Converge Global, Inc. (CVRG-OTC) is an American-based junior mining company engaged in acquisition, exploration and development of properties containing principally gold as well as other precious metals. The company's primary operation is a prospect located in Asquith and Churchill Townships in Northern Ontario. The O'Connor Asquith gold property is a 50/50 Joint Venture project with Sarissa Resources Inc. (SRSR-OTC) where CVRG is commencing exploration work this April.

Further, CVRG owns 100 percent interest in the Golden Teacup properties, also located in Northern Ontario.

TORONTO, May 13, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Converge Global Inc. (Pink Sheets: CVRG) is pleased to announce we have completed a major acquisition of the Benson Lake Gold property.

The Benson Lake Gold property is situated at Skead Township 12 miles South-East of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada. The Kirkland Lake mining area remains the number one mining area in Ontario. The property consists of one hundred contiguous claim units. A seven-hole diamond drill program was completed by Ryan Lake Metals Ltd. on the Skead Township property during 1994. The highest drill hole at the site yielded high grade gold assays as high as 1.69 oz/ton/1.5 ft.

Mining  results can cause little mining companies like CVRG to run SUPER HARD.
Jumped from .008 to .053 last time when news was released in early March 2009.
CVRG is waiting on news AGAIN. 
CVRG has a very small float, has not issued any more stock since it went public.
If you look at the chart, you see no resistance.
