MDGC (currently .05) has a 10M deal and a 20M deal that have been signed for delivery starting in a month or so.  With 6 patents, this company is looking to deliver quality broadband wireless solutions to rural china and other developing countries.

There are approximately 6M shares in the float, 5M of which are held by 'friends of the company'

With only 1M available, this stock will go to $1 easily on announcements of company re-uplisting to the OTCBB (company filed S1 in 2007 to become publicly trading).  Company is working on becoming current with Audited financials.

MDGC has merged with Imperial Wireless and it's moving up from .02 and has strong bid support.  I'm looking to see .10 here over the next month or s as more releases come out.
