Thanks la-onda, it looks like we're not the only ones seeing value on AOB: Westminster Securities Initiates Equity Research Coverage of American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (Amex: AOB)

Yesterday the stock made a pullback on very low volume, but it was able to maintain the $1.84 support level on close, which is important.

I hope everyone sees the Westminster's recommendation and finally finds the hidden value in AOB.

Hi all,

I just received the Westminster Report. It is a quite impressive 16 pages report with a lot of details about AOB and their peer group. I will try to put a summary together later but you are welcome to drop me a mail with your email address if you would like to receive a copy.

The main difference between what has been discussed here is that Westminster report "only" expects a 52% increase in earnings and has a higher number of shares outstanding fully diluted (46.6 million).

Hi Michael,

Would appreciate if you can send me the report as well ([email protected]). I believe someone said they are AOB's investor.

Thanks.

David Randolph

Well, AOB is perfectly ready to take of, from a fundamental and technical perspective. So, why the wait? I don't know, it is very good when an analyst or trader can determine price direction, answering «when» is too much to ask.

$2.48 is the technical target of the breakout which was confirmed by the close above the $1.84 resistance level.

Michael, please send me the report too, I'll read it over the weekend, my email is [email protected]

Thanks, let me give you some more points on your rating  :D

David Randolph

AOB is still accumulating above resistance. I maintain the $2.48 short term target. Wouldn't like to see a close $1.84, which would signal this was not accumulation, but distribution and a false bullish breakout did happen, like the bearish one ... but for now the trend is bullish and I must continue to believe it will continue.

Did you buy AOB because you expected China to revaluate the yuan?

I guess not but that was what happend today and the happy holders of AOB has just seen the profit measured in USD increase without any fundamental changes in the company's profitability. What a wonderful world!

Now all the analysts are talking about downgrading the chinese manufacturing sector and upgrade commodity and energy stocks.

In the meanwhile we are sitting on a beautiful stock, with great fundamentals who without any doubt benefit from this and all future revaluations.

Even the most diligent research can't match simple luck!

Applaud both Mike and Dave for AOB pick and analysis.

David Randolph

hehe, you're right, that was pure luck. As a fortunate holder of AOB I welcome this revaluation of the yuan.

Technically the stock is moving upward and I guess my $2.48 technical target will be reached next week. Over the weekend I'll read the report you sent me to evaluate if I should take my 38% profit or let the profits run ...

Hi, zhufred.

Personally...as long as it is going in the right direction, I will hold.   ;D

You'll have to do what you feel comfortable with yourself.

Good luck.

Cheers.
Happy trading...
