Hi Pedro, PHGI is a Pink Sheets traded stock and my fundamental data service doesn't have information for this type of stocks. They don't file SEC forms as companies traded in the NYSE, Nasdaq, AMEX and OTCBB do, so basically there's no information about these companies, other than "rosy" press releases.

Any opinion or trade in PK stocks is a complete gamble or shot in the dark in my opinion and my advice is for anyone to avoid gambling in the stock market.

When you say "low" you mean the stock price, but what matters is the market cap, which is given by multiplying the stock price by the number of shares outstanding. A stock trading at $0.1 may represent a company worth more than a stock trading at $10, it all depends on the number of shares outstanding. Unfortunately, knowing the number of shares outstanding, and therefore the market cap, is difficult when we're dealing with a PK, because these companies can issue and sell shares as they please, without providing any information to investors.

Thanks for your question and you're Welcome at 3 Stocks on Fire :)

I think this was the thread where SIMC was talked about, so I hope David doesn't doesn't get mad for mentioning it here. Down hard this morn on a poor ER last night. Just mentioning it for informational purposes only.

David, I hope you will have time to take a look at HIMX.

I think it is a great stock. Surprisingly low P/E. $40 million stock buyback plan.

Thanks
