Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL - News) today announced that the Company and Collier Consulting Inc. have entered into an agreement for the sale, marketing and administration of its EyStar GPS Personal and Vehicle Tracker to automotive dealers across the United States through National Automotive Experts. the Market is not valuing this stock correctly and we had some people bail ship to the MM's delight when the stock did not react to the great news for fiscal 08. Maybe these investors time horizon is too short.
Technicals have this as a major buy as we are officially oversold so the down pressure is being relieved and we have some positive buying pressure currently. Great time to buy.

For the first time in years the CEO has just done a 5 city roadshow tour----that in itself should tell you that he anticipates soome good stuff coming down the pike

As a penny stock you do not waste broker dealer time IF your company is X years from taking off...you do it AS IT"S TAKING OFF"...that will be the only way you get traction and investment...other wise trust me these guys are not going to be folowing a .17 company!!!

LIK ERF---EITHER YOU BELIEVE MGMT WILL EXECUTE / CONTINUE TO EXECUTE (UNLLIKE ERF SDGL HAS MADE SIGNIFICANT REVENUE AANOUNCEMENTS RECENTLY)----BUT BOTH STOCKS AIN'T IBM SO YOU NEED TO BELIEVE!!!

Other than that there is no ultimate decision point

IF YOU---

Think there market is a viable growing one
Think that the progress that they have made...if continued would lead to nice PPS appreciation
Have seen what mgmt has said in previous PR's have come true

THEN BUY!!!!!!

IF NO...THEN I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

READ THE PRESENTATION ....GOOGLE THEIR TECHNOLOGY...GOOGLE THEIR CEO....see that the CEO's previous forecsts have come true (which helps you garner faith for recent forecasts)
