Odd that the same news was posted two days in a row, mistake of some kind I guess?

As far as PR goes I'm really pleased with the way HISC has kept in constant communication with its investors, after coming from a stock like BWDI (no news for months on end, even with big developments in the company) it's certainly refreshing.

I think that HISC should update us on the progress of their switch to  OTC exchange.

Good luck all!

Waiting on a pull back to re enter with the half sold.
Keep thinking it will come back down.  Then I can get in with more before more news.

Still holding the 1 million shares and will not sell them.

With HISC partner IMX racing, I dont see HISC going anywhere but big time up either today or tomorrow. Just missed on IMX :( but have a big bag full of HISC now :) which may move lot faster and farther than IMX.

Technically its just a matter of time when HISC explodes up. 100% profit. Will catchup IMX. Just watch it :)

I make a living trading but am not an expert.  Purpose of the board is to all learn what works for others.  I certainly would like to learn how you all trade with a plan.

I learned through trial and error that in order to make a consistant gain, the pennies need to be treated much the same way that I was successful with the big boards.  Tried many different strategies and found a way that works well for me.  Everyone has their own style.

100% plus returns are exciting.  But without a solid plan, it is easy to buy at the top and then have to sell low or hold the bag for the next run (if ever).  Conserving capital is key.

Found that it is advantageous to focus on the companies and charts that I know best.  Holding with confidence is easy if the buy was well planned.  Intraday, they will make large swings.  Knowing the chart history, you can then make an intelligent decision to buy or sell.

Make calls and get all of the information that you can on the company.
This can help in identifying some pump and dumps even though you can never be absolutely sure.  There is a reason they are Pennies.

Jumping around too much is chaotic and too many positions cannot be easily tracked.
No entry and exit strategy can be catastrophic to your portfolio.

The way that I make money is buying the chart before or after the hype.
All of the companies have explosive potential.  Patience is key.  Rather wait to make 50-100% than trying to hit a homerun each day.

My style may conflict with the board because some are not On Fire at this time.
But you all learned what getting in on the front end of an HISC can do for the portfolio.

With no news today, I await a pullback below 10 cents.

Then I add to my position (possibly near the close) depending on the trading.

HISC is explosive but has been trading in a tight range.

There hasn't been a whole lot of volume these last few days.  I bought a few more shares while it's quite.

fill_the_gap

I added some more.  And have some cash sitting ready to add more next week.

None of my orders .095 and below would fill today.
(no sellers there ?)  :o

HISC is producing news every few days.

I truly expect in the coming weeks the news on the exchange upgrade from .PK.
That is what I have been waiting for.

Really amazed at the tight range.  Thought Friday would bring in some selling for those with profits.

Future is bright.  My Largest Holding is HISC.

Just got back from DC.  I had to put some stops in so I'm out at around .13 for a nice profit all around.

Thanks again!  My first multi bagger! WOOT!

I will buy back around .8 to .9 for quick trades now.

I honestly don't think this is a 1.00 company YET, in 3-5 years, yes.  But 1.00 = 1 BILLION Market Cap.  Think about that.  1 BILLION.   But, honestly, still a huge company, should be vested in this for sure.

fill_the_gap

What equation did you use to get the 1 Billion ?

Want to make sure we are all on the same page here.

Sales are just beginning.

Let me know.

That news last week was great for HISC!   Not too many penny stocks get orders for 5.5 million.  Falling in love with a penny stock is a scary thing.  I've had my share of ill fated love affairs starting with MPTV, now bankrupt MPTT PK, a long time ago, and the latest being CYBL and TNOG.  I got smart on HISC, took my profits, and am still looking for an entrance, but recent lessons on the above symbols, prove that those low days may soon come.  I think if you are going to hold for the purported $1.00+ ranges, you shouldn't bet the farm.  Just my opinion.  Happy Trading!

Hey Jeff! (Thanks for the pick again!)

I had to take profits because I can't leave a penny to do it's thing while I'm away from a computer.

The way I came up with a billion was pretty simplistic (and wrong probably), just took shares (1 billion) times $1 = 1 Billion.

