated September 13, 2005.
Q. If not, why not ?
And time frame on expectation of securing the deal ?
What are they waiting for ?
A. As stated in EYI's news release, EYI are currently negotiating a definitive agreement.

Also, this should be obvious, but I think I feel like saying it again. The whole market is about speculation.
There are VERY few stocks out there that are valued exactly what they are worth (actually, show me one, and I would be astounded). The market price isn't just the price of the stock, it's the price of the company (past and present!), the hopes, the fears/jeers of the buys ands sells.
PLUS a million other factors and tada, the market price (at that very instant you happen to see it).
We're using imperfect information, gut feelings etc to do one thing. Predict the unpredictable.

Code Blue Package, Including Pitcher, Filter, and ToGo Item Code: CB 000
Price: 328.30 Qty:
Product Description:
Code Blue is a patent, pass through water filtration unit that removes arsenic, nitrates and many other particulars and contaminants. Code Blue is simple but advanced; reasonable but profound. Code Blue provides the most advanced technology in water filtration today! Our team of scientists have created the FIRST new water filtration breakthrough of the 21st century! They have created a patented material that pulls all contaminants out of water! The Code Blue water systems looks simple, but believe us, looks are deceiving! The Code Blue system is a lean mean arsenic and heavy metal eliminating machine! Code Blue may look like the pitcher that found itself to your refrigerator. In a world of water poison peril, the old technologies are arming you with a cap gun. Code Blue gives you a laser! Here's a neat way to understand the patented Code Blue breakthrough technology... Up until now, the world of water filtration has been ruled by the funnel approach. Make the tip of the funnel smaller and smaller to stop the contaminants! Not bad, but not good enough. The awful little contaminants get craftier all the time and slip through even the smallest funnel! Code Blue works like a sponge not a funnel. The patented Code Blue filter pellets work like magnetic sponges to pull the Arsenic, Chlorine, Nitrates, Mercury and every other awful poison out of your water! Code Blue never misses, Code Blue's technology has Zero Tolerance for contaminants. To us, there is NO acceptable level of Arsenic in your water! Take a look at your Code Blue system. It doesn't get easier than this! No installation. No maintenance. No Pre-treatment. No oxidation staging. No Ph balancing. No moving parts. No reverse contamination. Just clean, tasty, refreshing water... each and every time!
Even 6 pieces of replacement filter eyii sells for 128.- dollar
Everything (backordered). It means Hyrf needs to produce more filter in China....putting the pieces together....30 000 000...

BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. Hi all,
I made the drive to Burnaby from my home and went to EYII listed address. The building does exist but I failed to see ant sign or even mention of the company name. All it was is an office building but no EYII sign or floor number mentioned anywhere.
Hope this info helps. I was disappointed but there must be a reason for it.

EYII is moving forwardI tried to get some Information from EYII concerning the Filters. On their Hompage I saw that all filters were not available at the moment (it was written "backordered"). The Shipment of 160 000.- Filters were sold out in one week! So I wrote an email to them which they responded within 4 hours. Mr. Irland is writing the next shipment will be arriving in 10 days. I got the mail yesterday so I expect a new shipment around sept 25. I wonder where it is coming from. Is Hyrf producing the filters still in Switzerland (Wal SA) until the China manufacturer begins to produce ? Anyway read the mail from eyii it sounds good. The filters are selling like "warm bred"
news from august 23 http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050823/84443.html

I am hoping you are wrong. All indicators so far show a positive sign. Time will only tell.
Good luck.
I am holding on to a position with a basis of 0.096
Currently the charts show some very encouraging indications. We see the possible formation of a head and shoulders bottom, the 50/200 DMA's crossed and turning up. various short term indicators are easing, giving a rest from selling pressure, and perhaps most telling are the rising lows.
I am purely speculating about the protracted price negotiations in saying the following, but I feel it must be considered. We are talking about a product of which production costs are greatly affected by the recent meteoric spike in the cost of crude oil. This product will be manufactured with plastics derived from petrolium, manufactured in a plant probably supplied with energy impacted by oil costs, and will be transported by an industry directly impacted by oil costs.
We all know how closely tied EYI is with HydroFlo in this proposed venture. HydroFlo recently gave the boot to WAL SA , which had been contracted to meet production requirements and was unable to. I think it reasonable to conclude that HydroFlo will have spent a little more time looking into things this time around.
Assuming HydroFlo and EYI are not intentionally misleading all of us, I think we stand to turn a pretty penny here. And I think the chart looks fantastic. Bottom line...if we aren't being sold a bill of goods, we make money.
jc
Copied from another Board:
well if the deal is worth 210 million, and they are getting 30 million units I guess the current deal is 7 bucks a piece, currently the distributors are selling them for 69.95, so unless the mark up is huge I think they are selling them below cost in hopes to make a profit on the filters that they will later sell to service these pitchers. I realize the company says the pitcher/filter is better than brita and I dont doubt that they are, but at the same time most people are "cheap" and want the best deal and so on. Brita a very well known name sells a pitcher for 30 bucks and a filter for 8, eyi pitchers are 69.95 and filters are 24 bucks. so in the first year of owning a code blue it will cost about $130 dollars more than a brita. so they may be better but the public has to be convinced they are better to spend this much extra. this being a network marketing company does worry me a bit, they said they had 500,000 distributors and 10,000 active distributors, so how many different ways are they slicing the pie when paying commisions. also they currently only have 20,000 customers, so thats only 2 customers per distributor. most network marketing companies tend to fail, many are scams, Im not saying this one is, just a concern of how many people get paid for one sale. obvioulsy if they sign this deal everyone in the stock will make a good buck....all this is jmo
You missed a key point though.
The Chinese (forget the company name) is buying the whole shebang to distribute/sell as they see fit. So no other middlemen to cut into profits.
ehos you re right.
What i was wondering what are they doing with so many samples 10 000.- : 7 = around 1400 filters? They are testing those. This could take some time. I don t know. But when can we expect a deal?....1st week of october?
I wonder if another trip to China will be necessary to finalize the contract.
I have no knowledge of Chinese business etiquette but there is always protocol to follow..
EYII is looking good to me.
Still holding 12,500. With no confidence at all. Hoping for a surprise.

Same here. But I feel like a bigger bag holder :)
They're going to sell 30,000,000 units for $7 I don't see alot of profit for EYII (after HYRF and the other chinese distributor gets their cuts).
Sigh, we shall see. WORST TRADE EVER. (As David said himself).
:)
Sorry feeling a bit down, but I will hold. I should've cut this loose earlier and kept ZENX (oops).
Bad day overall for me. Sorry to be a downer guys. Thanks for letting me vent.

I know it really doesn't look like, but EYII.OB has been doing higher lows for the last three months. I wasn't expecting it to advance this way, but is is better than nothing.
Another gap was closed yesterday, one that was left open before the last bull run of the stock. I'm losing about 50% on my initial $1,000 but I'm keeping the spirit.
The company said it may sell 30 million Code Blues to EIICEC (or something like that), but it also said it is still negotiating the price. Never said it is $7, I bet even they don't know it yet (and the whole deal may be valued at more than $210M, it may be better than the Letter of Intent - though the market isn't signaling that, and he always knows better).
You know I'm very limited here, I will always be bullish on the stock since those are the rules of the game, so my opinion is worth almost zero. I wish you all good luck with EYII.OB :)

David,
Thanks for your analysis. Perhaps this may quell some of the distress emoted in some of these posts.
Perhaps not.
Everyone here should understand the rules of the game.
For those that don't have the stomach, or the resources for speculation of this magnitude, they may be best served to stear clear of investments like this in the future.
For the rest of us who do want to play, please spare us your gnashing of teeth.
I'm all for reading any objective questioning or opposing viewpoint to the selection.
I can do without the self pity over "paper losses".

