Just GLGS turning party into headache. I bought before dave rec and holding on to it. Just I am feeling that some guys have overweighted in GLGS and now feeling the heat. Anyway, lets see what happens. EPYH.OB had been quite hot today. Started position in it.

setravis--
FWIW Im holding BRVO since .31 and will continue to hold for awhile. I'll definitely add on pullbacks. I've done my DD on this stock and am convinced it's a $2-$3 stock in the not too distant future. One of the biggest reasons I'm so high on BRVO is the management team which is razor sharp and firing on all cylinders right now. They've put themselves in a great position and all they have to do now is execute and I firmly believe they will.

Irishman,
Thanks for the feedback.
I've been holding since 0.26. I think everyone else sold out when David did.
I guess I was just more bullish on BRVO.After all look what that little small compay
Jones Soda has done.(JSDA). It would be great to see that $2-$3.
We are still holding,we will see how it all plays out.

Title: Stayed with BRVO.OB...?why stay with AMEP
Post by: Romantic_lead on June 23, 2005, 04:44:35 PM
I became skeptical when I saw "2/3 of the portfolio sold" message and brvo was one being sold.  I really scrathed my head on that one.  My feeling was (is) that the product (slammers) have yet to reach it's full market base (nationwide); good news keeps coming out on new contracts and endorsements; and most importantly, the fundamentals stayed the same if not improved !  Yet david decided to ad it to his sold list when he solf 2/3 of his portfolio.  I stayed in...(na nan na!)....and saw more than 30% increase in my investment since monday.  I got in at .28 and bought more with every minor pullback.

Here is the big question...why stay with  AMEP.OB ?

I was chosing between BRVO.OB and GLGS on Monday. At that momnet, I thought GLGS had more upside.  :(

I absolutely burned myself(30% loss). I hope I pick BRVO.OB instead

Good Luck Guys. I may join the party when it pulls back.

Bravo is up 0.17 today to 0.85 and heading to 1.00 plus by month end. I thought Dave was making a mistake and bought a lot more. So, yes I am still in Bravo and I will hold profit taking until it reaches its old $6.00 number. It has everything going for it, savy management, strong partners, and any good news soon will send it higher. I started buying Bravo two plus years ago and I bought most at 0.12 to 0.26 my latest purchase was when Dave said he was selling. Good luck to those of you who resisted selling.

Title: Re: BRVO.OB Happy Meal Rumor - POGS!
Post by: Romantic_lead on June 24, 2005, 10:34:04 AM
I just googled "slammers' and "happy meals" ( I know...google is not always the best way to investigate but it's all I have in front of me for the moment).

There were articles related to 'slammers' and McDonalds but not the Bravo Foods milk drink.  It seems many years ago MacD's did place a toy called 'pogs' in all Happy Meals (remember pogs?  they were derived from old milk bottle caps and developed to be like trading cards, superheroes, ninja turtles etc were on the faces of these things).

Anyway...if this is the source of the "Happy Meals" rumor then lets squash it right here.

The great thing about this BB is that we have credible, researched information !  RUMORS have no bearing here.

Is there a way to control rumors on this BB ?  Possibly boot those that post them?

The shs are way diluted and Coke can pick up the shs for a song.  That is pushing the shs down.  Not unusual. The big thing is the distribution network of Coke, which is huge.  Tapping into that is what will push this up.

How about a deal between Barcardi and BRVO!

There is a drink using Hansen's Monster Energy Drink and Jack Daniels - it is called a Jack Ass.
One drink and that is what you act like.

I think the coke news and company products will ultimately lift this one a lot higher. Meanwhile what I can do is to be bit overweight at current levels and sell some as 1.42 approaches. However, I did notice that it was not just BRVO, I own about ten other 3SF stocks and some of my other holdings were ALL DOWN. Though I feel happy to sell DCEL at open and may get back at lower or current levels, if the market provides opportunity. [No doubt that DCEL has one of the best technicals, though there report was not all conviencing to me :) ]

Added today and holding.

IMO, people are missing the point here.

Coke needs to control 51%.  Only reason shares are offered to them.
They will not sell on the open market because then not own 51% and they will lose control of BRVO.

This is different than share dillution that is sold to the open market to raise capital and pay off debt.

In Cokes best interest to get the price higher.  And with their name and aggressive marketing, BRVO will rise.  The market cap will rise and the share issue is a wash.

Nobody understands this at this point.  The deal is not concrete.  The way I see it is that I believed in BRVO without Coke.  Even more confident that the most recognized Trade Mark in the world is involved.

Adding more on any dips.  MM are accumulating.  Notice level trading then down on low volume trading.  A game.

BRVO and shareholders will win along with Coke.  Win, win, win here folks.

Of course, this is just my opinion.   ;)

fill_the_gap, good post. The partnership with CCE has great long term value. Everybody is looking at the cash price of 25 cents and not including the VALUE of the MAster Distribution Rights! And you are right in that this is not dilutive as 51% will be held as an investment and not be included in the float. look at MVL, 80% of the shares are held as investment and only 20% is traded! It may dip on the short term butI am with you, long on BRVO.

(Recasts with details from Coca-Cola Enterprises' statement)

CHICAGO, July 14 (Reuters) - Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (CCE,Trade) on Thursday said it acquired options to buy shares of Bravo! Foods International Corp., which makes vitamin-fortified flavored milk, and was negotiating for distribution rights.

Coca-Cola Enterprises, the world's largest Coca-Cola bottler, said the options were intended as a "first step" in acquiring a majority stake in Bravo. (BRVO,Trade)

Coca-Cola Enterprises expects its total investment to be about $38 million. The options expire on Aug. 31, 2005.

In a separate statement, Bravo said the options to buy stock, convertible securities and warrants from 12 shareholders represent about 23 percent of Bravo's authorized shares of common stock.

Bravo said the two companies were negotiating a distribution agreement for the sale of Bravo's products in the United States and internationally.

Bravo said its directors had formed an independent committee to negotiate with Coca-Cola Enterprises, and the board has authorized the committee to hire an independent banker to evaluate the deal.

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., July 14, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (BRVO, Trade), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milks, announced today that Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. has acquired options to purchase shares of common stock, convertible securities and warrants, entitling Coca-Cola Enterprises to purchase approximately 69,000,000 shares of common stock from 12 shareholders of Bravo! Foods International Corp. (the "Options").

The common stock and other securities underlying the Options represent approximately 23% of the authorized shares of the Company's common stock.

In connection with the grant of the Options, the Company and Coca-Cola Enterprises are negotiating a master distribution agreement for the sale of Bravo! Foods' products in the United States and its possessions, and internationally in Canada, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands. The exercise of the Options by Coca-Cola Enterprises is contingent on the completion of due diligence and the execution of a mutually satisfactory definitive master distribution agreement.

Coca-Cola Enterprises has the right to acquire the Company's common stock pursuant to the Options from the entities granting the Options for $0.36 per share. None of the entities granting the Options are affiliates of Bravo! Foods.

In addition, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Bravo! Foods have commenced negotiations regarding a stock purchase agreement for the direct sale of approximately 81 million shares of Bravo! Foods' common stock to Coca-Cola Enterprises. With such a direct purchase of common stock from Bravo! Foods, together with the shares of common stock purchasable upon the exercise of the Options, Coca-Cola Enterprises will hold slightly in excess of 50% of the Company's equity on a fully diluted basis.