I know the float is MUCH less than that, but I still don't trust .PKs and pennys too much anymore.   I've seen some incredulous stuff like, 1000 to 1 splits and reverse splits.  It's pretty crazy.

This doesn't apply to HISC as they want to reduce outstanding shares, but still wary.  I will buy back between .8 and .10 and do momentum trading.

fill_the_gap

The buy back appears to leave the float closer to 500 million.

With no news, it will fall back to 5-6 cents range, IMO.

But my original plan was for the exchange upgrade.
HISC PR's are now like clockwork.

Revenues and orders may be lined up and ready for PR.
Who knows.  The people involved are gaining the trust of the investment community.

HISC is well planned at this point.

Homeland Security stocks never trade much with fundamentals.  Fear and panic of attacks can spike them at any time.  (IPIX) last year.

I see a large run in the cards.  The pump and dump theory tends to fade with large orders.
Alot of people waiting on a pull back to add.  Much support.

Not going to alter my original plan.  The exchange will be a boost to the momentum already created.  After that, I will re evaluate.  Going to trade my plan.

Do what you need to do.

I am copying what someone wrote on another board-

"Hi message board readers. I've been reading your messages for some time now...and decided I'd join in the talk.

I'm a financial consultant for a major firm and I get the calls from the usual PR firms pumping one stock or the other. I'm always skeptical, as I was when I was first contacted about HISC. It was April 2005, HISC was at one half cent and I said "Come on. Show me some investor interest and some actual business activity...some employees...something concrete." So, of course, I didn't buy it a half cent.

Then, when it hit about 2 1/2 cents I bought a fair amount....for myself. It dipped again and I thought...if only this gets back to even...I'm outta here. Well...I hung in there...bought more...watched it climb up to 14+ cents...retrace somewhat...hold its own in the 9's and 10's. Naturally, I'm happy.

But...where do I think it's going from here? (and I realize each of us has our own opinions, and in some cases, an equally valid opinion.) Well...they have the Bush appointee handling govt contracts, etc...and one thing about Bushees...they stick together right or wrong. He'll make SOMETHING happen, I feel strongly. Next, they started something with the satellite tracking devices on the school buses...that could be a HUGE item as schools struggle with ways to keep track of their buses and are concerned with safety. Huge. Not to mention their use in USA ports and for the very unsafe container shipping that comes into the states. Huge again.

Next, as previous posters have documented, we seem to be in the midst of a terrorist expansion. If I were HISC or IMX, I would donate five of their best units (business-wise) to the London police...and release a news story about it. Anybody with anti-terrorism stuff to sell could do well in this environment, as sad as that is.
Finally, there seems to be some long term ties between HISC and IMX...mergers are certainly possible as are other alliances. HISC appears to have some exclusive sales opportunities and IMX has its regular medical business plus this anti-terrorism technology. BOTH will do well.

And another thing about HISC that could make an impact: they certainly WANT to go bulletin board or higher. That will make a good impact, I believe, on their pricing.(At least for those of us who own it at the time lol)

One of the really fascinating concepts is that HISC could very easily trade up to a dollar or two dollars...and still be a small company with only a very tiny portion of the overall expenditures on terrorism. Bush, with one stroke of his pen ... or Halliburton with a few strokes...could make HISC a very large player. What makes HISC compelling at THIS point, I believe, is that you can buy it at a dime (or thereabouts)...and even if someone buys it at 25 cents in a week or two...the possibility that it could very easily be at $1.50 in three months makes for some great math, and profits.
Now, IMX has some incredible opportunities as well (I own that for several clients). They hold the technology and that's an incredible hand. Their growth will be exciting as well, if not quite as huge in the math department. Buying 2000 shares in the six dollar price range puts you in for $12,000. If it were to double (a nice jump to go up $6.00), you'd make another 12 grand obviously. For HISC, the opportunity for a double, triple, quad, etc is a little easier to reach with a limited float and tiny price.
Having said that...I believe BOTH make interesting buys for the right person at the right time. Monday morning I'm planning to go in and buy MORE of HISC for myself, and add a bit to IMX as well. Thanks for reading all of this...and look forward to your continued thoughts."