EYI Industries, Inc. Signs Chinese Agency Agreement With CEIEC
Sep 26, 2005 4:10:00 PM
2005 PrimeZone Media Network
BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- - EYI Industries, Inc. ("EYI") (OTCBB:EYII) http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com, a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited, has entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period with China Electronics Import and Export South China Corporation ("CEIEC") through its wholly owned subsidiary.
Subject to the provisions of the agreement, CEIEC may purchase up to an estimated US$210 Million worth of product as per the following Purchase Plan:
Fiscal 2006 (US$42,000,000)
---------------------------
Q1 = US$700,000
Q2 = US$2,800,000
Q3 = US$14,000,000
Q4 = US$24,500,000
Fiscal 2007 (US$168,000,000)
----------------------------
Q1 = US$31,500,000
Q2 = US$38,500,000
Q3 = US$45,500,000
Q4 = US$52,500,000
Under the terms of the agreement, EYI will issue an Exclusive Agency Certificate to CEIEC, thereby granting CEIEC the exclusive right to distribute the Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration System throughout China for a period of two (2) years. In order to maintain exclusive agency rights in China, CEIEC must purchase a minimum of $21,000,000 in product in each of the years 2006 and 2007. CEIEC reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to increase, or decrease, the number of Code Blue(TM) units that it purchases under the Purchase Plan, based on its evaluation of market demand in China. CEIEC will commence purchases under the Purchase Plan commencing in October 2005, and will place subsequent purchase orders on a quarterly basis.
The CEIEC, located in South China, is the largest exporter and importer of electronic products in China and was the first Chinese enterprise to establish sales and cooperative relations with foreign brand name enterprises such as Hitachi, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens, Casio, Philips, Hewlett-Packard, LG and Samsung. Currently, CEIEC is under the direction of the Chinese government and has extensive business relations with nearly 100 countries and regions and imports/exports over US$1 Billion in products every year.
The Code Blue(TM) Portable Water Filtration System removes Arsenic and other contaminates to a negligible level from drinking water. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.
Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited President and CEO Dori O'Neill stated, "As evidenced by this agreement, our recent trip to Hong Kong proved to be very productive. Not only have we established the infrastructure to support our sales initiatives in Asia, we have inked an agreement with a well established and reputable company in China." Mr. O'Neill went on to say, "We are extremely excited to see this agreement with CEIEC come to fruition as it opens up the world's largest consumer base and fastest-growing global economy to EYI."
EYI's President, Jay Sargeant stated, "This agreement with CEIEC represents many months of hard work and negotiations by the entire EYI team and we are very proud to finally announce that we have an agreement in-hand with CEIEC, which, if successfully completed, will be worth up to an estimated US$210 Million in sales over 2 years." Mr. Sargeant added, "As always, we would like to thank our loyal shareholders who continue to believe in EYI and the EYI business model. I can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to create shareholder value."

Yep. :o ;D
Get ready....
Any chance this will be received with less enthustiasm than we all aniticipate? It is about 170 million short of the LOI in terms of guaranteed purchases, and they retaiin the right to buy less with enough up front notice. If it runs huge, and by that I mean past .16, I think it is a bet on the product being a hit in China, and demand being huge, not the #'s released. If demand is high for the product in China, this will fall under the "0H MY" category.
The future press releases could read something like this. China orders 25% more in the 1st quarter as demand for code blue grows. Or china doubles their required purchase this quarter." This is not to mention any other contracts they might be able to sign elsewhere.
On the other hand, a future press release could read, "China lowers order from contract on low demand".
Time will tell.

I see what you're saying....but here's my take on it. Who really thought that they would get a guaranteed $210M contract signed? If you were CEIEC, would you sign a contract for that much when you are not even sure there will be a demand for the products? I wouldn't. The contract is set up exactly how any rational person would expect it to be set up, with a guaranteed portion and then an optional portion. I agree that we may not see the $1.00 mark any time in the very near future due to the somewhat mild guaranteed figures, but I think that's purely a safety precaution that CEIEC is implementing (and understandbly so). I think if you have patience with this stock, and wait for the revenues to actually come in....it will rise eventually to well over $1. And if the market takes it very well, that could even be soon. I can see it going both ways, so we'll just have to wait and see.
oh my lord! It is True! I never thought it would happen this quick!
I think I will sleep well tonight with 100% of my portfolio currently invested in Eyii.ob. ;)
I completely agree except the contract is actually quite favorable to EYII. With small companies and new products, getting a guarantee at all is relatively impressive, and it seems to show some level of faith in the product. Could it all be a bust? Well of course it could - guaranteed contracts and big revenues and stock at 11 cents a share do not go together! Yes, another blinding glimpse of the obvious. :o What the contract should do, however, is limit the already neglible downside risk for awhile ... but the potential upside is still there.

There is a real need for Code blue in China. Read the article below....
2005-9-24 12:14:42 CRIENGLISH.com
China's State Council has urged local governments at all levels to ensure the supply of clean drinking water.
The State Council says China's limited water resources are threatened by pollution, and efforts to assure the safety of the water supply within cities are faced by severe challenges. Relevant offices within the State Council are to draft a plan on guaranteeing clean water resources.
The plan will include measures to protect and properly allocate water resources and to establish a drinking water reserve system. Some cities will be directed to speed up their efforts to construct and upgrade water supply facilities.
Intense demand from booming Chinese industries and farms and from the country's sprawling cities - some of them with populations of more than 10 million people - has left many areas of the country without adequate water supplies. In rural areas, the water supply has been found to contain large amount of fluorin, arsenic and the schistosome parasite.
More than 100 of China's 660 cities are reportedly facing extreme water shortages. China supports 21 percent of the world's population with just seven percent of its water supplies.

How is that even possible? I saw that, and it's surrounded by higher sale prices. How can someone buy at .098 when .104 was the selling price before and after that??
Shakes head. Makes me lose a bit of faith in 'the system'.
Quoteehos.Makes me lose a bit of faith in 'the system'.
Ehos Faith and the Stock Market are pretty much mutually exclusive ;)
OK, so the news is now 'slammed into the wires' to quote David from a few days back. The market was waiting for contract confirmation, well here it is. I cannot predict how it will be viewed but I am ready to sell at..........$1 lol.
FYI EYII historical high is $1.50 (1999) this might be a false number with any splits etc that have happened along the way. Now that would be nice ;)
Good luck to all and don't forget to take some profits if this train gets moving.
EYII has a market cap of $18.46M. From this deal alone it will sell at least $21M in 2006 and $21M in 2007 (actually revenue from the deal will start now in October 2005).
But I believe CEIEC will need to buy much more Code Blues from EYII. If they buy it all, it will be $42M in revenues in 2006 and $168M in 2007. I want to remind you again that this is a $18.46M market cap at this point.
This is for China alone, but the company is making efforts to sell its products worldwide - all the stock of Code Blues the company had was sold in the US in just one week. We've seen the product for sale in Germany and the UK, and I can already see small entrepreneurs buying Code Blues at a discount price to sell around their place.
EYII's business model reminds me of Amway's (http://www.amway.com/en/default.aspx), something that came from the US and everybody was selling it here in Europe. But, more than this, the company has secured this transaction with CEIEC that will bring liquidity and security to investors in order for the company to grow and sell its products worldwide in the near future.
I'm going to buy one Code Blue for myself today, and even thinking of making a partnership with a friend of mine to import some Code Blues to sell in Portugal and Spain, a market with 50 million consumers. I know my mom and my friend's moms would buy, everybody is suspicious about the water coming out of the tap.
Anyway, to me this stock is worth many times more than its current market value. I have patience and will wait whatever is necessary for the share price to increase to my selling point which you know what is, because those are the rules of the game. Though I think the stock has the potential to rise a lot further.
But today we need to break the $0.16-$0.19 resistance level. The company was telling the truth, many people didn't believe it, but here's the news. The first of this kind as the product goes for sale worldwide. For the coming quarters I see «record sales», «profits growing X fold», «EYII expanding to new markets», «EYII selling its other products to the distributors gathered by code Blue», «EYII goes to AMEX, NYSE or Nasdaq», «EYII at a new all time high above $1.5» ....
Good luck to all those holding, but don't start crying if its still not today the stock breaks $0.16-$0.19, it will do so in the future and that's good enough for me :)
15 Minutes before the market opens and I'm showing .145 Bid - 14.9 Ask.
I'm thinking .16 gets taken out early this AM.
I'm reminded of David's sage advice of Buy the Rumor, Sell the News.

looks like the intra day gap might fill?
anyone,
maxi
Well, based on recent history, the gap should fill. Maybe not today, but soon. I'm a bit surprised that it didn't test the .19 high set on 8/12 but the day is still young but I can't see it based on the action thus far. We are on track to set a record 52 week volume high today. It would be good to break .19 under these conditions but its pretty hefty resistance to overcome. If it blows past .19 on volume, the gap may never fill. I'm hoping that it fills though, that removes a potential obstacle. If it fills, I'll probably buy more, but I'll certainly buy more if it trades back down well below the gap. If we test .18 today and don't break it, I might unload some and wait for a puillback. All depends on the volume setup for me. If we break .18 and stall at .19, I'll certainly sell some and wait for a pullback. For me, if we don't break .18, we're likely to fill the gap. It might take some sales news to break .19 then. Looks like we won't break .18 today though. My vote goes for a gap fill. ;D AIMHO. Of course, more news and the whole thing changes...
hi,
looks like it is going to fill soon,
based on my limited trading experience when i hear everyone get excited about the news i am a little wary of the next days action. sell the news seems to be pretty common.
but having said that , one days trading does not a company make.
thanks,
maxi
I'm out at $ 0,017. Almost day high. And I'm happy :) nice 20%.
I will keep watching the EYII and maybe enter lower again.
Thanks to 3SOF, new donation is on the way :-*

