I think they have so much tied up in development that it will probably get some financing or bought out.

But the product delays and skepticism of Tim Roberts make it suspicious.

No reason to sell here.  Wait until the retail push.

They will get the price higher closer to Presidents Day.
Only reason to sell here is if Kevin Bachus leaves.

But will be a play closer to end of 05-beginning of 06.

Good post fill the gap,  If you are looking at this stock technically I think you have to put on the watch list around the end of november.  For me I will get into the stock mid november to cash in on the retail push that happens in december.  Right now you wont see the stock do anything if not lose value until then.  I think that is what your seeing with the inside selling because they anticipate the stock not to do well going into the fall.  You will probally see insiders buying back in november or december.  Good luck on all your trades.

Anyone know what's happening with this today?  Up 35% on volume of 9M.  I can't find any news.  Wasn't planning on entering this soon.  Didn't notice Friday's nice candlestick until now.

New daily high as I type.

More info.  52 week low on Friday at .0465; nearly a double from that point to today's high of .092

I'm waiting on this one for now BUT it seems to attract lots of interest when it starts to move.

FWIW, poster from the RB.
There was a count down clock to the release located on the wall to the left as you enetr the conference room, in the Sarasota office. When I was there it said 96 days, hours, etc. That would put the release date at October 31st. Interesting do you think? That may be there goal. With Halloween this could provide a good marketing tool????

Who knows, they were talking Presidents Day.

August 23 2005
Perhaps observers could have seen the writing on the wall.  Earlier this month, Kevin Bachus, President and Chief Operating Officer of Infinium Labs, Inc. (OTCBB: IFLB) was interviewed on a website called, of all things, CEOcast.com, which had been paid to promote the Company and its long-delayed video product, the "Phantom Gaming System."  Mr. Bachus was not the CEO – Chief Operating Officer – of Infinium at the time.

But he is now.

On August 15, 2005, Bachus became the Company's CEO, replacing Timothy Roberts, Infinium's founder in that capacity.  Roberts, who remains on Infinium's Board of Director, resigned from his positions as CEO and as Acting Chief Financial Officer.

Under a Separation and Release Agreement, Roberts agreed to surrender any claims he might have against the Company.  In return, Infinium agreed to pay Roberts $250,000 in twelve monthly installments beginning September 1, 2005; issue him 10 million shares of restricted Infinium common stock; and consent to the immediate vesting of options to purchase 10 million shares of its common stock at 7 cents a shares.

Infinium offered only a brief explanation for the management change.  According to Roberts, "[w]hile the company has accomplished a tremendous amount already, the Board saw the need for a major change that would consolidate operations and reinvigorate the organization."

Infinium also announced that it was relocating its headquarters from Sarasota, Florida to Seattle, Washington, where Mr. Bachus is based.

Seadog, it seems to repeat this pattern about every 2 or 3 months during it's steady decline.  Has one or two consecutive strong bounces.

Atalltexan is correct, this stock always has a couple of small spikes before resuming its downward slide.

Volume and chart look interesting this week.  If they can secure launch financing, it may really move.  Not sure why it is moving but I added some today to give it a shot.

Nice price action.  I contacted Kevin and he said there is not any news that has been released.  He would not comment on the price and increased volume.

That said, I sold for a near 50% in a day.  But it may run quite a bit more, who knows.  But without launch financing, it cannot sustain, imho.  Traders may run it much higher from these levels, but without news, I have to take the quick profits and not look back.

If they can eventually get Launch financing, this is a big winner.  So I will evaluate again in the future.
