You mentioned this portion of SOYO's Mr. Ed O'Brien to a shareholder:

Shareholder question: How about the projected rollout of the Honeywell Altura HDTVs and possibly a mention of what types of channels will carry the brand?

SOYO's O'Brien Answer: Our strategy has not changed and as we have stated previously the Honeywell TV's will start rolling out in late July and we will have retail placement (stay tuned for exact customers that will be released in PR's when appropriate).

......translation...they will announce the retail chains that will carry the Honeywell HDTVs...

In my opinion if they announce that either a Fry's, Circuit City, or Best Buy will carry the Honeywell brand this stock can gain 400% in a heartbeat

SOYO is up 20%+. Selling MM PERT retreats.

SOYO lawyer said that he asked the SEC to investigate who at PERT is purposedly pushing the stock down because fundamentally there is nothing that would support this price.

The following PR released Friday evening puts to rest once and for all the comparisons to BRLC just because they are in the same sector. BRLC went bankrupt not because they could not sell their product but because they had a corrupt management.

SOYO is now showing a more aggressive stand. They have also just hired a top notch PR firm to maximize the power of the Honeywell HDTV roll out this month. The PR below, and the e-mail from a Senior company exec hint that Honeywells will show up at major electronic retailers shelves. Keep and eye on SOYO because it could gain 400% in a heart beat.

SOYO Updates Shareholders On a Recent Industry Event

Friday July 11, 10:01 pm ET

ONTARIO, Calif., July 11, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- SOYO Inc. (OTC BB:SOYO.OB - News) today updates it shareholders on a recent industry event. On Tuesday, July 8th Syntax-Brillian filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. SOYO has received a number of calls and emails regarding this recent event, and although we would not normally comment on this type of news we understand many shareholders are concerned given the current economic climate.

SOYO Inc. Chairman and CEO Ming Chok said, ``I want to reassure our shareholders that although we have seen some softening in certain channels, our overall business remains solid, and we continue to make good progress in attaining our stated goals for 2008.

We have just concluded our second quarter and are in the process of closing our books, and although it is too early to affirm our second quarter revenues and profits, we look forward to updating our shareholders as soon as possible.

We are on-track with our roll out of the Honeywell Altura Brand of televisions and continue to gain placement for the entire line of Honeywell Branded products.

Today SOYO has extended an offer to fill the vacant position of Investor Relations and Public Relations Professional. We have decided to hire a professional firm to help us better communicate SOYO's fundamental value with the investment community to broaden our shareholder base.

THe CEO's comments are consistent with the email from VP of Marketing Ed. O'Brien to a shareholder a few days ago....here a couple of questions:

Shareholder question: How about the projected rollout of the Honeywell Altura HDTVs and possibly a mention of what types of channels will carry the brand?

SOYO's O'Brien Answer: Our strategy has not changed and as we have stated previously the Honeywell TV's will start rolling out in late July and we will have retail placement (stay tuned for exact customers that will be released in PR's when appropriate).

......translation...they will announce the retail chains that will carry the Honeywell HDTVs...In my opinion if they announce that either a Fry's, Circuit City, or Best Buy will carry the Honeywell brand this stock can gain 400% in a heartbeat

Shareholder question: Is the company searching for a professional PR/IR company to expose SOYO ' s success story to a broader investment base??

SOYO's O'Brien Answer: You will see this very soon.

In essense, everything that SOYO has been doing is according to plan and the low pps is mainly due to the "guilty by association syndrome" by being compared ro BRLC. SOYO has a reputable and honest management unlike BRLC. And it's highly diversified in terms of products (HDTVs, LCD monitors, Portable storage, Bluetooth, TV furniture), in price range (from the low cost Prive HDTVs made exclusively for Walmart Canada, to economical high quality SOYO HDTVs, and the upcoming high end Honeywell HDTVs), and branding (Honeywell, Soyo, Prive, LeVello).

Furthermore, SOYO has grown revenues, net income, cash, and stockholders' equity every year for the last 4 years and it expects a 30% growth this year despite the economy:

SOYO News 7/15/08 ...SOYO Relocates Corporate Headquarters

Tuesday July 15, 9:30 am ET

New Facility Will Nearly Double SOYO's Office and Warehouse Space

ONTARIO, Calif., July 15, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- SOYO Inc. (OTC BB:SOYO.OB - News) today announced that it has signed a five-year agreement to lease a 74,731 square foot multi-purpose facility, which will nearly double its headquarters, operations and warehouse space. The new facility provides SOYO with the necessary infrastructure to continue its rapid growth for the next several years.