This is without a doubt the strangest reaction to a $42M guaranteed contract I've ever seen. I know the rule is to sell on news, but I've never seen this much selling on what should have been an awesome day. Many rumors are flying around about many different things, but rather than repeat them (afterall, they are just rumors) I will simply say that I am sitting tight here, waiting for better days which are sure to come. $42M contracts don't get ignored by the PPS for long. ???
maybe someone more experienced might explain what is happening which seems to me to be contrary to my expectations....
I'm flummoxed as well. After the first five minutes of trading, I was sure that the volume was going to take this thing over .19. I can see a breakout and higher base, say .13-.15 fro a few days and then another push towards .19. The weird thing to me is that HYRF holds a 20+% gain and EYII doesn't. Same news, different companies...
Well, welcome to the market, tomorrow will be a different day.

Here is my theory:
Chief Executive Officer, Dennis L. Mast of HYRF is highlighted in an interview by Wall St.net:
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/050920/095770.html
I listened to the interviewand he He mentions the $210 China contract several times as highly impacting their revenue growth.
Without saying it, The market is hearing that EYII is getting a small margin on this deal.
Just about the only plausible explanation I can come up with.
EYII needs to hit PR and talk about how much this contract means to Their revenues.
The market has figured it out.
4Milion units and 21 Million (minimums) for 2006.
That means $5.25 unit cost. That is very very tight. I don't think EYII's profit margin could be over 5% (China has high volume, low margin sales).
Are these figures correct? Or close? I don't understand how HYRF fits into this. IS EYII just the middleman? Makes sense that they would get a small slice of the pie with HYRF getting the real chunk of change (they're putting up the production costs etc).
My view of today's action on EYII.OB is as follows:
For years the company didn't sell enough to cover expenses. So what did the company do to pay its suppliers and employees? Issued stock options and warrants. People who were getting paid with options exercised those options and bought shares at prices below the market price, at the time, $0.11, $0.12 and $0.13. But suddenly shares collapsed and those people were losing money on their shares, so they didn't have a chance of getting paid. That's probably why every time the stock goes above $0.14 or $0.16 we get a lot of supply, from those people selling after a year or more of wait.
Check this information here:
The people with these shares don't care about the future prospects for the company. They just want to sell and receive their money. The good news is that this way investors are getting the change to buy a lot of EYII.OB at these bargain prices. Even better news for us that already own shares, is that supply is probably ending and soon, when suddenly we see no more heavy selling above $0.14, this stock will sky rocket !!!
Sometimes small stocks like EYII.OB have these inefficiencies, but they don't last long, over the medium term fundamentals reign supreme. And fundamentals for EYII.OB are awesome at this point, I believe everybody agrees on that.
Here's the chart, reminds me of AMEP's before it took off, probably AMEP had the same stock options problem ...

Hello ehos :)
The contract signed between CEIEC and EYII clearly sets the price for each Code Blue (Filter+Pitcher):
It's $20. I guess HYRF.OB rises a lot because the company has no history of issuing shares, warrants and options to pay for expenses as EYII.OB did. EYII.OB stock is paying the price of its past over the short term, but in the end fundamentals wil be reflected on the stock price.
Good luck :)
David,
I'm confused.
HYRF manuacturers the filter and EYII is the distributor.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/050927/096389.html
The contract specifies what the Chinese distributor will pay for the product, but what I don't see what EYII is paying HYRF for the product.
Ehos, in answer to your question, EYII is a Distributor of the product - This meaning they have set territories or areas they market the product to.
This is a standard distribution procedure for many products without the manpower, cash or desire to sell direct.
David, thank you so much for your analysis. May I ask where you find such information on executed options? That would have been very comforting to see that intraday as my nice little nest egg plummetted to earth in a violent fashion. With 22M shares possible to sell via these options, as you said, there can't be many left. Perhaps the stock is finally ready to run over the next few days? ;)
David,
I believe the Filter and the Pitcher are both capable of filtering the water! They are two independent products. here is an excerpt of their website:
"The Code Blue | Pitcher and Filter Units are residential units for any household. 'MARTI Plus' media is placed in each of these systems and is used to help filter tap water of harmful contaminants, but unlike its competitors, the Code Blue filters remove arsenic from tap water."
Note, in the above paragraph the phrase, ".....'MARTI Plus' media is placed in each of these systems and is used to help filter tap water of harmful contaminants,.....".
So the contract stipulates 30M Filter Units for $7 a piece and the total value of the contract is $210M. That's my understanding but I could be wrong!! The pitcher is $13.
Anyways, I see the opportunity in China as tremendous because the contract include related products and in the future could include Code Blue ToGo.
David, just ignore my previous comment.
The code Blue Filter system comprises the following
The Pitcher , $13 and
The Filter, $7.
The recently signed contract stipulates just the Filter! So we should be expecting another contract or addendum to the current contract to include Pitchers as well. If the Pitchers are included, then the contract value increases substantially!!
Thank you for the clarification David!
What do you think the profit margin for EYII would be? Do you think it's closer to 5% or higher? And is there any way to figure it out?

I was surprised by the stocks failure today I must admit. To re-afirm what David has said I see that Market Pulse (compnay who releases presss release for certain companies to the news wires) disclosed this information on their last press release for EYII:
MP has been compensated in free trading shares of common stock, available for public trading as follows: EYI Industries Inc. compensation from a third party shareholder: two million seven hundred fifty thousand free trading shares of stock in EYI Industries Inc., already delivered from a third party shareholder. To date, MP has sold two million fifty thousand shares of stock in EYI Industries Inc. for proceeds totaling two hundred sixty nine thousand and six hundred dollars

I guess, from HYRF's CEO interview, EYII.OB sells the product to CEIEC for $20 and pays HYRF $14. EYII's profit margin is 30% on each Code Blue Water Filtration System sold to CEIEC.
EYII.OB benefits of having exclusive distribution rights for Code Blue worldwide for a period of 5 years. Probably HYRF.OB moved production from Switzerland to China to increase its profit margin.

I've picked that information on the last 10-Q SEC filing of the company, which was published on August 18th. I have a paid service with all SEC filings and news for each company, but you can find it free on the internet, perhaps on www.sec.gov.
The stock may run higher anytime, when stocks for sale end it will shoot higher. I don't know exactly when it will happen, but volume yesterday being so high is a help.

What do you think the profit margin for EYII would be? Do you think it's closer to 5% or higher? And is there any way to figure it out?
It is 30%. HYRF's CEO said his company will get 70% of the deal with CEIEC, so EYII gets 30%. But the 30% for EYII are pure profit, HYRF.OB still has the cost of production of the product. In simple terms, EYII.OB sells each Code Blue for $20 and pays $14 to HYRF.OB. EYII's profit margin is $6 for each Code Blue sold to CEIEC (it is higher if sold to somebody else, because the price would be higher, CEIEC has a big quantity discount). HYRF's profit margin depends at what cost they can produce the product in China, I bet the cost is pretty low ;)

