Besides, HISC's bread & butter is the cyber tracker.   

Listen to the audio files from the CEO below if you have not already.  The lastest release is the Aug. 2nd audio.  Moody discusses the contract with IMX and sells of the cyber-nose.  He also states that projected revenue for the year has already been met.

IMX has an exclusive Distributor agreement for a small area.
They have many with multiple companies.

The VP and others know nothing of the order.
You would think that IMX would be issuing a release and not Big Apple if it were true.

And the Cyber Tracker is smaller orders.  The 5.5 million is what popped the price.

Only willing to re enter if IMX comes out with a release. 

People that have read all of my threads from day 1, know I would like for this to go towards $ 1.00.  I have no way of shorting a .PK. 

But I also feel a sense of responsibility to post when things do not add up.  So if IMX posts an article and the Executives discuss an Order with HISC, I will be happy to purchase again and post it here.

Until then, HISC has only produced a PR stunt from Big Apple Consulting.

I do agree that HISC does make things sound great with all the weekly PR's.  I have read all the posts on this board and many others.  Smart move to take the profit and play it safe at this point.  However, I'm counting on a PPS of 0.15-0.20 in the short term based on great PR news.....I'll take the risk for the high reward.

At the current price I still think it is wise investment. Do'nt forget they have no debt and are generating revenue from current operations--i.e. cyber-energy.  Not the regular pinkie with huge debt.

If HISC announces any of the following during the end of August Conference (or before) then this one will pop again.
1)  Move to OTC
2)  Port Contract with Savannah
3)  Release of the "White" Paper on the Savannah project
4)  Gov. Contract
5)  More sells of cyber-tracker

My instincts tells me the Deal with Savannah Port for cyber-security product is locked and loaded.

Just want to make sure that Matt Maguire and Big Apple are not being deceiving with the PR.  He did say they would be BB several months ago, now he says that they will talk about it at the end of the month ?

And I cannot figure out why IMX knows nothing about the 5.5 million dollar order.  This is a huge deal and if it is false, so is HISC, IMO.

Someone other than me call IMX.  I have made the calls and do not trust Big Apple at this point.  The company with the product said they read the HISC PR and have nothing pertaining to the order.

People can make alot of money here, but not if the PR is a pump scheme.

Setravis and others, call IMX and others to verify.  Would like to buy but Matt Maguire is not showing any substance to months of talk.

And it is amazing that when I said to buy at 1-2 cents, Setravis was the only follower.  All of the others saw a pump and dump, too good to be true.  Now that it is 8 cents, any skepticism by me is hit with accusing me of bashing.  People only want to hear what they want to hear.

So let's ask the questions and find the answers.

At around .10 a share, it's valued at a $50 Market Cap.

That's way overpriced for now.  Even with the 25 Million order over 3 years (LONG TIME!) it's still too much for now.  It's great that HISC makes money, but don't belive the hype.  It's a nice short term play, but be careful.

There is a TON of bagholders at .12+  (RESISTANCE!).  I will eat my words, but the technicals/fundamentals show it will be VERY slow going past .10 

(Not like before where there was 0 resistance and it moved almost .3 in one day)

ehos, good points---I would also be leary of jumping in here at the current PPS.

My opinion is that the CC on 8/23 will provide the direction for this one.  Positive News and we go up; negative news and we fall hard.

I'm holding 150,000 shares averaged in at 0.055 PPS. 

Could sell now and take a decent profit, but I'm willing to wait it out till the 23rd for boom or bust.

I especially don't understand why someone would refere to this stock as

Take a good look at the chart,look at the run this stock has made from the middle of March to now, and this is almost the middle of August.Trending up for the past 5 months.Your ability to make money in a trade of a stock, Timing is everything.If a stock has been on a big run don't buy in and expect the stock to give to you that same percent gain at the snap of your finger.I bought this stock @ 0.015.
If I thought this was your pump and dump,I would have taken my profits already.It is not going to go up,up ,up up...without taking a breather.If it was a pump and dump....the dump would have taken place and we would all be bag holders.I did not buy into this stock in the first place because someone said that this is a 20 bagger.I do not make my buys based on any such talk of a stock being a 1,2, 5, 10 or 20 bags.

HISC may about to be ON FIRE again.  Setravis and I first entered around 2 cents, then averaged up.  I did not want anyone to lose money.  But another opportunity to get in with tremendous reward potential is here again.

I am back in after a long break from HISC.  The run up was truly exciting to say the least.      

The time off allowed more HISC research along with watching strong Level 2 Trading daily.

Reasons:

-  The chart is ready for another leg up (Setravis, please post an updated chart)
It is following a similar pattern preceding the last breakout.

-  A conference call is scheduled for Tuesday with http://barry%20bennett (G-8, White House Organizer for President Bush and management)  Maguire says a special guest may be there; no idea what that means.

-  Relentless buying has maintained the price around 8-10 cents; It touched 14 cents recently and should return.  The IMX order is valid.

-  Matt Maguire said .PK companies that announce Bulletin Board filing go up 2-10 times on average from the day they announce to the day it hits the exchange. 

-  For every 1 person that will buy a Pink Sheet, on average 10 will buy a Bulletin Board.
It will be exciting to see if these statements come true.

Who knows what will happen.
The price performance has been established for months now.

This solid chart history cannot be denied.  I am not going to miss the move.

See you over 20 cents soon, IMO.
