Is that so? Based on what, feeling?

Well, using a short term prediction tool (which has no value whatsoever to bring you wealth over the long term), I would say that the short term correction that should/could happen, already happened, since the stock touched the midpoint of Tuesday's strong white marubozu.

I read pages 6 - 10 of the Form 20-F filed with the SEC yesterday. There were the normal risk factors, nothing special.

I'll keep holding SILC.

I agree with you there.  I think the short term retracement is over..........unless we should close below 22   :-\  I think this retracement is good short term.  By no time, we'll be above 25.

No, no news out yet, but this smells like new design win coming ;) Or else it is just the multiple expansion that I've been talking about.

Either way, SILC is now above the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement level, so there will only be some resistance at $26.74, the all time high. Over the long term I expect fundamentals to keep improving and the stock to keep rising accordingly.

I'll continue holding SILC for the long term.

SILC had a bit of a pause today. The trend is bullish in all time frames. No news out. I'll continue holding SILC.

Thanks for the information Garoh, I didn't get it at my news service, and it isn't at the SEC website either.

So, Zisapel Yehuda will sell 130,000 of his 770,726 shares? Doesn't seem to be a big deal, he'll keep holding 640,726 shares, that's still 320 times more than I do ;D. Selling restricted shares doesn't mean dilution, those shares were already counted in the number of shares outstanding.

Maybe the man wants to buy a new house, or an airplane, who knows?

I'm relieved to know that was the cause for SILC's sell off today, thanks for the information Garoh.

I'll keep holding SILC.

Zisapel Yehuda :
How do we know he finished sell those shares ??

He's taking the stock down badly  >:(

why buying more? people should never average down what if we see 19 tomorrow?and and and....if we close under the MA50 this could be a good short.....especially now if a possible corrections starts....interests concerning...i will short it under 20 with target of 12

not always the majority wins! i am sticking to my plans >:D

Nobody is averaging down. I recommended SILC at $12.6 as a long term investment because of the attractiveness of its fundamentals. I would average up and buy your shorted shares if I didn't have the money management rule of never averaging up or down.