Thanks aussietrader for another proof of what I've been saying: since the company had big liquidity problems until now it paid everything with stocks, warrants and options. Even Press Releases :P Well, probably Market Pulse is done selling their shares now (big price to pay to get known) and eventually all this publicity, in the end, will put the stock where its fundamental value is, much higher than the current market price.
David, this is from their 8K (complete text file)
"
Purchase Plan
Year 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter Units Total
2006 100,000 400,000 2,000,000 3,500,000 (filter)item 6,000,000
2007 4,500,000 5,500,000 6,500,000 7,500,000 (filter)item 24,000,000
Total: 30,000,000 Code Blue Water Filtration Systems
"
The above says just 'filter'! Also the math works out i.e 30M units times $7 = $210M.
However, HYRF's PR indicates a minimum order amount of $42M, includes pitchers & filters!!!
Hopefully there will be a clarification soon!
I'm enjoying very much the general technical behaviour of EYII. Despite the stock is going down today, and selling off after the 3 recent pushes (read David's explanation on this), I believe the general pattern is turning quite bullish.
The stocks is making successive higher lows, and the high of yesterday's rally was already higher than the last one... Taking in consideration the big volume watched on the last rallies, the selling pressure is definitively weaker now, which means that at any moment one of the future rallies could lead the stock price to impressive numbers (several bags ahead of current price).
I've been trading EYII on the last weeks on my personal portfolio, buying and selling on these moves, but now there's one thing I'm sure... I'm not selling EYII no more... I may lose my position when the big rocket move starts... ;)
Regards !
According to the last 10Q:
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/fetchFilingFrameset.aspx?FilingID=3868961&Type=HTML
As of June 30:
WEIGHTED AVERAGE NUMBER OF
COMMON STOCK SHARES OUSTANDING
FOR BASIC AND DILUTED CALCULATION 157,060,345
The Math on the China deal - EYII making 30% profit of the total sale:
30% of $42,000,000 = $ 12,600,000 - Guaranteed
30% of $ 210,000,000 = $ 63,000,000 - If filled in full
Using the "math" of these profits from the China deal as applied to the share price:
Guaranteed $12.6m profit= .08 per share profit
Total $ 63m profit if exercised in full = .40 per share profit
I'd appreciate comment on these calculations
Thanks in advance

No, thats not correct. He said quite the opposite.
He was referring to .10 to .15 cents being the current price- He said if investors can grab shares in this range (its a steal). He went on to say EYI stock is an enormous value and then again at the end reiterated that the stock is undervalued

JMO, by Sargeant saying "if you can get shares in this range" he sets a range - Again a good example of saying something that can be misread by the market.
Rather than debate this single sentance, I will again reiterate, how well the interview as a whole came across. This may end up being a longer term hold than I planned, but I like their product and the Razor Blade model is one I know well.
consolidating at 0.10 you would say? it twice gone to 0.18 and I haven't sold. Guess the 3rd time I will for sure. Hope it gets there soon.
I want to present a chart comparison based on the same fundamental problem from two completely different companies. Do you remember when I bought AMEP.OB at $0.0198? I said I would hold the stock for the long term, and wouldn't sell even if it fell down below support. I changed my plan along the way and ended up selling for a 22% loss, when the stock indeed broke support :-[
It looked everything was right for AMEP.OB to shoot higher, but everytime the stock rallied heavy selling kicked in and the stock fell back quickly, just like it is happening now with EYII.OB. I investigated a bit and AMEP.OB had the same «options and warrants problem» that I've talked about concerning EYII.OB on this thread.
Traders got tired (me included), sold their shares breaking support, but ... suddenly, there were no more AMEP.OB shares available for sale. Nothing, those people that had options and warrants that were converted to common stock run out of shares. Here's what followed:
So, I'm trying to learn from past mistakes and experiences here. Same situation, same outcome? Probably !
On EYII.OB we have awesome fundamentals but the stock price doesn't reflect that, everytime there's a rally the stock quickly falls back on heavy selling. Possibly EYII.OB will even break the ascending support line I'm considering because traders will get discouraged by the market action, but that doesn't mean anything, when stocks available for sale from people who converted options and warrants to common stock end, EYII.OB will probably shot up 5 or 10 fold just like AMEP did.
Here's EYII's chart, but don't forget AMEP's story if EYII breaks support ;)
If EYII does what I'm saying I will probably pick up a truck of shares, of course, that has nothing to do with the $1,000,000 experience, but it would be just too good of an opportunity to have just $1,000 invested.
Good luck to all those holding !
Thanks David. Very informative indeed. I really appreciate the effort you are putting into this site.
Thank you again
Got this of RB, there were approximately 11 Million shares sold in the recent rally! So I guess another rally like the recent one could be a good one, assuming of coure that people would want to retain a portion of the shares.

Oh Lord. Please don't remind me of AMEP. I almost committed suicide over that one ;D.. Had my entire portfolio in AMEP at an avg price of .016.. I was convinced it was the right play and I was so set on keeping it until it shot through the roof. All I had to do was hold it 1 more day to see the light! Got discourgaed like the rest of the bunch and the rest is history.. AMEP just touched 9 cents 1 month after I sell it all for .014 :(
Now my entire portfolio ($5k) is sitting in Eyii at an avg price of .102 and this time I won't make the same mistake.. I wont get discourgaed again!
Hey TRUNK I did the same thing exept I sold after you at .022
TRUNK if you would have stayed prob so would have I. oh well.
I am still mad, at myself, anyone still see any more movement on AMEP while on the subject?
I too in EYII and HYRF but sold EYII at .16 only to buy back at .105
I hope it stays up once it gets to .20
Hey guys,
Been here for a couple of months and its my first post.
I also crapped the bed and took a loss on AMEP two weeks ago,
then got shook out of HOM two days ago, but with some profit intact.
Won't make the same mistake on EYII.

I just wish I was brave enough to put my whole portfolio on the line like you !

I was just informed of your post here and read that your trying to learn from your mistakes, get ready because your lining up for a big one by selling AMEP.This is my first post here and you can mark this post or come over and read some real DD on HSM as to why AMEP will be at or over .50 by or before February and $1.00 or more by next summer and actually other professionals I have traded with for over ten years have called me the low ball prediction because they all are at $2 to $3......but I am the conservative type so I would rather not over shoot a target.I have had personal contact with management over the last year, have you met or even talked or even had e-mail contact at all? If you look at my history on the threads you will see that I am very serious about every single pick I put in a public forum.....BIPH at .09 to $3.60...remember that one? AIDO at .04 to $1.40 to name a couple. I set my targets for AMEP for final disposal over $1.00 that may be changed considering economical conditions. And by the way do you think its the NG issue that caused this gradual climb? If so I am sorry you would be incorrect, based solely on current assets AMEP is now worth .21 to .25 WITHOUT any ONG production numbers, guess what...watch the next numbers and also expect AMEP to be profitable THIS YEAR...oh and also...look for an AMEX symbol for AMEP in the near future...right now this is the best ONG OTCbb pick in the sector and it will be proving that soon and all I can say is AMEP is a strong buy and hold at least the rest of this year,by then you will be so deep in profits and hopefully riding freebies you will probably want to hold the next 12 months after.

But of course, will hold!
Bought EYII today (only 30k) at $0.10-$0.105.
Agree with DAVID's analysis why it has big swings recently. The fundamental is good.
Read all the post last night and will hold it long term.
The fundamental is very good ... it's ganna move so fast :)