``We wanted to remain within the City of Ontario due the good relationships we have established with the city, agencies and businesses, and due to the close proximity to major transportation corroders,'' said SOYO Inc. Chairman and CEO Ming Chok. ``Our new headquarters will allow us to operate more effectively and efficiently with our current and new product lines and brands. Our current facility is just not big enough to handle the growth of our new products. The Honeywell line and our new Le Vello line of home theater furniture require a lot more space.''

SOYO will begin moving to the new facility in September 2008 and is located approximately five miles from the current location. The current five-year lease expires in November 2008.

The common theme in the most recent PRs is that SOYO anticipates growth and prosperity while the majority of companies see doom and gloom. These people at SOYO are very focused and work smartly and efficiently from what I can tell.

iamonfire

SOYO is up over 30% since last week. It just set a new HOD of 55c. THe stock has been moving up steadily despite the ups and downs  of the market as a whole.

Perhaps it is because they will officially launch the Honeywell Alturas in the next few days and about 2 weeks ahead of strong earnings.

The person I spoke with at SOYO said that there are more than 2 consumer electronic chains that will carry the Honeywell brand. Did not want to say which ones. He said that there will be several annoucements. He said "stay tuned" in a bullish tone. You can call yourself, his name is Ed O'Brien.

My take is that is they announce a Fry's or Circuit City or Best Buy SOYO could explode away from under $1 to who knows where.

SOYO recently announced the hiring of Segue Ventures as IR/PR representative. Segue is regarded a highly effective in raising the profile of OTCBB stocks.

Also on July 15 SOYO announced thqat they will be moving into a much larger headquarters/warehouse building in anticipation of the accelerated growth they see ahead

iamonfire

Don't know if anyone else saw this news, but it adds a few details to the previous press release.

SOYO Group to move its HQ to Ontario

http://www.pe.com/business/local/stories/PE_Biz_S_localbizbriefs18.3c8aa5e.html

An Ontario company that sells computer, consumer electronics and home theater furniture products will move its corporate headquarters within the city.

SOYO Group Inc. will leave its 42,500-square-foot building at 1420 S. Vintage Ave. and relocate to a larger building at 1290 Elm St., about five miles away, SOYO Group spokesman Edward O'Brien said.

SOYO Group will occupy about half or 74,700 square feet of that building, which covers approximately 140,000 square feet.

It will use the space for warehouse-distribution and some office use, O'Brien said. Forty-three people will work there initially, and 10 to 12 employees are expected to be added during the next 18 months.

The move, scheduled to take place in September, is needed to accommodate SOYO Group's anticipated growth, O'Brien said.

Nice close at the HOD today. It took a while to break that tough 60c resistance.

This is starting to look like the start of a rally similar to the one last year when it went from 40c to $1.8 in a matter of week. The only difference this time is that SOYO is a lot more profitable and the Honeywell HDTVs will be available for sell soon

iamonfire

It appears that the "cat is out of the bag" regarding the Honeywell HDTV launch. People did not believe it was going to happen because of the economy, because of this, because of that, etc.The fact that the company will have the Honeywell demos during the "Open House" on August 4 tells me that they will make an important announcement before that. I believe that the next news will be an announcement that the Honeywell HDTVs are shipping (late July) and that they will be in stores in early to mid August...they will probably also announce which electronic retail chains will carry the brand. Stay tuned for that because it could be a blockbuster.... if it's Best Buy, or similar all bets are off...Rocketship!!

I also expect earnings to meet guidance based on the comments that the VP of Marketing made before and after the quarter was over. Did not specifically but you can red between the lines.

So what do we have here?? The launch of the Honeywell HDTVs and a strong second quarter.....and now we have a good PR/IR company to carry the message....Hmmm I see green...lots of green.

Realistically. SOYO is trading at a 5 forward PE even with today's prices. There is a lot of room for pps growth. And I am not selling until we move to the AMEX.