The Company's Board of Directors has formed an independent Committee of the Board to assist in the negotiations with Coca-Cola Enterprises, and has authorized the Committee to retain an independent banker to evaluate the fairness of the transaction.

The transaction is contingent upon the execution of a distribution agreement, a stock purchase agreement and receipt of an appropriate fairness opinion as to the transaction.

(Recasts, adds reaction, background, changes dateline from previous CHICAGO)

By Paul Simao

ATLANTA, July 14 (Reuters) - Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (CCE,Trade) said on Thursday it had acquired options to buy a minority stake in Bravo! Foods International Corp. (BRVO,Trade), the first step in a bid to take control of the U.S. flavored milk producer and boost the soft drink bottler's share of the market for nutritional beverages.

Coke Enterprises, the world's largest bottler of Coca-Cola products, said it would exercise the options, which represent about 23 percent of Bravo's common stock, if Bravo was willing to sell it enough additional shares to raise its stake to more than 50 percent.

The bottler also said the transaction was dependent on its negotiations for distribution rights to Bravo's products, which include Slammers Ultimate Milk and cross-promotional brands with Masterfoods and Marvel Comics.

Bravo's shares fell 6 cents, or 5 percent, to $1.14 in midday trading on the over-the-counter board. Shares of Coke Enterprises, about 37 percent owned by Coca-Cola Co. (KO,Trade), were up 7 cents to $22.05 on the New York Stock Exchange.

"It is anticipated that CCE's total investment would be approximately $38 million upon exercise of the options and the purchase of common shares from Bravo," Coke Enterprises said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission announcing the transaction.

The options expire on Aug. 31, 2005.

The play for Florida-based Bravo, which has markets in the United States and more than a dozen other countries, is the latest foray by the Coca-Cola system into flavored milk, a product that tends to appeal to kids and adolescents.

Coca-Cola already markets Swerve, a dairy drink that comes in a variety of flavors and contains more than 50 percent dairy products, allowing it to carry the "Real" seal of the American Dairy Association.

But the Atlanta-based soft drink giant and its partners face stiff competition from Britain's Cadbury Schweppes Plc ((CBRY.L)) and Purchase, New York-based PepsiCo Inc. (PEP,Trade), which already sell similar products.

Cadbury Schweppes markets a chocolate dairy drink called Yoo-hoo. PepsiCo sells a variety of Frapuccino drinks in collaboration with Starbucks Corp. (SBUX,Trade) as well as a chocolate milk drink under the name Love Bus Brew.

"The category is very small, but in an era of health and wellness focus it has larger potential," said John Sicher, editor of Beverage Digest, an industry newsletter.

Flavored milk has gained traction in the United States amid a move by consumers to healthier products. Health critics have linked sugary soft drinks to rising levels of obesity and diabetes.

On Wednesday, the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a U.S. consumer group, called for cigarette-style warnings on soft drinks to alert consumers to the health risks of overconsuming such products. (Additional reporting by Emily Kaiser in Chicago)

My past posting indicates my long term belief with BRVO.

Being a trader, I need to be concerned with the short term.

Holding a nice gain on BRVO so far.  Name of the game is preserving capital to play another day.  David had a strong point about always being able to enter again.

That said, I will probably sell BRVO and look to re enter when the dust settles.
This does not change my beliefs long term.  May even day trade if the opportunity presents.

The TA analysis will present a time to load up again and go long.
The purpose of David and Rambergs site here is Stocks On FIRE.
Not sure BRVO is on fire.  HISC is On FIRE.

Going to take the profits and capital and place it all in HISC for now.

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., July 18, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. Bravo! CEO Roy Warren said, "We are excited to introduce this latest formulation of Slammers nationwide. While we have been developing ways to sell our quality Slammers to schools for some time through a-la-carte and vending, a relationship with Tabatchnick allows Bravo! to introduce our high-quality milk drinks to hot lunch programs nationwide using an established vendor with the USDA, state commodity food programs and the School Nutrition Association in an immediate and cost-effective way."

Tabatchnick is introducing Bravo!'s specially packaged Slammers(R) at the School Nutrition Association Annual National Conference, July 17-20, 2005 in Baltimore, Maryland. We look forward to the successful introduction of Bravo!'s Slammers at the School Nutrition Association's annual conference."

Last season, Tabatchnick Fine Foods sold 200 truck loads, or 14 million units of its previous milk brand. The Company has already pre-sold three million units of the specially packaged Slammers(R), or about 43 truck loads.

Nice move today............but, I'm  thinking that this is a dying gasp towards a retest of the break out area.........I might be wrong (who me wrong) LOL....been there and done that before, but with the fantastic volume of the past drying up, I dont see anything propelling this stock higher.....
a better investment might be "USGA" of which I hold, not pumping it tho....just holding it.
Also another one I own.....LRLSQ ....just holding not pumping....I like the space industry and think this one might do something one day.............Happy trading   Bill the Bull

Today I watched BRVO tape for almost whole day. I came to conclusion that some one is buying lot and lot of this. My opinon are sort of neutral now, but someone is more bullish then me and loading up. If this stock does not closes below $1 for next three days then today's rise would be more then just little buying.

If BRVO breaks above 1.2 on heavy volume then we may see some action. Will wait and see.

I live in a samll town in Central New Jersey and Slammers has made its way into the local A&P Supermarket.  This is a chain of stores in the NJ area.  I had to pick some up for a taste test for the kids, and of course the big kid, me.  The kids loved the Starburst flavors.  I had the Milky Way and it was very good.  Tasted just like the candy bar.  Good to finally see the product we've all been discussing.  I think this will be a big success.  The current action in the stock is very encouraging. Hopefull this will be a big week for BRVO.  This stock is on alot of radar screens right now.   ;D

Where is the news article about the public shareholder outrage regarding giving the company away @ .16 a share. Yeah, it's great CCM wil distribute, but people now have a hole in their portifolio because of this decision. Who knows what other bad business deals they'll think of? I like this company, but maybe they are trying to skip a few important steps on their way to profits. There is nothing better than building from the ground up. I know Stratvis and others have put a lot of work into this, and may you all be rewarded,... but, damm!

Oops, I posted the press release on the other thread.  Maybe the 2 threads should be consolidated.

This is a great deal for CCE - someone in their organization should be compensated handsomely - like with a yacht or beachfront property in Malibu.  At current market value of around $1.00 / share, CCE would instantly earn approximately $68 million on this quick investment, a cool 1900% return.

I keep thinking that there must be a reason for this.  The company loses money (the $68 mil), the shareholders offering their options lose money ($44 mill +) and we sit here looking at our shares, that Bravo! management has decided are only worth $.25/share on average wondering what's going on!

This is an OTCBB stock so I guess anything can happen! ::)

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug 04, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (BRVO, Trade), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milks, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to negotiate a master distribution agreement and a direct purchase stock agreement with Coca-Cola Enterprises.

The Letter of Intent with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (CCE) confirmed both parties' intention to move forward with further negotiations for the execution of a Master Distribution Agreement between the Company and Coca-Cola Enterprises, and for continued negotiations to enter into a stock purchase agreement pursuant to which Coca-Cola Enterprises would purchase from the Company approximately 81,030,000 million shares of the Company's common stock for $0.16245 per share.

Bravo! CEO Roy Warren said, "A distribution and purchase agreement with one of the largest distributors in the country is a giant leap forward for Bravo! as we continue our momentum in retail outlets across the county and abroad. We look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with CCE and substantial growth of Slammers(R) worldwide as a result."

