Futuremedia plc (Nasdaq: FMDAD) a leading learning and brand communications company, today announced that it received a Nasdaq Staff Letter, dated January 19, 2007, advising that the Company regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing found in the Nasdaq Marketplace Rules.

As previously announced on July 20, 2006, Futuremedia had received a Nasdaq Staff Deficiency letter, indicating that the Company was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per American Depositary Share required by Nasdaq. During the subsequent compliance period provided under the Nasdaq Marketplace Rules, the closing bid price of the Company's ADSs has been at $1.00 per ADS or greater for at least 10 consecutive business days and Futuremedia has therefore regained compliance with the Nasdaq Marketplace Rules.

It used to be FMDAY but after a 50-1 reverse split it's now FMDAD. I think the chart is setting up for a major move (upward is my hope ) It's not a horrible company, they're just always a penny short of profitability, quarter after quarter. If they can get to positive EBITDA as they've promised,  and then maintain it, that would be a good catalyst for the stock.  IMO this is a stock David should have on his watchlist for a 3StocksOnFire trade if it gets moving.

RECEIVES $1.4M PAYMENT: Futuremedia plc (FMDA) has received an $1.4M accelerated
funding payment from Yorkville Advisor's is a result of Futuremedia exceeding certain financial
milestones. The funding was originally set to be delivered to the company in three monthly installments
through January 15, 2008. In the first quarter of 2008 Futuremedia generated revenue
of $3.68M or 22.6% above the target. Since entering the agreement in August, Futuremedia has
received $5.1 million in funding from Yorkville.