WHEN??????
Patience....
If there is anything that I have learned in the market, it is patience. It may take news, but this thing will retest the .18-.19 range. Gonna be big resistance there based on recent history but if it clears it, look out .35.
Strange, isn't it: not a single trade yet today ???
Oh, well! I've had it for so long - hardly even notice it anymore.
;)
Cheers.
hitting the 0.08's now. when do you think this will move? let's hope soon.
Patience Daniel-son.
When do *I* think it will move? I think it will start to move Friday, October 14 at 9:48am...tomorrow! ;D
...if not, next week.
The most important thing is we have to be patient...which is my nemesis b/c I'm not a patient man...but I would rather make money so you adapt. Have and follow a trading plan.
My .02
from the RB board:
Nothing gets the street's attention like revenues. I think yesterday you saw that most people know the difference between an "unrealized gain" and real money.
HYRF has no contract with CEIEC. The contract is between EYI and CEIEC. So there is no penalty clause for HydroFlo. The penalty for CEIEC is the loss of exclusive agency rights in all of China to sell the Code Blue products, should they fail to meet the contracted minimums. If they fail to meet the contract terms, the exclusive agency rights go back to EYI. Part of the terms of the $210 million contract between CEIEC and EYI is the exclusive agency rights to sell in China. So it will be CEIEC doing the selling in China, not EYI. Remember, CEIEC wanted this product the day they saw it. CEIEC is a billion dollar plus Chinese company that imports and sells products throughout China. If anyone knows the Chinese market, it is a company like this. It is CEIEC that wants this product! And keep in mind, CEIEC is run by the Chinese government which is currently faced with an enormous arsenic and nitrates/nitrites drinking water problem.
Eyi is still not out of the gate on this contract. As soon as they begin to report product deliveries and income, then I suspect EYI price will react. EYI does not seem to go overboard in reporting things. The CEIEC contract was reported, and left at that. The Hong Kong office was reported, and left at that. EYI reports things once and when they happen. HYRF has worked over this CEIEC/ EYI contract and I think that frankly, for them, the EYI/CEIEC dog won't hunt any more. That has long been worked into the share price. HYRF will continue it's march as other positive developments are reported.
But the bottom line for HYRF and EYII where Code Blue production and sales are concerned is that CEIEC saw it, wanted exclusive agency rights in China, and signed a 2 year $210,000,000 contract. CEIEC is a Chinese billion + dollar company that makes it's living knowing the Chinese markets.
when will this finally move to the upside? what would you say is support, 0.075?
Quote from: David Randolph on September 29, 2005, 11:39:51 PM
Good luck to all those holding !
today's action, negative response to yesterdays's form pre 14a? Seing this fall further from bases of 0.109 is not reassuring. Others in this still holding or considering moving on? per evgeny05 link for eyii yesterday's form pre 14a at http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2FResults.asp%3Fcriteria%3Dticker%255Fsymbol%26ticker%3DEYII%26res10%3D%26SortBy%3Dreceivedate%26AD%3DD%26startrec%3D1&symbol=EYII
Many have sent me messages asking my opinion on EYII and the a/s count going to 1 billion.
I am not a basher and truly wanted EYII to prove the past wrong.
The insiders have more than 51 % ownership, so the Billion Shares does not require any shareholder opinion.
I was excited about the fundamentals and was willing to stick it out with caution. The news confirmed the reasons this company will have trouble being good for shareholders.
The news yesterday does not bode well for the future. EYI does not have cash unless they strike the financing deals. And what will prevent dumping all of the new shares and voting for another billion ? Very difficult to reverse dilution.
Hopefully, you will all be rewarded. This is only one opinion. But history repeats in the market, so my thoughts are from much analysis with Cornell and MLM companies.
I liquidated all of my EYII shares for the following reasons:
- Cornell Capital is known for toxic financing
- Cornell makes money in various ways, they are a hedge fund and get the shares at a discount, thus any price they sell at is cash for them. And Cornell also is paid 12% dividends for many of the deals. Cornell can usually only have a certain % of a company at any given time. So Cornell sells shares and then can get more. Investors (including myself, cringe at the name). They can make money is so many ways at the public expense. They are in to make money and do not wait around for stock appreciation. And as long as EYII balance sheet posts such losses, they will need the financing. Especially with the new China expenses.
- Go back and look at the charts of Cornell financed companies (dilution and reverse splits)
- The Price does not have to appreciate for these people to cash in
- EYII is a Nevada company
- EYII is based out of Canada (no success in the past with this arrangement)
- All of my attempts to call the CEO, etc. were referred to Agora (PR firm)
- Many lawsuits come from weight loss pills and I have never heard of the products before this thread
- The China deal is worth alot (if it works), but the terms are very loose; if the test does not go well, nobody will want it and CEICC only loses the exclusive rights.
- The fears were confirmed that the pps did not rise because insiders and those paid for debt have been dumping shares on any increase. This would be okay if it had an end in site. But now the a/s are more than going to triple.
- A company usually does not authorize shares without the intent to use them
- Whomever gets their hands on the shares can at any time dilute the company
- The market cap is immediately adjusted
- If a 220 million dollar deal is not enough to move it up, people see the writing on the wall
- I gave them a chance with 300 million authorized and will not make the same mistake with 1 Billion.
- EYII was potentially bankrupt prior to the China deal. But the deal has loose guarantees.
- EYII is far from getting enough cash from the deal to eliminate financing (thus more future dillution)
- The deal has money that will trickle in over many years.
- And only a small amount goes to EYII.
The market knows Cornell, does not trust MLM companies and runs from dilution. Period.
Do what you want as this is only one opinion. But my experience with Cornell is playing out as expected. Good luck.
Very solid post fill.
I agree with you in every aspect. As soon as I learned about Cornell, I sold in the .11 range for a 40% gain. I have still followed the stock very closely and therefore I do agree with everything you said. If you are not out of this stock, I would get out now, or at least in the near future. IMO this is not going to be pretty. The writing is on the wall - as fill said.
When i read FTG post, i did a panic sell to and sold at .07...so i lost about 40%...this is not good.
yet, there are still buys going thru...hmm...now im wondering ???
good luck

selling in panic and buying in midst of exuberance is not good...it's gotta be the other way round...buy into weakness, sell into strenght...perennial rule of trading.
i'm holding mine, may add more but will wait till monday.
definitely news about initila shipment will hit before end of month....then will be a good time to reevaluate the position.

I totally agree with Vic. Too much panic is happening. Let's wait and see. The deal is not until December. We have to hear about the shipment first. Then we go from there. Maybe we sell at high and then we get into it again at low.

I personally have been burned by Cornell.
Check into this part of Cornell financing.
- Companies are in dire need of cash and they come to Cornell
- Cornell begins the bleeding out process in the issue of cash to the company
- Cornell uses SEDA (Standby Equity Distribution Agreement)
The deals have NO FLOOR on conversions. Cornell sells to market and makes money regardless. This is their business. They are not in the business for company appreciation.
And Cornell can short against the position !
Cornell is now under much SEC scrutiny. Shareholders lose.
This is just some research after getting burned. Never again with Cornell.
BTW. If you sold today and regret it, buy back. It is around the same price. Just presenting what was found to the group. Nobody that sold got a price much higher than it is now anyway on a sale. Just do not want to be the cause of any sale. Do what you think is best for you.
To all,
The board is for opinion. Please do not make decisions based on a post.
EYII may shoot way up, who knows. But we all have been scratching our heads as to why it has not. Now we know more. But the public did not know this before and it did not sustain any rallies.
Either way, the facts about Cornell were presented. And EYII did not move when HYRF shot up 1000 %. Tells us something. Now someone will have 3 times more to sell on any bullish move. Did you not see how fast it would come back down on the recent rallies? Not good. This is not like AMEP. Shares are not running out. They are being added.
I believe the shipment will take place. But this is not much immediate money for EYII. And they spend alot of money. So do your homework.
Just presenting another angle to answer some of the reasons EYII has not followed HYRF.
But never buy based on a post. Evaluate all of the facts and angles then trade the plan.
Thanks Fill for the info. I got into EYII a couple of days ago. Your research is certainly distressing to any shareholders. However, I don't think panic selling is called for. IMO the holders of the new shares will sell on rallies. That means that they will allow rallies to happen rather than dump shares en mass right away since dumping share right away will hurt the value of their unsold shares.
So chances are the stock will continue in its current pattern of rallying and then selling off. This means that while EYII will not shoot up like AMEP, current shareholders will have a chance to sell at highrer levels. This will probably happen when PR from the China deal continues to come out.
Both David and Ramburg were very bullish on this stock. I don't have the premium service yet. Would someone summarize what David's take on this news is? Thanks.

Yes, We need their opinion.
What prevents millions more shares from hitting the market with the delay? They flat out lied to me on the phone about No more shares hitting the market over the last quarter. And 58 million are now issued in front of our eyes with hopes of One Billion total soon authorized.
Sure, EYII has a value. But the idea of a multi bagger is sure tainted with the dilution. The delay certainly does not assist investor confidence as it was already on the rocks.
The delay will now push up losses to next quarter and disrupt the numbers moving forward.
Long term it may work. But the lack of shares on the ceiling will not be the reason. Companies that do not tell the truth are not for me. I will not be commenting here very often as my losses are realized and they cannot be trusted. The most recent Agreement is already using ' Holidays ' as an excuse. They did not have Chinese holidays before the Agreement ? ???

EYI is not the manufacturing end of this deal. That is HydroFlo's end of the court. How can EYI comment on another company's performance? Let me give you a rundown, as I see it. It is all there in the filings and PR's, you just have to piece the process together.
1.CEIEC can not order until the product is properly registered in China.
2.CEIEC, per the contract, is responsible for getting the registration process complete. That process requires samples from the manufacturer (HYRF). HYRF changed manufacturers somewhere between the LOI and the signing of the contract.
3.CEIEC could not start the registration ball rolling without samples.
4.EYI delivered those samples last week, just as soon as they received them. They can not produce them out of thin air. They must wait for the manufacturer to provide them.
5.Now CEIEC can start the registration process which was delayed because CEIEC just received the samples to accompany the registration process.
6.As soon as the product is legally registered in China, CEIEC will be able to place orders.( I can't imagine they would until the product is registered).
7.CEIEC is runby the Chinese government. The same Chinese government is registering the product...that's good!
Summary:
The delays are caused by the manufacturer, probably due to the fact that it was changed mid stream from WAL to a Chinese company. In any event, as today's PR clearly states, the circumstances are beyond EYI's control. They and CEIEC could not get the product legally registered until they recieved the samples FROM THE MANUFACTURER, ok? It's all there , you just have to see it and put two and two together.

