Tianjin Create Co., a systems integration company and subsidiary of China Wireless Communications, signed a contract to provide desktop computing solutions for the Tianjin Science and Technology Refresher School to be used by various departments and their staff. In addition Tianjin Create Co. will also provide hardware and software support and wireless and wired internet services for 1 year.

Tianjin Science and Technology School was founded in 1962, has a campus area of 60,433 square meters and 13,700 square meters of building in the center of Tianjin City. There are over $400,000USD in apparatus and 80,000 volumes in the schools library. The school employs 71 professors and has a student population over 2,000. Educational departments within the school consist of Application Science, Management, Informatics, Computer Science and English Language. The school is the appointed site for the Technical Post, English, Computer Science, Engineering and Administrative Management examinations by the Tianjin government.

The school has teamed with NanKai University, to provide long-distance undergraduate education via the Internet. In addition Tianjin Science and Technology Refresher School provides distance learning for the China Science and Technology University, China Measure University and NanChang Aviation University.

In 2003, the school developed distance learning for the outlaying countryside, training agricultural technology.

Tianjin Create Co., a systems integration company and subsidiary of China Wireless Communications, signed a contract to provide disc drives, reformat and move existing data to new disc drives, back up disk drives and remove data recording devices for the CNCP DaGang Oil Field. This contract includes hardware and software support to be provided by Tianjin Create Co. for 1 year.

CNCP DaGang Oil Field Group Co., Ltd was founded in 1964, and is located in the Bohai Sea south-east of Tianjin. China Wireless Announces Contract With Seaport Security Firm, China Marine Surveillance Tianjin
