Letter to shareholders June 8th:

Dear Shareholders,
I'd like to thank those of you who attended our 2nd annual shareholders' meeting, whether in person or via the web. I always look forward to events like this, where we can have more direct contact with you, who are the owners of this company. For those who could neither attend nor dial into the meeting, a replay is available on our website.

At the meeting, I presented an overview of what's happening these days at Voyant. We've primarily been channeling our corporate energy into the following areas: Voyant Wireless (which includes Aviation Broadband and Next-Generation Radios), RocketStream, Voyant Productions and, as always, new prospective opportunities.

While we've been active in all of these business areas, our recent focus has been concentrated on embedding RocketStream into third-party software suites, as well as investigating potentially disruptive markets for our advanced wireless technologies. The recently announced agreement to embed RocketStream within Proginet's managed file transfer (MFT) products is an important milestone on our corporate journey. Similarly, the recently announced contract for our white space radio (WSR) solution represents a major step forward in this nascent market.

The Proginet contract is important to us for several reasons. Of course we are pleased because of its prospective contributions to top line revenue. But this is also a strong vote of confidence in the RocketStream technology itself. For its part, Proginet is convinced that RocketStream will be a crucial market discriminator for its MFT products. It is no small matter that Proginet has committed up-front cash and substantial engineering resources to this program.

Most importantly, the Proginet deal is significant because this is the first of what we expect to be a long line of embedded plays for our RocketStream technology. As I've said in the past, RocketStream's true potential lies in its deployment as middleware, rather than as a discrete product. When RocketStream is embedded in 3rd-party software, Voyant is leveraging both our intellectual property and our customers' sales forces to create a high-margin revenue stream for our company. We believe that is the best path to commercial success for this technology, so this first contract represents a seminal milestone for RocketStream and Voyant.

Regarding our WSR program, we've been following the FCC's decisions concerning new uses of the UHF and VHF spectra for quite some time, and some of you may recall that we posted some comments on this topic last August. We've been particularly interested in the open access rules concerning the white spaces between populated television channels that will become available in February, 2009.

We see a huge market opportunity in WSR for a whole new breed of wireless products. Our first WSR contract, announced last month, launches us into a role of market leader in this new and potentially lucrative field. Our technology in this field is discriminating, so our IP and know-how not only give us a leg up, but should also raise significant barriers to entry for those wishing to follow us into this market arena.

While WSR and Proginet have garnered the spotlight recently, we remain fully engaged in the Aviation Broadband initiative, which we are currently in the process of branding and developing. Our business development activities are in full swing, with particular emphasis on the European airlines. We are working closely with our partners at Harris to bring this important technology to market with a true compelling proposition for the airlines and their passengers.

A few months ago, I told you this ride would be filled with adrenaline. Well, that's certainly been the case. The pace at Voyant remains extremely rapid. As those of you who attended the annual meeting might have noticed, our team is energized and passionate about what we're doing. We're glad you're along with us for the journey.

Sincerely,

Dana Waldman
CEO

Voyant Management Increases Stake in Company by Exchanging More Debt for Equity
Tuesday , July 01, 2008 16:15ET
http://media.marketwire.com/attachments/200704/324600_voyant_180.jpg

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/01/08 -- Voyant International Corporation (OTCBB: VOYT), a diversified media and technology holding company dedicated to improving the quality of the digital world for both businesses and consumers, announced that the members of its senior management team have once again agreed to convert all of the deferred pay owed to them by the company into convertible preferred stock.

The senior officers of the company have voluntarily exchanged all debt from accrued wages owed to these officers for Voyant preferred stock. "As a sign of our confidence in Voyant, our senior management team has been taking only a fraction of their full salaries in recent months," explained Mark Laisure, Voyant's executive chairman of the board. "These officers have now elected to transfer the balance of their accrued wages into equity, reprising a similar debt-for-equity swap that occurred in December 2007."

Voyant is a holding company addressing new, large markets at the intersection of digital content and technology. The company seeks to leverage its significant collection of intellectual property and know-how to create value for its shareholders through compelling business opportunities. The company's business units are currently active in the fields of (a) next-generation white-space radios (WSR), (b) Internet data transfer acceleration, (c) commercial aviation broadband connectivity and (d) original media content creation and aggregation.

"We believe that Voyant is in an excellent position to monetize the intersection between digital content and technology," added CEO Dana Waldman. "We are passionate about what we are doing here and the opportunities and value that Voyant is creating. This debt-for-equity swap is a chance for our management team to further participate in the anticipated success of our company and align ourselves with the interests of our shareholders, while also reducing the liabilities on Voyant's balance sheet."

Voyant Successfully Completes First Flight Test of Aviation Broadband Technology
Wednesday, July 09, 2008 08:30ET

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA and MELBOURNE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/09/08 -- Voyant International Corporation (OTCBB: VOYT), a diversified media and technology holding company dedicated to improving the quality of the digital world for businesses and consumers, announced today that it has successfully completed the first of a series of flight tests in the development of its aviation broadband service. With this service, Voyant intends to offer commercial airplane passengers a true in-flight broadband experience, with significantly higher bandwidth than competing narrowband services. While giving airlines new ways to enhance customer satisfaction, the service will also provide new revenue opportunities to the air carriers.

The in-flight tests verified the successful transmission of packet data and streaming video over a high-frequency link from an airplane to a fixed location on the ground in a real-world, air-to-ground, long-distance environment. The test results will be used by engineers to continue evolving the design of the Voyant aviation broadband solution. Voyant intends to install its service on commercial airplanes in order to provide broadband connectivity at data rates as high as 10 to 35 Mbps to each airplane.

"There are no substitutes for actual flight tests," observed Ed Gerhardt, Voyant's general manager of wireless systems. "This first airborne test validates much of our design and consequently represents a significant milestone in the development of our aviation broadband solution. We are quite pleased with the outcome of these tests."

"Airlines are telling us that the narrowband links being contemplated or trialed on airplanes today are insufficient to truly meet their passengers' needs going forward," added Steffen Koehler, chief marketing officer for Voyant. "Market research suggests that passengers will demand a broadband experience comparable to what they experience in their offices and homes. Anything less will lead to customer disappointment.

"Voyant's Aviation Broadband aims to deliver a high-performance broadband solution to commercial air travelers," Koehler continued. "Our world is fast becoming a global culture. Because so many people spend large amounts of precious time in flight, many valuable hours are wasted every day that could be spent in a more entertaining or productive fashion. Air travelers today are isolated from the happenings of the world for the period of time they are in flight. With a true aviation broadband service, they can instead forward a business proposal, edit a presentation or legal contract, trade in the financial markets, send a photo to a friend or family member, or simply watch video-on-demand."

The aviation broadband industry is expected to reach $936 million by 2012, according to a recent industry report from MultiMedia Intelligence. "As soon as air travelers can replicate the quality of service they experience in their homes and workplaces," declared Koehler, "this market is likely to accelerate. Voyant has recently launched a website for its Aviation Broadband business, which can be found at http://www.voyant.aero.
