SKF recently went above the 50 sma. (and is above the 200 sma and ema).

The RSI2 is at 96.21 (overbought condition) and Slow Stochastics at 90.49 (overbought condition).

Having said that, price could still continue higher despite the overbought indicators.

I have 2 more left in my "inventory".

One at 105.46 and another one at 116.05

Should I hold or sell into strenth?

3 month daily Chart:

116.66 looks to be an interesting resistance.

Based on today's candle:

1.618 = 116.10
2.618 = 122.89

20 day/hourly chart:

Price recently went above the 110.85 mark but price is near the LTL of the uptrending channel.

Will price follow a new path?(Steeper channel within the larger channel) or pullback towards the RTL.

We'll have to wait and see how it unfolds tommorow.

Good Luck and Happy Trading. :)

Will the bulls hold the 0.618 daily swing of UYG?
Go in with upside momentum or wait for stock to tank and buy close to support.

Ares

Erased the squibbles from SKF and UYG charts and started fresh again.

Redrew the 20 day hourly chart to keep it simple.

Added some Wolfewave speculations and watching if the pattern follows through.

Noticed that the red channel (major) shifted by itself from my original drawing.

I had to redraw it. (not sure if any other TOS chartist experience this).

Here's the chart I will be looking at on tuesday:

Looks like I have enough "inventory" on the UYG side already.

I'm looking to start accumulating SKF again as it goes down.

If SKF goes up today, I may still sell into demand and may also buy more UYG.

Here is another of my ideas that I would like to share.

This is my new attemp to find consensus.

Attached is an excel of UYG Fibonacci numbers that I cut and pasted (a lot of work) and is on its early stage.

I will be working on it to find ways on how to make the entries quicker.

I recently posed a question at the SKF message board.

" Can an ETF become a penny stock? "

While waiting for a response, I decided to do an internet search.

This is what I found so far:

ETF Strategies:

ETF can be shorted on a downtick

Since I have oil penny stocks, I'm thinking of trading an ultra short oil ETF.