I read the above on Agrocom before you posted here. It seems to make a lot of sense in a way. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and let them do the registration and so on. We'll see what happens then.
People seem to panic in circumstances like this. Most people want their profits today. In a company like EYII, we have to wait a bit longer, but the profits are coming.
Some are saying that EYII dumped the 58 million shares while knowing the PR's from HYRF and EYII were incorrect. This could come back to bite them. Millions of dollars were generated knowing the public was being deceived. They even lied to me saying NO shares were sold and the share count remained the same.

Thank you for your inquiries.
Small cap stocks on the otcbb are speculative, and as such, there are fluctuations in the stock price which the company cannot control.
In order for any insider to sell stock, insiders are required to report any transactions or planned stock sales. If you refer to the follow link, you will see that there is no basis for your assertions that EYI sold 58 million shares. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=EYII.OB
HYRF is an independent public company and AGORA and EYI have as much control over it as they do IBM. HYRF is solely responsible for their actions.

We will see.
If the China deal remains intact, it may be the time to take another look at HYRF & EYII.
Adding some of both here knowing the risk involved.
Hey F T G
Thanks for the "ear to the ground" I too am holding strong. missed the op to sell at over
$1.00 on HYRF. But didn't think we would be where we are now either.
Hi Jeff,
We received a shipment today for our US and Canadian customers. Product has already been shipped to China.
Thanks
Jennifer

Jennifer,
Are you referring to product outside of the 6 units that were delivered ? Or a new shipment to China ?
Will any press be released on the domestic shipment ?
How many came ?
Domestic is good, but we need China news to move forward.

On Saturday November 12, 2005, Mr. Dori O'Neill and a senior EYI Consultant, met with 5 CEIEC senior executives including Mr. Zhang Jiang, President and CEO, Mr. Yu, Executive Vice President and Mr. He Bing Gui, Vice General Manager. The purpose of their meeting was to further discuss the marketing strategy for the Code Blue(tm) portable water filtration system in order to ensure successful penetration into the Asian market. Over the next 5-6 weeks, a senior EYI Consultant will be traveling throughout Southern China to assist in educating the staff and regional managers of CEIEC on the features and benefits of Code Blue(tm).
EYI has also hired C&E Translation & Advertising Inc. to translate www.codebluewater.com into Mandarin and Cantonese. EYI is currently preparing to launch the translated Code Blue(tm) website which will then be linked to CEIEC's website.

Joozt, there are people still holding the stock - including David in the $1,000,000 portfolio. Don't listen to roheex. I sold out a long time ago but many believe (and I agree with them) that it's only a matter of time before EYII moves back up again. It may take PR on code blue deliveries, who knows. I couldn't take the pain in the short term but long term this should be fine.

Waaaaaa! waaaaa! :'(
Stop being a crybaby and leave if you don't like it here. All I see from those last 25 trades is a 15.5% profit in less than 4 months, including that 66% loss. Where else can you find such a thing? WOOHOO! >:D
Glad we got rid of that dude. Kinda negative.

Holding tight, bought more today.

My sell target 50% @ .15, 50% @ ?
This is tentative of course. I'm thinking the

I'm still holding what used to be $1,000 in EYII.OB. I will sell at $0.32 or leave it to my grandchildren :)

Dear EYI Investors,
EYI Industries (EYII – OTC:BB), (http://www.stopdrinkingpoison.com /) in conjunction with AGORA Investor Relations, is pleased to present EYI investors with this latest corporate update. Within this corporate update for EYI, we will be giving you an in-depth look at the following topics:
• Contaminated Water in China
• What is Arsenic?
• Health Effects
EYI Industries Inc., through their subsidiary Essentially Yours Industries, Inc. (EYI), markets products that promote health and well-being. Recently, EYI launched a consumer product that removes Arsenic and other contaminates to a negligible level from drinking water. The portable water filtration product's name is Code Blue™ and is exclusively provided to EYI. In addition, EYI sells dietary supplements and personal care products. A large portion of their sales are from CALORAD®, a liquid protein supplement that has brought weight loss benefits to their customers. More than six million bottles of CALORAD® have been sold since EYI was founded in 1995. Their newest product, PROSOTEINE, is experiencing similar success to CALORAD® and bringing their customers the benefits of a natural Energy drink.
CONTAMINATED WATER IN CHINA:
Over half of the population of China consumes water that fails to meet minimum quality standards, and China has several times the rate of liver and gastric cancers as India, according to a new study by the World Resources Institute.
In the last 40 years China has transformed itself from a rural economy to an industrial giant with a significant presence in the world economy. This rapid transformation has fuelled economic growth that easily outpaces that of most developing countries. China's rapid economic development has exerted a significant toll on its natural resource base, particularly water resources. Inadequate investments in basic water supply and treatment infrastructure have resulted in widespread water pollution. In China today approximately 700 million people--over half the population--consume drinking water contaminated with levels of arsenic, nitrates, animal and human waste that do not meet minimum drinking water quality standards.
A study says it will cost billions of dollars for cities in China to upgrade their water treatment systems to meet tougher new standards. China's new drinking water standards, launched in June, increase the number of forbidden water pollutants from 35 to 101.
Some 700 million people are drinking unsafe or harmful water because more than 70 percent of China's rivers and lakes are polluted
China aims to bring the quality of tap water up to par with European drinking water standards in the next couple of years.
WHAT IS ARSENIC?
Arsenic poisoning is more often thought of as a topic for a mystery novel, but it is a grim part of our global reality. All across the world there are over one hundred million people slowly being poisoned by their only available water source. Most recent and devastating problems with contaminated well water were identified in India. Arsenic tainted water can be found in as far reaching places as Thailand, Japan, Australia, The United Kingdom, Inner Mongolia, Hungary, Chile, China, Argentina, Taiwan, Ghana, Mexico, Philippines, New Zealand, and Canada. This is not only a problem for distant lands, contaminated water occurs in the United States as well, in areas such as California, Washington, and Oregon.
Arsenic is a naturally occurring element in the earth's crust. Pure arsenic is a gray-colored metal, but is rare in the environment. Arsenic is usually found combined with one or more other elements such as oxygen, chlorine, and sulfur. In combination, such arsenic is referred to as inorganic arsenic. Arsenic combined with carbon and hydrogen is referred to as organic arsenic. The organic forms are usually less toxic than the inorganic forms.
HEALTH EFFECTS
Large doses of inorganic arsenic can cause death. Arsenic is a known poison and a known carcinogen that has been shown to cause skin and lung cancer. It also may damage a developing fetus and should be handled as a potential teratogenic agent (causing developmental malformations), as some arsenic compounds are known teratogens.
Oral exposure to inorganic arsenic can cause digestive tract pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, decreased production of red and white blood cells, abnormal heart function, blood vessel damage, liver and/or kidney injury, and impaired nerve function, causing a ''pins and needles'' effect in the feet and hands. Oral exposure to inorganic arsenic can also cause a pattern of skin abnormalities, including the appearance of dark and light spots on the skin, and small ''corns'' on the palms, soles, and trunk, which may ultimately progress to skin cancer. In addition, arsenic ingestion is reported to increase the risk of cancer inside the body, especially in the liver, bladder, kidney, and lung.
Skin contact with arsenic can cause burning, itching and a rash. Breathing arsenic can irritate the nose and throat; eye contact can cause red, watery eyes and irritation. Long-term exposure can cause an ulcer or hole in the ''bone'' dividing the inner nose, hoarseness, and sore eyes.
CONCLUSION
EYI has recently entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period in China. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.