The Master Distribution Agreement with CCE would grant exclusive distribution rights to Coca-Cola Enterprises throughout North America and other territories in which CCE is licensed to bottle products of The Coca-Cola Company, for all existing and future Bravo! Foods products during the term of the Distribution Agreement.

The Letter of Intent also confirmed that, with the direct purchase of common stock from the Company by Coca-Cola Enterprises, together with shares of common stock purchasable upon the exercise of Options to acquire a total of 68,990,244 shares of the Company's common stock purchased by Coca-Cola at $0.36 per share from nine different non-affiliated investors, Coca-Cola Enterprises will hold slightly in excess of 50% of the Company's equity on a fully diluted basis. If consummated, the controlling interest would be purchased by Coca- Cola Enterprises for an average price per share of approximately $0.25.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking they are effectively reducing the number of outstanding shares which should make the remaining tradeable share increase in value unless CCE plans to dump shares and lose their controlling interest.
It would be the same effect as mgmnt retiring that number of shares but better still someone else is fronting the $ to do it so the bottom line is enhanced.

Yes,I you are correct.
No,I don't think CCE would a single share of what they wanted,"controlling interest".
In the long run both parties will  make out on this deal.
Now makes the float smaller...and that's good.
I think BRVO is a company on the rise.IMHO

Just had my first Slammer today and it was great.  Saw it at CUB foods on an end cap display and decided to try one.  If it is at the major grocery retailer in the Twin Cities area it amounts to a major marketing position and sales will be brisk.
Think earnings are going to be great and only improve over the next several quarters at least.

                     BRAVO! FOODS INTERNATIONAL CORP.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Public Conference Call

On August 15, 2005, the Company conducted a public conference call to announce and discuss the results contained in its Form 10-QSB filed on that date for the period ended June 30, 2005.  The following matters were discussed at that conference call:

Results of Operations

The Company reported total revenue of $3,346,388, with a 29.5% gross margin of $988,261, for the six months ended June 30, 2005, compared to total revenue of $1,879,562, with a 32.7% gross margin of $614,475, for the same period in 2004.  This represents an increase of 78% in revenue and 61% in profit from the same period in 2004.  For the three month period ended June 30, 2005, the Company reported total revenue of $2,448,618, with a 31% gross margin of $768,154, for the three months ended June 30, 2005, compared to total revenue of $1,441,356, with a 35% gross margin of $506.390, for the same period in 2004.  This represents an increase of 70% in revenue and 51% in profit from the same three-month period in 2004.

<PAGE>

The Company reported that increased sales of its Starburst(R) Slammers(R) product line, and the introduction of its new MilkyWay(R) and 3 Musketeers(R) Slammers(R) during this period, resulted in a significant increase in total revenue over any quarter in the Company's history.  The Company reported that selling expenses increased, owing to greater promotional activity, but are expected to decrease as a percentage of revenue in the future with continued increased sales and greater efficiencies in distribution and associated freight costs.

Distribution

The Company reported that sales have risen significantly since the close of the second quarter ended June 30, 2005, resulting in unaudited gross revenues of $1,008,000 in July.  The sharp increase in revenue is due to the successful nationwide distribution of the Company's co-branded Starburst(R), 3 Musketeers(R) and Milky Way(R) Slammers, the launch of a MilkyWay(R) 9-pack in Sam's Club stores, the engagement of new distributors and significant growth in distribution channels.  The Company also experienced increased reorders for its Masterfoods Slammers(R) line, with 14 of the 16 distributor dairies used for distribution to 7-Eleven stores having reordered; 42 of 88 national distributors and 10 of 20 Sam's Club stores.  The Company also reported that it shipped 13,302 cases of its Slammers(R) Marvel(R) line in the United Kingdom in July, as part of its initial UK launch, generating revenues of $93,110 and has UK reorders in the first week of August for 1,890 cases.
The Company reported that it has 14 new distributors on a national basis, 11 of which presently have the Company's products.  The Company also reported that its products are in 4,700 Walgreen's Stores, 3,300 new convenience stores, 2,000 new supermarkets and 10 new distribution centers for Sam's Club.  The Company secured 16 new retail accounts in July and 6 new accounts, to date, in August.  The Company reported 205 new orders in July and August for the Masterfoods line, representing approximately $1.3 million in revenues, with the anticipated potential for re-orders.

Capacity

As a result of rising sales, the Company announced that, in addition to plans to increase the present domestic capacity of 2.5 million units per month for Slammers(R) beginning in September of 2005, with additional capacity increases expected in April 2006 to 7.5 million units per month, the Company and its production partner Jasper Products are contemplating the addition of a Shibula production line in the Fall of 2006, that will increase Jasper's capacity for Slammers(R) production to 16 million units per month.  The Shibula production line has a start up operational lead time of approximately 12 months.

Initiatives

The Company reported that a number of initiatives were underway, including a new Bravo! branded line for the Company's major C store customer, with an anticipated September launch.  In addition, new Masterfoods lines are being explored, as well as a product line to reach the toddler demographic.  The Company also is reducing the fat content of its Pro Slammers(TM) and Slammers(R) Marvel(R) lines.
In addition, the Company recently initiated a number of strategic efficiencies to decrease its freight expenses. As previously announced, the Company will convert all of its existing product lines from refrigerated, extended shelf life products to the new ambient packaging, which requires no refrigeration throughout the delivery process, and significantly reduces the Company's per case freight

cost.  Concurrently, the Company has expanded the availability of its current lines by modifying pallet size, enabling customers to order more flavors.
Promotions

Planned promotions include continued advertising in trade publications, an anticipated set of TV commercials on Nickelodeon, Marvel Comic Book advertising, C- store grass roots radio promotions and sponsorships involving the Washington Redskins NFL team, the Erica Enders NHRA race car team and the U.S. Club Youth Soccer Program.

Coca-Cola Enterprises

The Company reported that its previously announced Letter Of Intent with Coca-Cola Enterprises is progressing and that the Master Distribution Agreement with CCE is close to execution status, with an anticipated closing of the CCE stock purchase transaction by the end of August.

Guidance

The Company offered guidance, expecting gross revenues to rise to $4 for the third quarter of 2005.  On the strength of reorders and growth in distribution partners, the Company raised its guidance from $5 million to $6million in gross revenues for the fourth quarter, with gross revenue for the full year an expected $13-15 million.  The Company expects to be operationally profitable before year-end.  Finally, the Company referenced a recent Lehman Bros. published analytical report on the potential CCE / Bravo! transactions, as announced, that suggested revenues of $80 to $90 million for the Company in 2006 with the consummation of the proposed CCE transactions.

Baring any negative news on this issue, I see this stock making a nice leg up now. It met twenty-six (26) of my technical criteria for being a buy today. Don't ask me to post the charts, I'd be Rip-Van Winkle before I ever cropped all those images!  ;)

Seriously, I'm beta testing some home brew TA algorithms and feel the best way to prove or disprove is to make a public post of my picks based on my work. This way the proof will truly be in the pudding, won't it? I'm still working out the kinks, so no formulas will be made public at this time.

BRVO doesn't conform to trend line studies, so this one makes for a good test of my TA.

As always, perform your own DD and know your personal risk limits.

