Trading Idea:
NUAN just broke a short term symmetrical triangle pattern, after trying to reverse with a failed rebound move.
The stock is looking bearish for short term and mid term; momentum shows room for further correction. Once it showed up on my filters I was almost sure that we had to have this short for 3SOF portfolio... but there's an issue:
Yesterday's low of the day was a perfect retest to the long term ascending support; we can only see that on the expanded semi-log chart (second chart on this post).

So this trading plan will be in standby for now... NUAN may still be a great short, but only after this long term support gets broken.

Chart Update: Wow !! This was really a sure short
NUAN is now below its long term support, a throwback to the break zone is possible and may provide another entry point for a short.

We'll keep NUAN under the radar for the Portfolio.