raab, you need to post where you received your information, and why you think "newcomers jumping out of everywhere" will be wanting eyii.Good Luck,
John
EYII.OB
I have been following the stock since it was introduced here, and i think the time is now!
WHYYYYYYY?
1) FUNDAMENTALLY
The major chinese contract with CEIEC is not a letter of intent anymore, it was signed. The initial samples were delivered. and ....
"EYI is expecting its initial order in 6-8 weeks."
and this is now approximately.
2) TECHNICALLY
Technically we see a decline (today its up a little) to the strong support line @ .025 - and ...
a (second) double bottom. To see more about double bottoms i recommend the topic by sebfr : http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=3701.0
(in fact i want to recommend all his topics :)
The first time it made the double bottom, it went straight to 1.00 (x4), and now? L'histoire se repète, non?
3) David will hold to 0.36
I would really appreciate all your comments - as i am only a young 'newbie'student. So shoot your thoughts and concerns about EYII.
For the first time i have been painting a little bit on a chart - and i will try to post it here:
Essentially yours,
grtzz
and now back to study!
Hi, finally bought some EYII @0.030, time will tell
Apparently all interest in EYII faded away here.
Somebody else holding? or doubting? or other concerns????
Here is some more EYI reading
http://www.eyibusiness.com/ee/EE16-12-05.pdf
where you can see that the Hong Kong office will open on February 18 2006.
Yours,
Essentially ;)
I'm still holding. And hoping. ;)
Been holding for some time now. At this point I'm just waiting on the PO so that EYI can get some revenue flowing, pay off Cornell, and we can see the share price move in a positive direction.
Thanks very much for the link EYI's Weekly Newsletter, joozt. It's encouraging to hear about all those things going on.
I also really liked your post about how EYI is forming a double bottom. I went on to read sebfr's post on double bottoms and am definitely encouraged by what we're seeing from a technical point of view. I'd applaud you if I could but I don't think I can just yet (too new?).
Anyhow, welcome to EYII ownership. ;D
If you're looking for further reading about EYII on 3SOF, there's another EYI thread under Penny Stock Picking. http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=2909.75
Good luck to ya!
EYII down 6% to 0.028 - coming close to the 0.025 support line
I think the current Market Cap is around 6,000,000 $ - as the market cap on sept. 27 was about 18,46 M$.
So with 4000 times 1500$ we have all of them? How many members come here? Hmmmm...
Can somebody confirm this?
For next year the CEIEC deal alone stands for a confirmed revenue of 42,000,000! and much more in 2007.
According to some other boards, we are now waiting for the approval of Code Blue by the chinese autoroties - then delivering can start i guess!
There are some problems with HYRFE.OB, but not directly with EYII.OB.
One thing that botters me is this so-called 'toxic Cornell financing'. When are they over this?
Commentz?
Let's make EYII.OB stock of the year 2006!
ciao
joozt,
A couple things to think about...
First, the Shares Issued and Outstanding, FULLY DILUTED, have not changed since David first profiled EYII. The shares escrowed for Cornell have always been included in the Issued and Outstanding. The contract amounts and the share count have NOT changed.
Second, CEIEC will be the exclusive wholesale supplier to every retail entity in China. EVERY RETAILER IN CHINA. And CEIEC has made a very sucessful living by knowing the Chinese market. CEIEC is the FIFTH LARGEST COMPANY in China. CEIEC wants this product. If you do a little research into the size and scope of retail sales in China, you will be as excited as I am.
Third, EYI Hong Kong is setting up shop and preparing to re-introduce it's other health related products to China which, it is my understanding, were once hugely popular there. But this us not related to CEIEC's exclusive agency rights regarding Code Blue. This is another completely different facet of EYI's presence in China.
Fourth, Jay has previously mentioned that EYI is looking to enter markets in other countries in the region. This has been in their business plan for quite some time. You can read it in the previous 10Q. Also, Jay mentioned it in a recent Agoracom interview.
Cornell will be out of the picture as soon as EYI starts receiving CEIEC revenues and has the means to take out Cornell with cash.
This thing is going to happen...I am completely convinced of that.

EYI Ships Code Blue Units BURNABY, British Columbia, Dec. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc.
("EYI") (OTCBB:EYII), (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of
products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce
that it has commenced shipment of 6,000 Code Blue water filtration units,
consisting of pitchers and filters to its distributors and customers in the
United States. An additional 1,000 Code Blue water filtration units will be
shipped to Canada for our Canadian distributors and customers.
The EYI sales team has secured orders for approximately $490,000.00 worth of
Code Blue systems at manufacturer's retail value. The units were merchandised
and branded, including both a custom designed Code Blue pitcher, patented
arsenic removal filter and a counter to monitor the correct use and replacement
of the filter, training inserts and Convenience Auto-Ship forms.
CEO and President, Mr. Jay Sargeant stated, "This is a truly exciting moment.
The pre-market testing of both the product's marketability and customer
satisfaction has been incredible. Our distribution channel and customer base
loved the test Code Blue units and we anticipate they will be very pleased with
the finished units." Mr. Sargeant continued to say, "Many who used the test
units found them simple, convenient and cost effective. Our sales team is ready
to expand the market in the months ahead. We continue to see the repeat filter
sales as the jewel in the crown of this Code Blue marketing campaign."

Watch the commercial video of code blue and the radio spots. Sounds and looks professional.
www.stopdrinkingpoison.com
Watch this pictures of code blue and whats written on the package for example "made in china" and so on :
It s a slow homepage so wait a bit until the code blue pictures are loaded. First you see houses wait a bit to see the posted pictures of code blue
www.mountain-properties.net/
Good chances to get the CEIEC contract eom. Product registrations and modifications take place at the moment in china. (Agreement was signed in late september)
Merry Christmas
I like the video on the Code Blue website. It is professional and compelling. I also like the English/Cantonese/Manderin option.
The new Code Blue has a lot of well thought out improvements. The filter cartridge is much larger and heavier. It also uses a flexible plastic sealing ring which creates a better seal but makes the filter easier to remove. The old one tended to get lodged in pretty tight. The lid fits a lot tighter and has a little depression in it above the handle so your thumb fits naturally and helps hold the lid down while pouring. The old lid tended to pop up when you poured with your thumb on top because the old lid didn't seat as well on the pitcher. The handle has a bigger space for your hand...the old one was too close to the pitcher and my hand rubbed the back of the handle. My hand fits very comfortably in the new one. Also. I like the option of being able to choose where you want to place the counter, whether on the pitcher or fridge, etc.
In addition to the CEIEC deal in which CEIEC will be the exclusive wholesale supplier of Code Blue throughout China, it is advisable to note that EYI is reintroducing it's other health products to China via it's network marketing. In 1998 China made network marketing illegal and all network marketing ceased. In early 2004 China has permitted network marketing again, but under new laws designed to distinguish between legitimate methods and "pyramid schemes". EYI obviously passes the litmus test and will be back in business. The subject of direct marketing in China is an interesting one and I encourage everyone to 'Google the topic and read.

EYI President Meets With CEIEC
Wednesday January 11, 8:00 am ET
BURNABY, British Columbia, Jan. 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. (``EYI'') (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News), (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that on December 15 and 16, 2005, EYI President and CEO Jay Sargeant met in Hong Kong with The China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation (CEIEC) Executive Vice President, Mr. Yu. The two day session yielded the following results:
The EYI training in the South China region was a success and from the training and the previous meetings, the marketing group was able to generate a new name for Code Blue in China. The name conveys the importance of the product, fits with the Code Blue logo and we believe will have a powerful impact in the market.
Mr. Sargeant and Mr. Yu discussed the comprehensive marketing plan for Code Blue in China. The plan combines direct sales, an innovative business to business model and government support.
Mr. Yu comments on his intention to market the Code Blue pitcher/filter system in China. ``From my heart, I wish for the blessing for both parties' joint effort, so that the mutual ideal of bringing Code Blue water filtration product and health to the Chinese people will be reached.''
Due to delays by MARTI not providing adequate Code Blue pitcher/filter samples, the product was unable to meet the deadline for the December product review. Code Blue pitcher/filters are now slated to be included in the March 2006 quarterly Chinese government product review.
EYI CEO, Jay Sargeant comments on the meeting. ``We have taken a huge step forward. The CEIEC plan and preparation is brilliant. We have moved one of our Senior Managers to the region to support any and all aspects of the marketing campaign. I am prepared to travel to China to support Mr. Yu and CEIEC as often as it takes to get the job done''.
Got out at .03 yesterday. These people sure can make excuses. The ' Chinese Holiday ' excuse was the worst. And they said 6-8 weeks to engage the Agreement. May I suggest not trusting management. May buy again for a trade only in lower 2's. 30% pops come before news each time. -Jeff-
Looks like EYII hit a new low today...i guess some bag holders are just frustrated and have lost all faith for now. Wondering if it will bounce from here..just dipped below .02 today.
I still have a couple of friends holding from .10 and .15...is this a lost cause or could it actually run again with good news?
Any thoughts?
thanks and glta ;D
julia
Hey julia,
still holding a big portion of my portfolio(but at this point can you honestly call it that) in this. I'm slowly trying to rescue some of my capital from it by averaging down every time it hits a new low, then selling just a bit more with every jump. I guess i tried to hit a home run with this one and whiffed real hard. Bought the biggest chunk at .072 so i'm getting close to getting some of it back at this level. we need a PO to come through and prove us right for staying with this one-legged blind syphilitic dog with a cone around its mange ridden head.
hope to be more active on these boards once i free up some more capital. its depressing seeing all the great picks from everyone and then watching my account sink like a mob informant.
From the Poorhouse,
Bob
Got any lead socks to go with those cement shoes mr. mob informant?
Jody
Hey Supergeek...wow....this stock is so depressing...i have lots of those worse off then eyii though...but, i know, u must be hurting...darn stock!
I hope they do have a good pr soon and it skyrockets "this one-legged blind syphilitic dog with a cone around its mange ridden head" lol...u silly :D
good idea to average down and get rid of shares on the bounces...i always wanted to do that but never do.
Today, i watched DPFD skyrocket without me...i had a perfect opportunity to buy at .07, but..as usual, hesitated and lost out...in away, it really does feel like i lost money...could of made a nice profit today..it hit a high of .40 by late morning....i got to get some confidence back :)
Well, good thing is...alot of stocks are doing well lately, seeing alot more green this month and alot of stocks picking up..i hope EYII does that soon ;D
goodluck to anyone still holding...especially u SG! :D
julia
Jay says 'THINK HONG KONG"...and I can only hope the EYII Hong Kong Grand Opening does something for sales. Code Blue has just put out another produck/gimmick, a code blue water bottle. We'll see.....