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bravo! company on fire recently. Unfortunately, not Bravo's stock price. Is this a permanent place for the S/P to languish at? The news is excellent; the deals are tangible and show linkage with first class vendors.   it seems nobody is reading this. Certainly, no new fans are coming on board the Bravo express. You know, last evening, I was prompted to say - this is a stock that I would risk recommending  to sophisticated investing friends, with all the usual provisos. The one risk is obvious, the rewards are potentially large. Certainly a 2+bagger at this price. And nobody is covering it yet. None of this is technical. Just my h/o.
Q: Does anyone know, is the upfront payment of 7.5 mill in the bank yet? I'll ask...
Q: does anyone have any TA observations to share.
Q: David, you planned to buy, on  marvellous foresight, I might add, at .70 ish. Did you and where do you see the technicals pointing towards?

Someone mentioned to me about the great chart of LWAY the maker of Kefir drinks........and I was thinking.....

http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=lway,uu[h,a]daclyyay[pb9!b50][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9]&pref=G

Should I buy BRVO.ob or LWAY????
Chocolate milk or Kefir (a fermented milk drink)?

Which would my kids prefer?

.67 and a distribution deal with Coke. or 17.00 and fermented milk.

Names like "Milky Way" and "Starburst" or Fermented milk.

If LWAY can be selling for 17, you can see why I am so high on BRVO.

It may settle a bit, but this stock is worth more than a buck!  Do at taste test, then decide.

If you buy this at .50 or .70, in two years I don't think it is going to make a difference.

Wednesday September 7, 8:00 am ET

Breakfast Blenders, a line of fortified milks designed to provide the nutritional benefits of a good breakfast, will be introduced exclusively at participating 7-Eleven® stores nationwide. The drinks are targeted to busy consumers who are seeking nutritious and great-tasting milk drinks for their active lifestyles. Bravo! Foods and 7-Eleven collaborated on development of the new products.

"We're committed to offering new better-for-you products," said Bravo! CEO Roy Warren, "and working with 7-Eleven allowed us to pinpoint consumer trends that led to the development of Breakfast Blenders, combining the needs of active consumers with our delicious milk drinks."

Bravo! Breakfast Blenders are 100% milk and a blend of breakfast fruits and flavors, and fortified with vitamins and minerals. They boast the added nutrition claims of being 100% Lactose Free, low in sugar and having 50% more protein. Chocolate Raspberry Breakfast Blenders are fortified with anti-oxidants naturally found in raspberries and chocolate, while Vanilla Peach Breakfast Blenders contain fiber found naturally in peaches, among the most fibrous of fruits. "Our customer trends showed that the typical consumer is skipping breakfast due to their hurried schedules, while health research shows that breakfast is a very important meal," said Kurt Schumacher, category manager of dairy and ice cream products for 7-Eleven, Inc. "Customers are looking for convenient products that are nutritious and consumable on the go, and that led us to work with Bravo! Foods to develop the Breakfast Blenders products."

David,

I have an initial position in BRVO.  Some questions are posed that you may be able to address.
You know after 550 posts that I am not a basher, yet am very analytical in investigating a company.
So take the comments below as asking for help with the thought process.  ???

-  Isn't BRVO going to need another round of financing ?  From whom ?  And at what cost to the price ?  They could easily decide to authorize more shares to raise capital, thus diluting the PPS.

-  In this scenario, BRVO may be overvalued at this level.  You see, many brokers were hyping BRVO heading into the CCE deal.  Some investors have a difficult time with a company saying a falling price is a good thing.  Never heard of that justification before.  We do not even know if/when the selling of shares from the large shareholders began and will end.  And you would think they would hold on for the future even though profits are high.  No reason to take it all off the table unless it is headed down.  They know much more than the average investor about the inside of BRVO.

- This volume and chart is not bullish, IMO.  It may be hit hard when more shares are issued for financing.  Or can it be verified that they have private financing to move forward ?

-  Not all great companies have a high performance stock.  My opinion is that CCE cut back from 51% ownership to 10% from the original deal.  They are more interested in the MDA.  This is where their money will be made, not in the stock itself.  CCE may know that dilution is coming from financing thus restructuring the deal.

-  The scenarios above concern shareholders and the volume and price are not reflecting a bullish company at this time.

Please comment on the financial condition.  What is the status of financing ?  I know they are growing exponentially, but when is the plan to realistically become profitable ?  Thank you.

Financial Condition at June 30, 2005
- ------------------------------------

As of June 30, 2005, we had an accumulated deficit of $36,491,265,
cash on hand of $377,705 and reported total capital deficit of $2,933,786.

For this same period of time, we had revenue of $3,346,388 and
general and administrative expense of $1,439,554.

After interest expenses of $220,246, cost of goods sold of
$2,358,127, product development costs of $110,265 and selling expenses of
$1,797,471 incurred in the operations of the Company, we had a net loss of
$2,579,275.

Are these meetings to line up broker support in order to bring in Institutional interest and small investor interest do you think?

I know the CEO is a former Broker or was part of the Professional Investment Community. I bet he is going to be talking to people he knew from his times in the business and will be trying to get many Brokers onboard to promote the cos. prospects to potential clients.

If that is the case then I imagine we will be seeing  big trades coming in by the end of the month and a possible push to $1.

I do wish the MA's were crossed over as that would give it a good platform technically to start it's assault up to the higher regions. Until then we will be seeing much of the same up\down pps in the .50-.70 range which is ok for traders and those wishing to accumulate like myself.

CCE should bring in some interest once they have their rollout in November also.

I know one of the Brokers that went to the meeting in Boston, MA - Friday, October 21, 2005.  I was told that we will be seeing lots of advertisements on BRVO, the trucks will also have BRVO logos.  the reason for the price to drop a bit is due to a profit taking when people were in when it was very cheap.  we will see it go back up.

Coca-Cola Enterprises Begins Distribution of Slammers(R) Under Master Distribution Agreement
PR Newswire - November 07, 2005 11:25

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov 07, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes fortified, flavored milks, announced today that it has shipped its Slammers(R) milk drinks to Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (CCE), under CCE's initial order for distribution in the United States.

Bravo! Foods also advised that, subsequent shipment of the initial order, it received replenishment orders from CCE for additional cases of the Company's Slammers(R) product.

On November 1, 2005, Coca-Cola Enterprises began distribution of Bravo!'s Slammers(R) milk products in the United States under the Master Distribution Agreement signed by Bravo! and CCE in August. Shipment to CCE and commencement of Slammers(R) distribution on November 1, 2005, meets the scheduled "distribution date" set forth in the Master Distribution Agreement between Bravo! and CCE.

Bravo! Foods CEO Roy Warren said, "I am extremely pleased with the progress of coordinated sales efforts between CCE and Bravo! to date. We anticipate that this relationship will continue to grow with the distribution of Slammers in the new and expanded sales channels that CCE brings to our business."

In preparation for November distribution, Bravo! shipped its Slammers(R) in October pursuant to CCE's initial order under the Master Distribution Agreement. The shipments included Slammers(R) Milky Way(R), 3 Musketeers(R), Strawberry and Orange Starburst(R), Vanilla and Chocolate Pro-Slammers(TM) and Vanilla and Chocolate Slim Slammers(R).

Since Bravo! began shipments to CCE in October for the November distribution launch, CCE has ordered additional Slammers(R) product. The Company reported that the total gross revenue represented by CCE's initial orders currently exceeds gross revenue in any previous quarter of Bravo!'s history.

Warren continued, "With shipments under CCE's first order a reality, we are aggressively seeking additional capacity for our shelf-stable plastic bottles to handle the anticipated new demand for our Slammers products in the marketplace."

