Cyberhand Spins off Military Division to Speed Development of Avenger Missile with Empath Fire Control System

Cyberhand Technologies International Announced that It Was Creating CyLogic Aerospace


CALGARY, Alberta, Aug. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. (Other OTC:CYHD.PK - News), a leading computer peripheral design company specializing in innovative wireless ergonomic products for private and military purposes, announced that it has created CyLogic Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary, to concentrate development of its Avenger Missile with Empath Fire Control and the New Black Locust Weapon Systems. CyLogic Aerospace Weapon Systems is well positioned to provide the world's fastest controllers, providing the most accurate target acquisition and generating the best field results.


The Avenger Smart Missile System with Empath Fire Control is the first of its kind that offers the operator the ability to acquire, control and neutralize hostile targets in urban environments. Target acquisition and identification will be realized utilizing a series of ultra high-speed digital cameras (open aperture, ``OA'' Technology) and infrared sensors mounted in the missile's nose section. The information, fed over a secure wireless network, is transposed in real time to the operator's visor, and modified to allow faster than normal neural processing by the operator. Direction control and target options will be handled by Cyberhand's Viper controllers built into the Empath Fire Control Center.

Cyberhand's new Black Locust Weapon System, part of the Company's HIN technology (Hunt, Intercept, Neutralize), is able to track targets in a given area for hours, days and even weeks before responding to a command to acquire and neutralize any individual target. The Black Locust Weapon System is self regenerating, aware of its surroundings, needs no home base from which to operate and can work individually or grouped for multiple targets.

CyLogic Aerospace will be looking to complete its Level V prototypes of the above systems in 2005 and start limited field trials in 2006. CyLogic Aerospace will begin marketing the complete Avenger System Concept to defense contractors upon completion of the prototypes.

Cyberhand Announces Contract With Connection Devices for Initial 720,000 Units to Result in Minimum Revenue of $7.2 Million

CALGARY, Alberta, Aug. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. (Other OTC:CYHD.PK - News), a leading computer peripheral design company specializing in innovative wireless ergonomic products for private and military purposes, announced that it has received an initial order for 720,000 units of its CT4700 Wireless Keyboards, X Series Controllers and Advanced Computer Pointing Devices from Connection Devices Distribution Inc.


Connection Devices Distribution Inc. has agreed to purchase a minimum of 30,000 units per month starting in February of 2006 and increasing to 100,000 units by March of 2008. These numbers indicate monthly revenue streams upwards of $300,000 beginning in February of 2006 and expanding to an anticipated minimum of $1.0 million per month by April of 2008. Cyberhand is assembling an initial stocking order to be shipped within 30 days.

This contract represents an extraordinary opportunity in both revenue and market penetration for Cyberhand. That's a nice order they got.   The news was released after hours.  I suspect possible follow-through buying tomorrow.

Today's volume 10X normal and most of it came after 1 pm.  It looks like this can strike quickly as per July's run.

I don't know who this Shakerz guy is, ask higherstocks, he knows all about this so called
great stock picker of his.
When I told them I had never heard of him.........They thought I just crawled from
under a rock.
I will keep it on my watch list, with the good news that came out yesterday maybe it
will be in play here soon.

Cyberhand Announces Distribution Deal With VisionPoint of Australia Valued at $200,000 Monthly

VisionPont has agreed to distribution of Cyberhand's self-branded wireless infrared keyboards to customers in Australia, New Zealand and Asian Rim Countries. Initial independent market testing by VisionPoint indicates their channel would require initially a minimum 5,000 units per month with the potential for growth. This contractual opportunity coupled with its close proximity to Cyberhand's Chinese manufacturing plants could potentially represent a substantial and extremely profitable revenue stream for Cyberhand and could develop into a marketing cornerstone for the Canadian company. Cyberhand has delivered the contract's initial stocking order.

  I'm already in this...some at .25 on the big contract news and some at .19 when I thought the bottom was reached....so I'm a bit underwater, but I'm not running for the door yet.  It looks like a good Co. with some good products that just might take off soon....but that's just what it looks like...we'll see what it does. 

Something smells funny with this one.

But I got in anyway.

  Can anyone explain this stinking fish?  It has great news two days in a row, is pumped by several groups, GBC, Wall street News, etc., and that fellow Shakerz, and has good volume and falls like a rock. It's not like a pump and dump because it was near it's low...and has set new lows. Anybody want to speculate on this debacle?

That's a very good summary of the situation.  It makes no sense...and for that reason, I got in today at .135

For once I did not chase one up - I followed it down.   Damn I'm happy!

I would post today's chart but it looks like hell so forget it.  I may buy more tomorrow.  I think someone's messing around with this one - possibly to get it cheap.

We have some positive movement today.  Volume at 621K with a 10% gain.  Maybe that .12 was the bottom.

So much for that move.  Looks like someone pulled the rug from under this one...again.  I don't like the volume on down days and I'm thinking of exiting tomorrow.
