NGAS Resources, Inc. to Conduct a Webcast of Its Second Quarter 2005 Results

LEXINGTON, Ky., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NGAS Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: NGAS - News), today announced that the Company will host a live webcast of its second quarter 2005 conference call on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The Company will be releasing its second quarter 2005 earnings after the market close on August 15, 2005.


A live webcast will be available on the Company's website at www.ngas.com and at http://viavid.net/dce.aspx?sid=000027DC. The webcast replay will be available on NGAS Resources' website after the call.