Bravo! Foods' popular Slammers(R) milk drinks come in 14 oz. shelf-stable bottles that can be stored without refrigeration for up to six months, and distributed at ambient temperatures avoiding the additional costs and logistic hurdles associated with cold chain distribution. The long shelf-life and ambient storage capability is due to a combination of unique processing and packaging, accomplished without compromising taste. Retailers nationwide are offered a variety of great-tasting, single-serve Slammers(R) flavors, for sale in the refrigerated dairy section.

Bravo! Foods International Provides Conference Call Highlights
PR Newswire - November 15, 2005 10:47

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov 15, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milks, provided a corporate update today with select highlights from its recent third quarter conference call. The Company has also filed an SEC Form 8-K, available at: http://www.sec.gov , detailing material information from the call.

During the conference call, Bravo! CEO Roy Warren discussed the Company's results of operations for the third quarter and nine-months ended September 30, 2005, which included revenue growth of 293% over the same period in 2004 and a one-time, non-recurring $3,000,000 charge for a finder's fee payable in connection with the execution of a Master Distribution Agreement with Coca- Cola Enterprises (CCE).

The Company added that present capital surplus is $7.5 million, owing to the computed value of warrants issued to CCE in conjunction with the CCE Master Distribution Agreement, which was booked as a deferred asset. Additionally, the Company's debt structure has been reduced, owing to conversions of the outstanding convertible preferred stock and notes issued by the Company in prior periods for financing.

Warren also reported that Bravo! had shipped a total of 294,000 cases of its milk drinks for all of the third quarter, 2005, and an additional 223,000 12-unit cases have been shipped in October 2005, representing slightly in excess of $2 million in sales for that month alone.

In September 2005, the Company delayed shipments representing approximately $500,000 in sales to retail customers to build inventory for CCE and Bravo!'s new Breakfast Blenders(TM) product line. During the call, Bravo! also reported that it has signed contracts to sell its products to 150 US Military commissaries on a national basis.

During the conference call, management reiterated plans to increase its present domestic capacity for Slammers(R) of 2.5 million units per month to 2.8 million units per month for November 2005, with additional capacity increases to 3.3 million units per month and ultimately 7.5 million units per month in the spring of 2006. Bravo! is actively seeking additional capacity, having begun preliminary discussions with other aseptic dairy processors and is exploring third party agreements that may provide additional capacity in 2007.

Bravo! also reported on a number of strategic initiatives currently underway, including planned full-scale launch of its Breakfast Blenders(TM) line of milk drinks, launched in 7-Eleven convenience stores nationwide, and on-going advertising promotions and marketing campaigns. New lines are being explored to reach additional target audiences. A product line designed to reach the toddler demographic is being contemplated. The Company also reduced the fat content of its Pro Slammers(TM) line in order to better position the product for school business opportunities.

Bravo! recruited several new personnel during the third quarter of 2005 as a result of its growth, including new CFO Jeffrey Kaplan and Michael Comerford, Director of Operations.

Bravo! CEO Roy Warren said, "While the third quarter of 2005 showed a sharp increase in revenue over 2004, additional costs were incurred in preparation for pending initiatives while laying the groundwork for continued growth. Having established comprehensive distribution networks, management is focused on growing capacity while enhancing our popular products to best serve new markets."

Management also reiterated guidance during the call, expecting gross revenues to rise to $6-7 million for the fourth quarter of 2005, with $70-100 million in gross revenues anticipated for the full year 2006. Bravo! will host a conference call in January of 2006, upon completion of budgeting and forecasting for 2006 and 2007 to update guidance.

A recording of the conference call in its entirety can be accessed at Bravo!'s investor relations web site: http://www.otcfn.com/brvo or http://www.investorcalendar.com , or dial 877-660-6853 (International: 201-612-7415); enter account number 286; conference identification number 177233.

The recording is available until November 15, 2005 at 11:59 p.m.

Went into 711 today to look 4 Slammers.  Saw one-Starburst drink.  It was surrounded by similar Hershey "slammers" made by Dean.  The starburst drink seemed to market itself as a healthy yogurstish drink.

If given the choice I'd buy the Hersey.  My point is that this market is crowded (Tropicana has one too, not to mention Quick)

I don't know anything about this business.  But I'm not sure if kids like this stuff anymore.

Up the highway - The big HY-V food store has at least five brands of flavored individual serving milk drinks and more in larger container sizes.

No slammers to be found.

I understand that Slammers are not like the competition -- -  Slammers have a long shelf life and are going in machines and places other than the store coolers.  Places where kids can find them.

Disclaimer = I have never seen a Slammer.  I mostly don't drink milk. Yogurt = spoiled milk?

The competition and generics of slammers are very true. However, what gives edge to slammers is the MDA with Coke. That will be enough to fuel the stock price. In my opinion, strong fundamentals and market skepticism are two combinations which ensure you that you buy before the crowd and sell them higher when they wake up. If crowd is bullish on a stock then I think its best to sell.

However, there's a catch. if slammers rates lower on taste buds then no amount of MDA could help it. Personally, my taste buds like them and would buy slammers for my kid rather than the unhealthy soda.

Great packaging w/ comic characters
Candy flavors: Starburst, milky way
lowfat milk
splenda

Hershey's & Quick taste great.  They will make the kids Fat and rot their teeth.

The price will gap down Friday AM as it did post earnings, imo.

The amount of shares is less than if CCE had taken 51%.  That said, it is worse for us shareholders for CCE not to have the shares.  Even though the number of shares are higher, We want CCE to have them because they will not sell them.

You see, CCE was not going to sell to the open market as these people will.
CCE would have held then Entire stake to make sure they had the 51%.

We now never know when shares will be dumped to market.

Most people who do this type of financing are not in the business of investing.
They already are in the money on the shares.  So selling gets an immediate return.
BRVO gets the financing, they get the money and all are happy. Right? Wrong.
The share price will suffer.  Any rally will be hit with a ceiling. Remind you of EYII and some others.
Advances are crushed creating more bagholders to sell again on any pop.

This cycle will end when the shares are all gone.  (but how can we be sure?)
And hopefully, the margin is great enough that BRVO will not need future financing.

Some have the opinion that private placements are not good.
It depends on who it is with.

Picture this scenario.
They can now leverage to make money by short selling shares.
A long position protects them.

When the price goes too high, they sell and vice versa.

Here is an explanation I recently came across.

This is all hypothetical.  I want BRVO to move up but am evaluating all scenarios.

* It still is a mystery why CCE did not take 51%
Perhaps, CCE knows the company is valuable but share price will be diluted.

====================================================

The copied post below about another company may have nothing to do with BRVO, but it sure got me thinking about how the big boys make money.  ???

A new range? I don't really think so. It is a positioning thing imo.

The bucket boys were short $2.23 when the was announced. They shorted into what was an advance to $2.23. They pounded it good and took it to $1.20. They kept the short and bought long $1.20.

The spread or difference between the two made $1.71 the mid point price. That is where they have set new shorts. If you look at the volume history at that price, you will see what I mean.

They have accumulated enough long to free wheel. In effect, the short is not dependent on the core position. That would be the Soros shares at $.73.

If you use that number in the computation, $2.23 best short, .73 best long, you arrive at $1.50. They buy below $1.50 and sell $1.50. The $1.40 you mentioned is where they want it. They can make a nickel or dime on all the trade. They can use the $.73 number for basis because they have insured themselves with long accumulation.

I place the new protected zone at $1.63 top for short. You might remember in the past I had said; buy $1.50,51,52,53,54, and stop. The stock was $1.70 or so at the time. It came down quick to that zone.