Subject: Industry Update
From AGORAeyii
PostID 443956 On Tuesday, January 24, 2006 (EST) at 3:01:15 PM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear EYI shareholder,
In our continuing pro-active efforts to keep investors apprised of the most relevant and timely information on EYI Industries and its target markets, AGORACOM is pleased to present you with this latest Industry Report which demonstrates the need for a product such as the Code Blue™ water filtration system throughout many parts of China.
Code Blue is an international provider of water treatment solutions, treating water for industrial, municipal, and residential customers. Code Blue builds and markets filtration and treatment systems to remove harmful contaminants like arsenic, elements, and compounds from potable water.
This is momentous as EYI has recently entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period in China. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.
Regards,
AGORACOM Investor Relations

About 300 million Chinese drink unsafe water tainted by chemicals and other contaminants according to a new report from the Chinese government. A leading government official said the greatest non-drought threat to China's water resources, is chemical pollutants and other harmful substances that contaminate drinking supplies for 190 million people.
A recent nationwide survey found that about 90% of China's cities have polluted ground water, while millions of rural Chinese face risks from naturally occurring contaminants like arsenic and excess fluorine.
The report follows a massive chemical spill in northeastern China which dumped 100 tons of benzene and other carcinogenic chemicals into the Songhua River following an explosion at a petrochemical plant. Initially local officials tried to cover up the toxic spill which eventually forced shutoff of water in the major city of Harbin and later flowed into Russian territory.
This sounds like a very positive development.
EYI Industries Inc. Announces New Associate
Friday January 27, 9:09 am ET
BURNABY, British Columbia, Jan. 27, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. (``EYI'') (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News) (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that Lou Prescott has joined both its sales and marketing team and its prestigious Executive Council committee. Mr. Prescott has had success in marketing water filtration. While with National Safety Associates, he built a team of over 12,000 distributors who sold an estimated $65,000,000 in water filtration systems in a three-year period. Mr. Prescott was a member of a select group of distributors and trainers whose expertise in marketing water filtration systems was unparalleled.
In 1991, Mr. Prescott joined a newly created network marketing division of the Rexall-Sundown family of companies, which went public on NASDAQ in 1993. He became president and CEO and guided the organization to 25,000 distributors at the rate of 2,000 a month with estimated company sales of $25,000,000-$30,000,000 in the third year. Mr. Prescott has continued to build and consult to successful sales organizations and now believes that the EYI business opportunity and the Code Blue water filter is the perfect platform from which to create another sales organization.
Lou Prescott comments, ``I know water, the size of the clean water market and the scope of the EYI business opportunity. The Code Blue system and the taste of the water are incomparable in my opinion. I love the tiered compensation structure with commissions, built-in bonuses for performance and the ongoing filter sale built through the convenience auto-ship program. With my powerful contacts here in North America and Asia, this should be very exciting.''
According to Jay Sargeant, the CEO and President of EYI, this is a key moment. Jay Sargeant stated, ``It is rare to find an asset like Mr. Prescott. He has talent in sales team development, corporate affairs and marketing. When you add his background and contacts in marketing water filtration systems, you have a person who can bring value to our business and Code Blue marketing.''

Good news! Movement toward the positive. Stock reacting, spiked then the walk down, sellers dried up. Got too excited, placed a correct bid, then changed it, chased it, got filled high. Oh well movement anyway. Could go higher from here .024.
Apparently, this news is causing some movement. Be careful Shipman, see below. I have been accumulating EYI at .025 and below. I still have some I bought a few months back at .095. Although I believe that this stock is going to really run hard again (but who knows when), I think it is a lousy investment. I am just making a VERY risky play here with this thing. I hate MLM with a passion but if this deal with China shows a hint of promise...kaboom. I'm in small, BTW.
However, :(
http://www.mlmwatch.org/04C/NSA/juiceplus.html
http://www.mlmlaw.com/library/cases/mlm/feddistrict/cabaldwin.htm
A quick Google search turns up nothing on this Lou Prescott guy and not much on NSA. Apparently, NSA is another MLM scheme. NSA was sued in California for defrauding investors through an MLM scheme. The case was moved to Memphis, TN and that's all I could find about it.
I searched "National Safety Associates, Inc." and the second hit is the EYI PR.
Copy, if it busts .03 today, we're off regardless. I'm at.07. They started the pr machine. I expect more to come. Lookin for good close here. Just for grins I put my sell in at .25, .26, .27, & .28. Ha Ha ::) I hate those spikes that mess up my intraday charts.
???
Showing some life...maybe the bottom is in. Needs to break .033 with some volume behind it.
Shipman, you still in?
Looks like .033 was taken out on solid volume. Hope to see this thing stairstep its way to .120+ with a nice PR in March on the shipment of 100K filters or so to CEIEC. I couldn't be THAT lucky. I need cash by April 15th to payoff my winnings from last year!
Maybe we'll get really lucky and hit that.34 target DR set last year. That would make me smile...BIG.
GLTA.
I am still in this. Let's go guys. .037 and going up!
anybody know wats going on?
D
I hope this is is just a technical thing, otherwise, somebody has some insider knowledge. I doubt it. A little good news with the PR last week on the acquisition of Mr. Prescott got this moving a little and the TA helped when it cleared .033. Upcoming grand opening in Hong Kong is on the radar, price started to move, in came the swing traders. AIMVHO of course and all disclaimers apply. ;)
Wow, looks like a run into the close so expect a gap up tomorrow. Could be very interesting if a PR comes out.
Nice strong close today! I'm sorry to say that I had to take profits today. With the hits I took in other stocks today and EYII moving almost 100%, I had to sell. Good luck! Hoping for some green for you all!
I wonder if todays action caught Dave R's attention. I think he's still holding :)
go eYi
Davids target is still at 0.320 $ !
so, still some way to go from 0.048
mind the gap .... ;)
.055! Come on! break it!
.06!
please read carefully:
http://www.eyibusiness.com/ee/EE10-02-06.pdf
good news IMO
cheers
O.
Anyone still in EYII? I bought back in before the close yesterday, hoping for a some upward movement today after the 3 down days. At least we got a little but that low volume scares me. Support is holding at .04 but if that fails, I'll probably sell. Time to get the PR machine revving up so we can have some movement!
Newsletter is out.
http://www.eyibusiness.com/ee/EE24-02-06.pdf
Sold today on the break of .04. 4 days of lower highs and lower lows and on low volume. Will wait for some momo to get back in. I'm sure it'll come when they start announcing some China deals but until then, I'll be watching from the sidelines. :)

Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
On April 3, 2006 we entered into a Termination Agreement with Cornell Capital Partners, L.P. attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1. "
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/060404/eyii.ob8-k.html
I hope this helps lift PPS.....
Hopefully, this is good news...The 10K shows revenues are down and EYII is still bleeding cash so they have to get it from somewhere to stay in operation. Maybe this means that EYII has a revenue boost about to occur...like the China deal.
I'm sure others are wondering the same thoughts...it will be interesting to see what happens with the pps today.
The potential downside is another agreement or dilution to raise cash.
