NewMarket China and China Putian ($7.2 Billion in Sales) to Host Telecom Next Generation Network Investor Conference in Beijing November 2nd

Business Editors / Technology Editors

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 2005--

NewMarket and Putian Already Partnered in Latin America with $85
Million Sales Pipeline and Planning Global Developing Economy
Expansion

NewMarket China Inc. (NMC) and China Putian will host a
Telecommunications Industry Next Generation Network Investor
Conference in Beijing on November 2nd.
NewMarket China is a subsidiary of NewMarket Technology Inc.
(OTCBB:NMKT). NMKT launched the subsidiary in China earlier this year
to expand its Systems Innovation business model that has built the
Company from $2.3 million in 2003 revenue to a profitable $60 million
annualized revenue run rate today. NewMarket was recently named in the
Deloitte Technology Fast 500 as the 13th fastest growing high tech
company in North America.
Putian is one of China's largest technology companies, making
telecommunications products including switching systems, mobile
communications equipment, fiber optic equipment and other networking
products. Putian partnerships include major telecommunications firms
such as Nortel Networks (NYSE:NT), Texas Instruments (NYSE:TXN), Nokia
(NYSE:NOK), Motorola (NYSE:MOT), and Ericsson (Nasdaq:ERICY).
On November 2nd, NewMarket and Putian will present an overview of
Next Generation Network technologies to investors from North and South
America. The presentation will include a briefing on NewMarket's and
Putian's telecommunication technologies currently in production and
the strategy for establishing a market leadership position in the
rollout of Next Generation Network solutions. Central to the strategy
to be addressed will be a discussion on how the global developing
economic markets play prominently in the future of Next Generation
Networks.
"Communication technology will be the single greatest source of
corporate and government efficiency, as well as marketing
differentiation for at least the next decade," claimed Philip Verges,
CEO and Chairman of NewMarket Technology Inc. "The widely recognized
operational savings of Voice over Internet Technology (VoIP) are only
the beginning of the efficiencies that can be garnered from emerging
communication technologies. The cost and productivity efficiencies to
be realized from enabling the smart communications between enterprise
and device software applications will dwarf the overall voice
communication efficiency opportunity. This enrichment of consumer
product and services with complementary communication
technology-enabled differentiating services will revolutionize the
marketing discipline as we know it today. OnStar(TM) and credit cards
at the pump are very early examples of how communication technologies
create complementary communication technology-enabled differentiating
services."
Mr. Verges further noted, "The geographic region where we will see
the earliest adoption of the most advanced communication technology
innovations will be in the developing economic regions of the world.
Per capita income varies in direct proportion to per capita
communication access. Developing economic regions have generally low
per capita communication access and, therefore, have little incumbent
communication infrastructure. Developing economic regions investing in
communication infrastructure to stimulate economic growth will
leapfrog past today's prevalent communication technology solutions."
Prior to planning and developing the Investor Conference,
NewMarket and Putian have already been working together for several
months under a formal partner agreement and business plan to market
and sell Putian telecommunications technologies in the Latin America
region. An active sales pipeline of $85 million in potential Putian
sales has already been developed in the Oil and Gas and Wireless
Communications industries.

11/8/2005

DALLAS, Nov 08, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) today announced anticipated rapid revenue growth from its operations in China with 500% growth expected in Q4 '05 over Q3 '05. Sales resulting from the recent agreement began to ramp up in the third quarter and will continue to ramp up in the fourth quarter.

NewMarket recently hosted a tour of its Chinese operations for North American software development and information technology managers interested in outsourcing software development and information technology functions in China. NewMarket anticipates continued rapid sales growth in 2006 resulting from software development and information technology outsourcing to China.

NewMarket Technology Inc. Expects Oil Price Increases to Fuel Anticipated 500% Year-to-Year Revenue Growth in Latin America for 2005 and Momentum into 2006
Business Wire - November 10, 2005 11:24
Recent $2.4 Million SAP Consulting Contract Supporting Venezuelan Oil Production Early Indication of Revenue Growth Tied to Oil Prices

DALLAS, Nov 10, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) anticipates continued rapid revenue growth from its Latin America operations tied to the high price of oil. An early indication of the expected benefit to NewMarket's revenue growth from high oil prices comes from a recent $2.4 million NewMarket sales contract to provide SAP (NYSE:SAP) manpower and consulting services supporting Venezuela's nationalized oil production.

NewMarket entered the Latin America Systems Integration market last year through the acquisition of RKM IT Solutions, the leading Microsoft (NYSE:MSFT) partner in Venezuela. Prior to coming under NewMarket's corporate umbrella, RKM had historically booked flat annual sales of $2 million. NewMarket anticipates 500% year-to-year organic growth at RKM in 2005 with year-to-date revenues already reaching $10 million.

"Latin America's, and particularly Venezuela's, cash reserves are rapidly increasing with oil prices at historic highs," said Henryk Dabrowski, President of NewMarket Latin America. "From our recent corporate activity in contract proposals, it is clear that we will be benefiting from a very healthy business investment environment in South America. Technology investment in productivity enhancement and profitability is historically high on the list of capital expenditures when national cash balances are robust and increasing. We anticipate building our market presence in 2006 into other Latin American countries beyond the five countries in which we are currently active."

NewMarket Technology has grown rapidly from $2.3 million in 2003 revenue to a profitable $60 million annualized revenue run rate today. NewMarket was recently named in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 as the 13th fastest growing high tech company in North America.

I've traded this stock a couple of times and I like the fundamentals.  However, I believe the stock remains low because of pending insider sales.  It appears NMKT came to market in October 2003.  There are regulations which prevent certain insiders from disposing of their issued shares until 2 years after issuance/ipo.  This means October 2005 would mark the commencement of the period in which such shares could be sold on the open market.  This could bring a lot of supply to the market.

Here's a link to the insider selling page:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=NMKT.OB

It also doesn't help that mgmt had to file an 8K regarding non-reliance of past financial statements dated November 21, 2005.  This is a red-flag for book cooking.

This is only my opinion of why the price remains so low, TA aside.