$1.40 represents the discount and profit. $1.50 is the more relevant price. They do not buy $1.50, they sell.

The price is contracting. The short position has been on and off of the reg sho list. However they have maintained that short. I believe they will hold it till the end.

Why not. Those shares never existed in the first place. If you can make 1.5 to 2.0 million on something that does not exist, well....

No cover. More short if they can manage it. If they can run the price down, they get richer. The divi pays in shares.

I expect a pump and a monster short attack. It hit $1.35 recently. They need to sell some before the dump. When they finish, I expect a plunge. They will accumulate the new low and improve the basis lower.

I doubt you will see anything converted. They have control through the preferred. They are better served by an instrument that represents the common. The common loses value. The preferred is protected by covenants. The lower the common goes, the better for them.

The company is valueable. The common is not. They want the company. I think it goes toxic and they win big.

All my opinion.

Don,

As always, great posts. Applaud !!!

Some call me ' Devils Advocate '.  After getting burned by pennies this year, I want to present and research all angles.

Financing is what seems to kill the shareholder value in pennies.  When the companies become desperate, they give away the farm and sell out to toxic financing.  See EYII for an example.  Although a company may make it, the shareholders lose as they are used as collateral.

That said, BRVO may be different.  They have a product we can drive down the street to purchase.  And they are involved with Coke.  We all knew that financing was needed.  It is just unclear at this time who the investors are.  And we will have to speculate on them selling shares.

BRVO is an incredible growth story.  The rewards should be achieved even on the low end of estimates.

I still wonder why CCE backed out of 51%.  And it bothers me about the 3.25 million versus 4 million.

So 70-100 million for 2006 is what they say.  I will now estimate the low end.
The question is: what multiple do we assign to come with a price projection?  Any thoughts ?

Based on the TA and fundamentals, I bought at 64 today to hold.  We will see.

At this time, BRVO is the only penny that I am willing to buy.

I was going to let brvo go but after my experience with cnxt , (let go one day before it goes through the roof ) tells me to give a little room , and thanks to setravis  ;D i have a little more patience

BUT, I also listened to the conference call , and the company plans on moving the stock to what they called a real board, not the .ob board, and im pretty sure you have to be at 1.00 per share for that to happen? Thats one reason , and #2 I have included a chart that shows brvo is in the process of forming a cup wit un handle, almost every one of these i see makes me salivate.  >:D >:D imo just a little while longer.   tonyg

David is correct in the correlation of pennies with the general market.  The market has been on a run and pennies become temporarily out of favor.

This presents an opportunity for the patient.

I added to BRVO this week making it the largest holding in the portfolio.

Buying ahead of forecast is the plan.  Any forecast is going to be a double digit increase quarter on quarter.

Willing to hold for the long term.  BRVO moves quickly towards 72 and 80 when a call is coming.  Maybe it will move up before the January guidance call.

We will see.  At the minimum it has unlimited potential with CCE and a Real Product.

I have a call scheduled with the CFO  Jeff Kaplan
Tuesday.

Post any questions that you would like me to ask for you and I will post replies here.
======================================================

A reply to me from Roy the CEO about BRVO profitability is below:

QUESTIONS FOR ROY

Per our conversation:

-  During the earnings call, Management cited a call update in January to discuss the future.  When is the call date ?  What will be addressed on the call ?  Will a PR come out announcing a call ?

-  Amount of current Insider shares owned ?
Have any sold or purchased in last 6 months ?
Why do the insiders not purchase if undervalued at this time ?

-  How long do they project the current financing to last before another round ?

-  What is your best guess on when Bravo will be profitable ?

Thank you in advance.

-Jeff-

ANSWERS FROM ROY

HI, I will answer what I can.  First of all, we will do an update in January due to the issues regarding CCE business growth and the capacity issue. We will announce this when we know the facts and announce the date then.

Insider shares can be found on our financials.  I think we are around 10% beneficial interest including the board.  Insider sales and purchases are listed under insider transactions under BRVO on Yahoo Finance.  Insiders are not traders.  We work for the company and part of our compensation is stock options.  Our goal is to build shareholder value, not really to trade the shares. We have a 6 month swing rule which means if we buy, we can not sell for 6 months.  Management will buy when they feel appropriate but you must realize that Bravo is already a very disproportionately high piece of our net worth.

We would only raise additional money in 2006 for some extraordinary deal ( acquisition or such which we have no current plans to do).  We have plenty of cash now to carry out our plan as we see it now.  I believe we will reach cash flow break even during Q2 but time will tell.  We don't have a good handle on the costs of the ramp up in sales with CCE and the costs of the new marketing and capacity due to some unknowns but I am comfortable that we get there in Q2 as indicated in our last call.

Hope this helps. rgW

Being the call is end of January, I am not sure what can keep the price up near term ? Seems it may fall when the reality of the forecast hits.  We will see.  It is for the patient investor.  Near term, I cannot see much happening.  The guess is that they guide down numbers and then miss by at least 20% this quarter.  But I have been wrong many times before.  I like BRVO into 2007 and beyond but will be more cautious with any short term money.

It is the trust factor that bothers investors.

They miss 20 percent each quarter, so how can anything be trusted ?

And the CFO and CEO give mixed signals on further dilution, forecast, etc.

It may be a trade into calls, selling right before the call and then evaluating.
But holding through a call has hurt.  So be careful unless more becomes known.

Bravo! Foods Signs Multi-Year Manufacturing Agreement With Jasper Products

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bravo! Foods
International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO), a brand development and
marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin-
fortified, flavored milks, announced today that it has signed a multi-year
distribution agreement with Jasper Products, L.L.C. of Joplin, Missouri, one
of only three dairy processors in the United States that has approval of the
United States Food and Drug Administration to produce aseptic shelf-stable
milk in bottles. Bravo! has contracted with Jasper, which has produced its
flavored milks, including Slammers(R), since 2001, for the continued
production of Bravo!'s products through September 2010.
Under the terms of the agreement, the parties have agreed to annual volume
commitments for the ordering and production of Bravo!'s various lines of
shelf-stable, single-serve flavored milk beverages. The scheduled production
commitments with Jasper will be realized on a ramp-up basis, commencing in
April 2006, with the installation of additional processing equipment at
Jasper's Joplin plant. These production commitments will satisfy the agreed
upon supply obligation of Bravo! to Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (CCE), under
Bravo!'s Master Distribution Agreement with CCE by the summer of 2006.
To secure the production commitments, as well as the right of first
refusal for Jasper's additional production capacity going forward, Bravo! has
paid a one-time equipment mobilization payment of $2.7 million to Jasper. The
agreement incorporates per unit monetary penalties for both unused capacity by
Bravo! and any production shortfall by Jasper.
Roy Warren, Bravo!'s Chief Executive Officer, said, "The importance of
entering into this agreement with Jasper cannot be overstated. By it, we
satisfy our supply obligations under the CCE Master Distribution Agreement and
move closer to our long-term production goals." Mr. Warren continued,
"Perhaps more important is the continuation of our past relationship with
Jasper -- one that has been invaluable to Bravo! in terms of Jasper's support,

I got a reply e-mail from Roy about the CC date.

Roy said they have not set a date yet but will issue a PR when they do.
And that most likely it will be the last week this month.

So I will continue the plan of buying into any call.  But holding into any call will not happen again.

They also have the presentation Tuesday which may help momentum before the CC.

