Okay here is a real strange animal.

TALLY HO VENTURES (TLYH.PK)

Don't panic, this is not your normal Pinkie.

These guys are basically a European money management firm.

They were recently booted off the OTC to the Pinks due to a delay in filing their 10-K (due to a change in auditors). Had to change because the accountant was not familar with US GAAP.

One should read the PR issued on 5/24 for a good overview.

Key points:

1 – Apparently forecasting EPS of over 30 cents per share for 2007 (currently 47 cents in the Fact Sheet but is supposedly being lowered to around 30 to 35 cents after recent events). See current Fact Sheet at:

http://www.efcg.net/clientlookup.asp?ID=...

2 –They have just engage a new and more competent PR/IR firm (Elite Financial Communications Group, LLC). This is the IR firm for MLSS.

3 – They will soon return to the OTC (next week or two).

4 – Their last two PR's detail their strategic initiatives and provide some transparency. They also announced a "minor" stock repurchase program.

5 – They are in the process of changing their name to Premier Wealth Management

6 – They are about to undertake an IR strategy to gain more exposure.

7 – Using a multiple or just 8 times 30 cents for 2007 would give you a PPS of $2.40 versus under 80 cents today and their recent price of close to $.75

I have reason to believe they will clarify/reiterate their earnings forecast in a couple of weeks. I am expecting it to be very positive. Will be adding to my position.

With such a silly name no one wants to take them seriously. But I think they are worth a look.

Issued this press release.

Premier Wealth Management CEO Details Short-Term Growth Objectives
Wednesday June 20, 8:47 am ET

LUXEMBOURG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nigel Gregg, Chairman and CEO of Tally-Ho Ventures, Inc., d/b/a Premier Wealth Management, Inc., (OTCBB:TLYH - News) today provided the following brief corporate update detailing several short-term growth objectives currently in focus.

In a formal statement, Gregg noted, "Over the past several weeks, Premier's management team has succeeded in overcoming a series of critical corporate challenges, including the restoration of our Company's listing on the OTC Bulletin Board. As a consequence, we believe we are now well positioned to redirect our attention to aggressively implementing growth strategies designed to strengthen and enhance Premier's leadership in the fast growing global wealth management arena. In this regard, we are now concentrating our efforts on achieving a number of short term objectives that we expect will help to positively impact our long range growth potential. Specifically, these objectives include:

    * Securing the appropriate distribution license from Swiss authorities to enable Premier to begin actively marketing select funds to its customers on a worldwide basis;
    * Penetrating new geographic markets through strategic partnerships or acquisitions currently under consideration by Premier, with emphasis on the Far East and the United States;
    * Launching Premier's inaugural 'fund of funds' in the fourth quarter of 2007; and
    * Initiating the Company's recently announced corporate stock buyback program.

"Allow me to emphasize that we are intent on executing strategies that will permit us to fully capitalize on current market trends and numerous growth opportunities we have identified and are in the process of qualifying. Although our short term objectives are ambitious, we are working towards achieving each one prior to the end of this year. Based on how things are currently progressing, we appear to be firmly on track to succeed and move Premier onto its next important stage of growth and evolution," concluded Gregg.
