The partnership is causing momo due to the IPO tomorrow-- great run today but I don't think we're done yet. Look for activity tomorrow, plus the company is actually profitable and projecting decent revenues.

70M outstanding shares, 60M float.

good luck.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Ray Chen, COO of TCOM said: "We are extremely excited about having partnered with Baidu, the pioneer and market leader for providing Chinese search engine services in China. Baidu has established itself as one of the most popular Internet brands in China. The Chinese Keyword service is one of the most widely used services on the Internet in China, serving over 60 million keyword resolutions everyday and reaching over 90% of 80 million Chinese Internet users. As a result, in addition to enjoying direct navigation and keyword search in the browser address line, Internet users in China can access the Chinese Keyword service from China's leading portals and ISPs. I believe, by leveraging Baidu's leading status in China's Internet industry and wireless content that IC Star MMS provides, we are confident this partnership will be a very profitable one for our bottom line."

this ran to .45 from .39 when I posted. hope some of you got a piece! This has gap-up writen all over it to accompany the baidu IPO and I will take a chance by holding through the morning.

I got in earlier on a hunch @ .34. It was brought up in the Lion room and a private trading room I belong to.  .60 cent first target was mentioned.  Although I own it my experience with the pennies is very low.

armdoggy

i hate to admit this but i honestly have no idea what the fair valuation of this company is given the china hype and momentum. .60 seems like a very reasonable first target.

marshagogo

well we hit .60 cents. I think there is more in it.

Got in at .599, other target on another board is .88

Currently .65c

I agree.  More people need to know.  But they post earnings next week, and hopefully the partnership will be part of that PR.  This is a keeper for a while!  Good luck and happy trading!

Good Question doyerdiligence!  Which one?  The Golf Handicap, or the Trading Handicap?

Answer:  I am trading to have time (and money) to golf every afternoon!  I can't think of another career that would let me do that!  However, until my trading handicap improves, my golf handicap suffers!  Handicap in trading is currently very high, mainly because I tend to fall in love with these little penny companies with so much potential.  I have been known to watch my profits grow and then watch them go.... What hurts most is watching the equity go.

TCOM is one of these companies!  My current plan (which is giving me peace when I take profits), is to ask myself how many shares could I afford if this penny stock traded at $40.00 per share.  Maybe 200?  Out of 10,000 shares, I will take my profits, but I will leave 100 - 200 shares for the eventual ride to glory!

Golf handicap is 23.  Have a great weekend, and good luck to everyone!

Hey guys,

I appreciate the applauds. I bought at .35, when I posted, it was at .39, it peaked at .76 yesterday, and I sold half my shares at .70. I'm hanging in there for a while to see how this trades before I decide an exit point. Basically anytime BAIDU gets press (and oh it will...), TCOM may be a sympathy play. Could be a dream traders stock???

Likewise, they actually have a business asides from their partnership with BIDU and it seems quite healthy!