Entry into Material Agreement

Section 1.01 - Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Bravo! Foods International Corp. has signed a multi-year distribution agreement, effective January 1, 2006, with Jasper Products, L.L.C. of Joplin Missouri, one of three dairy processors in the United States that has approval of the United States Food and Drug Administration to produce aseptic shelf stable milk in bottles. Bravo! has contracted with Jasper, which has produced its flavored milks, including the Company's Slammers(r) line since 2001, for the continued production of Bravo!'s products through September 2010.

Nice work, Don ! applaud.

Added more today in anticipation of a run into the call at the end of the month.
Will probably sell right before the call.  This is a play on the buy the rumor and sell the news again.

They still have not announced a time and date.
I expect 72-80 range into the call.  Movement beginning when they announce.

We will see.

Just added quite a bit of BRVO here.

It should run up into the end of the month call.

BRVO is reletively predictable about running into a call.
Buying before they announce the time and date.

Does not hurt to ask.

David,

Thank you for commenting.

It cannot be far from your sale price if you want to re enter without losing.  .

Anyway, I will only trade BRVO until they prove otherwise.

What is proven is that they rise into Conference Calls and then selloff within a range.
And then the process repeats.

Profiting as much as 20 % each time is working well as long as the proven range continues.

And until they do something significant, many traders are playing BRVO this way.

So I will never hold BRVO through a call again after taking a giant hit the last time.

I am not sure what they will say in the meeting.
But it is not what they say, it is what they do that matters.

Agreed,

Investors in OTC are often spoiled by dates being released a few weeks in advance of an event such as a conference call.  Until you upgrade exchanges, the price will suffer without something to look forward to with OTC investors.

Just an idea as to why the price cannot build a base.
The OTC market is a different animal.  It affects the long and short term investors alike.  Because as you know, a stock under  $ 1.00 takes a different kind of investor.

Your purpose seems to be to sell milk and not worry about this.
I can see the pps potential of BRVO. Building a loyal base is the way to go.

Missing quarterly expectations and keeping the investors guessing has hurt the price so far.

If a date was announced, it would run up to the date and probably build higher lows and higher highs.  The inverse is true when a date is expected and announced too late.

Not a big deal, it will all work out in the end.

Thank you for listening.

Fre,

The recent trading makes little sense.  But so does life and the market.
It has risen into recent calls.  Perhaps my BRVO call with the CFO is being realized.  The numbers may be out of reach due to capacity.

People want to see confirmation of the numbers before deciding.
In the past, BRVO has missed expectations.  But this CC is not a filing call. It is a voluntary forecast.  So not sure why it is selling off.  But the volume has not been huge.

The (convenient) news today tells the story for today.
This is the similar PIPE financing that EYII dealt with on a larger scale.

BRVO dealt with these people in the past.  They are in a private placement deal and we hope none of the PIPE issues pertain to them now.  Either way, the article did not help in mentioning BRVO.

The problem with PIPE deals are that the Private investors can short the position.
Therefore, they make money keeping it within a range (selling short and going long, then repeating the process).  I addressed this in detail on this thread as well as the EYII thread.

I still would not have guessed that BRVO would be over 70 and drop as the Conference Call gets closer?     I can see right after the call, but heading in is not typical.

The news today took it down.  Being mentioned with these people is Toxic.
And there is no way to plan when news like this may hit.

I will hold until the end of the day to try and get some back and then evaluate after the call.

I listened live and something to note was in the question and answer portion.  Someone asked if Hood was factored in to the narrowed guidance.  And Roy said it is sort of factored in or something along those lines.

He did not say how much of the guidance factors in Hood helping with capacity.

Roy is the king of overpromising and underdelivering.  In this case, if they factor alot of hypothetical revenue in a Hood deal and it does not come to fruition, then the forecast is again too high.  I would rather them be realistic and then come in in line or better than expected.

I am not in BRVO at this time and will not buy until they prove the talk with real numbers.

Plus, they will need future financing as all of the shares have been used in current deals.

The only place that has it is Walgreens.
All they have had for months are the Starburst Slammers on the 2nd from bottom shelf.

These Slammers are too sweet for me and not healthy enough for my kids.

I e-mailed Roy and he said that Kroger carries the product.  I asked him where and he could not tell me which stores.  But he said my city has it for sure.  I checked 13 Krogers in my city and the surrounding cities and None have it.  The managers also do not know of it   ???

This bothers me that they advertise it being here and it is not.

The guy on the conference call expressed the same concern in California.

What's weird is that the product was all over the shelves at Ralphs's, Von's and Albertson's here in Southern California...before the CCE deal. Just before that deal inked, they all disappeared. I haven't seen a Slammer since (which is too bad, because I like the Milky Way and Three Musketeers flavors!).

My post did not go in correctly. I posted that I had an email correspondence with Roy at Bravo about Slammers disappearing from the shelves of stores here in Southern California before the CCE deal, and this was his response:

Hi Michael, I am not sure why this could have happened. I am sure Mike
Comerford can update you on this and I am very sure that the timing of
CCE and the out of stocks are not correlated.  We may have had some product
shortage but as far as I know we are still there. Mike will update us.
Thanks. rGW

But they need FDA approval.  It could take a year or so.   Not sure if this is good.  Not the company that people expected to do a deal with.  I do not like the contingencies and drawn out time horizon.

Plus, I am not convinced they will make numbers this quarter.  My guess is it may run into the call and selloff like the last few quarters.

Too many (ifs) and large future numbers for me.  They will need more financing before that, imo.

Bravo! Foods Signs Five-Year Manufacturing Agreement With Aseptic Solutions USA
PR Newswire - February 13, 2006 08:31
100 Million Annual Production Volume Commitment

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb 13, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milks, announced today that it has signed a five-year production agreement for its various lines of shelf-stable, single-serve flavored milk beverages with Aseptic Solutions USA, LLC. Aseptic Solutions, a private company located in Corona, California, expects to receive approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration to produce aseptic low acid shelf-stable dairy products in HDPE plastic bottles by year-end. Upon receiving this approval, Aseptic Solutions will join only three low acid manufacturers in the United States presently authorized to produce aseptic low acid shelf-stable dairy products in plastic bottles.

Under the terms of the agreement, Bravo! has contracted with Aseptic Solutions to begin production, upon receipt of the FDA approval. Production is expected to commence in December 2006. The parties have agreed to an annual volume capacity of up to 100 million bottles and anticipate full production to ramp up quickly. The agreement also provides Bravo! with a right of first refusal for any additional production capacity Aseptic Solutions may bring online. The five-year commitment between Bravo! and Aseptic Solutions will begin from the date the FDA provides a "Letter of Non- Objection" to Aseptic Solutions.

Roy Warren, Bravo!'s Chief Executive Officer, said, "This production agreement is a milestone event for the Company as it substantially increases Bravo!'s contracted units capacity to close to 190 million units annually. "In addition," Mr. Warren commented, "the geographic location of Aseptic Solution's production facility on the west coast enhances our distribution capability as it compliments our current production capacity in the mid west.

Joshua Cua, Chief Operating Officer of Aseptic Solutions, commented, "We are excited about working with such an innovative company like Bravo!. We are looking forward to a long and rewarding relationship. Our advanced technology will provide Bravo! with state of the art microbiological and organoleptic applications for Bravo!'s already excellent products."

With all due respect, are there any entrepreneurs on this thread?  -Don-
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Don,

I am an entrepreneur.  And I have owned a business for years.  Being realistic is important.  People look for actions to back up all of the talk.

Roy is not realistic.  The worst part is that his CFO, Jeff, knows this too.  Nothing anyone can do to reel this guy back in.  Roy continues to promise the moon.  Unfortunately, the market realizes this.

My opinion changed when the CEO kept falsely telling me that the product is in California and Tennessee.  I spent a day calling around.  Nothing except a few in Walgreens.  And the Yoplait, Hershey's etc. name brands are preferred by the public.  They are also blowing them away in sales according to some industry brokerage firms.  More competitors have been entering the market.  Yet Roy continues to tell me it is here and that I am wrong.  Same story is being reported in other states.

Roy Warren has a history of promising the moon and Not delivering.

My guess is that this takes the place of the Hood deal.  Of course, he will not want the public to believe this.  Further dilution will come as they have used all 300 million dollars in deals.

But I have been wrong many times before, but you asked my opinion.  I will not touch BRVO until they consistantly hit numbers and show up in areas that Roy claims product is being sold.

The news today about a deal that is a year out is negative, imo.

The CEO deals in fluff until he asks for more shares.  This is my opinion after following BRVO closely.
All 300 million shares have been used for deals.  They will need more shares to move ahead.

Hope you get your run into earnings.  No way I would hold it into the call.

Good Luck.

Bravo! Foods International Corp. Reports Record 2005 Revenue

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bravo! Foods International Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BRVO), a brand development and marketing company that manufactures, promotes and distributes vitamin- fortified, flavored milk drinks and other beverages, announced today that total revenue for 2005 was a record $11.9 million, an increase of 257% over the prior year's revenue of $3.3 million. Bravo! reported a net loss applicable to common shareholders of $14.8 million compared to a $4.2 million loss in the prior year. The net loss on a per share basis was $0.11 in 2005 compared to a $0.10 per share loss in 2004 on a 236% increase in weighted average shares outstanding. Net income in 2005 was negatively impacted by a one-time, non-recurring finder's fee as well as a significant increase in selling expenses.

Roy Warren, Chief Executive Officer commented, "2005 was an extremely gratifying year for us. Not only did we deliver record revenue, we laid the foundation for sustainable growth thanks to our distribution agreement with Coca-Cola Enterprises. Equally as important, our balance sheet has been strengthened providing us with the financial flexibility to support our future growth." Added Mr. Warren, "As we move into 2006, we are extremely excited. Demand is strong, we have unparallel distribution with Coca-Cola Enterprises, we have contracted for more production and we have a robust pipeline of new products."

2005 Discussion

Total revenue in the United States was $11.5 million in 2005, up from $2.8 million in 2004, while international sales, which consist of sales in the Middle East and United Kingdom, were $412 thousand in 2005. The significant increase in U.S. sales was primarily the result of new product introductions in fourth quarter 2004 and the first half of 2005 as well as increased distribution.

Cost of goods sold in 2005 was $8.9 million, up from $2.4 million in 2004. Cost of goods sold increased in line with the higher level of sales. The gross margin of 25.2% in 2005 was down from 29.0% in 2004 reflecting the lower sales prices in 2005.

Selling expenses in 2005 were $8.4 million and represented 70% of revenue compared with selling expenses of $1.8 million in 2004 or 54% of revenue. Higher selling expenses reflected increased freight, distribution and promotional expenses associated with the expanded product line.

General and administrative (G&A) expenses were $5.0 million in 2005 compared with $2.6 million in the prior year. The increase in absolute terms reflects the increase in infrastructure, as well as payroll costs to support a higher level of revenue as well as some investment banking fees. As a percentage of revenue G&A expenses were 42.1% in 2005, down from 78.9% in 2004 as the company was able to leverage the increased G&A costs over a higher revenue base.

I am here with you, I opened a small position on Friday at .59.  How do you read fridays candle on higher volume,  I am hoping that all that buying with-out a tall candle means that the sellers are drying up and we see some movement next week...  but it could also mean that it was the end of the spike on the news and we head back to the down trend... it never really formed a base do you think?

Also if you get a chance could you look at my ZENX post from tonight on this board.
Happy sunday to ya.  Cheers joe

Hi Marine,
Im also a brvo investor.  I've been holding this stock for six months now.  didnt sell when it went close to .80 because I didnt expect it to drop all the back to .50.  Anyway do you think this will cross the resistance level of .80 within 30 days.   With all this great news I wish it go above a dollar.  Huge grocery chain, general mills, the future is looking bright for this company.

The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire – Air force saying

BRVO was on fire today.  Up 16%!  I now have to bring out my old BRVO pumps again.  It is up because some bill passed yesterday to remove soda, and sweet sugary soft drinks from schools.  Low fat, sugar-free Slammers are the answer.  Hopefully they can increase production and keep up with the demand.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=BRVO.OB

COGO was on fire!  I said that this would be the next candidate for the IBD 100!  It had a big breakout today.  The only fear is that earnings come out on 5/9/06.  Up 8%
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=cogo

GLBL was on fire!  This is another top find by eliteG.  The oil service co. came thru with some A+ earnings and jumped 8%!
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=glbl

GV – notice how GLBL and GV have the "G" in common.  The electrical contractor was up another 8% today.  You will not see better numbers on a low priced stock like this!!!!
This can be a major buy for the long term!!  Up 10%
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=gv

The ethanol stocks all dropped about 8%.  Even Vince Carter has to take a rest once in a while.  XTHN fell below 11 and I sold some.

STRL continued to bounce back with a 5% gain and ERS had a MAJOR pullback, -16% on huge volume.  That would be a sign to take a profit if you were lucky enough to have held on this long.

Miners, NTO and TGB were up 5%.  Lots of concerns in the world – and some people would rather see their money in hard assets, I guess.

Think about what you are about to do.  And stop playing with your hair.  Snowcat

BRVO news from 7/23/07:

On July 20, 2007, the Company executed an agreement (the "Termination Agreement") with HP Hood LLC. ("Hood"), effective June 21, 2007, to terminate the Contract Packaging Agreement ("Co-Pack Agreement") entered into by the parties on September 19, 2006. Warrants to purchase 5,870,000 shares of the Company's common stock that were issued to Hood in connection with the Co-Pack Agreement have been cancelled pursuant to the terms of the Termination Agreement. In addition, the Termination Agreement relieves the Company of an approximately $3,385,500 in current liabilities for penalties associated with unused Hood capacity by the Company. The Termination Agreement also contains mutual releases by the parties.

In consideration for the agreement by Hood to terminate the Co-Pack Agreement, the Company agreed to pay Hood the aggregate sum of $1,432,532.15, consisting of the stated value of the inventory purchased by Hood in anticipation of its production under the Co-Pack Agreement, plus a termination fee of $25,000. Upon payment of the aggregate amount as provided in the Termination Agreement, Hood shall release to the Company the inventory, FOB Hood's facility, without further charge to the Company. If the Company has not tendered payment of the $1,432,532.15 in full by July 31, 2007, at any time thereafter Hood may elect to terminate the Termination Agreement immediately by written notice to the Company of its intention to do so. If Hood elects to exercise its right to terminate the Termination Agreement, the Co-Pack Agreement shall be reinstated. The Company is continuing to explore various options for a restructuring, reorganization, sale, or other strategic alternatives for the Company that will enable it to meet the July 31, 2007 payment deadline.

The termination of the Co-Pack Agreement was a joint decision between the Company and Hood to address unused capacity resulting from forecasted sales of the Company's product by Coca-Cola Enterprises (the Company's previous master distributor) being far below expectations
